绞股蓝Gynostemma pentaphyllum富含多种营养成分,具有多种功能,例如治疗血尿、咽和颈部水肿、抗肿瘤等。天然产物的结构不同,它们表现出不同的抗菌和抗肿瘤机制。本论文中,我们调查了绞股蓝皂苷对人肝癌细胞Hep G2、绞股蓝皂苷ⅩⅦ对人宫颈癌Hela细胞的抑制作用,并进一步研究了其分子机制。主要研究结果如下:（1）绞股蓝皂苷对人肝癌细胞Hep G2的抑制作用及其分子机制。在细胞存活率、细胞周期和诱导Hep G2癌细胞凋亡的基础上,评估了Stevenleaf（SV）的抗癌活性。SV处理诱导Hep G2停滞在G0/G1期,24h和48h的IC50值分别139.82μm和119.12μm;SV处理诱导诱导细胞凋亡并增强细胞内ROS的产生。对于细胞周期相关基因,SV上调p21、p-27、p-53的m RNA表达,下调Cyclin-A、Cyclin D1、Cyclin-E和CDK1/2。SV有效促进细胞受体相关TNF-R1、TRADD1和FADD的表达、下调Caspase-8基因的表达;SV处理后,线粒体途径的Bax、Bak、Cyt c、Apaf1、Caspase 3和Caspase9基因表达量上调,Bcl2、Bcl-xl和Bad基因的表达量下调。SV通过Akt和AmPK激活在Hep G2细胞中诱导m TOR介导的细胞凋亡。（2）绞股蓝皂苷ⅩⅦ对人宫颈癌Hela细胞的抑制作用及其分子机制。mTT法用于评估gypenoside ⅩⅦ对Hela细胞的抑制作用,通过Hoechst 33342染色和Annexin V-PI染色鉴定凋亡细胞死亡和凋亡,细胞周期分析用于鉴定细胞四个阶段（G0/G1,S和G2/m期）中的细胞比例。gypenoside ⅩⅦ处理后,细胞的抑制作用随浓度的增加而增加,细胞明显凋亡。与正常细胞相比,G0/G1期的细胞比例增加,而S和G2/m期的细胞比例降低。此外,gypenoside ⅩⅦ处理有效调控死亡受体途径和线粒体途径的基因表达。通过Caspase-8和caspase-9蛋白抑制剂的作用,进一步证明了gypenoside ⅩⅦ诱导Hela细胞的凋亡。上述结果表明绞股蓝皂苷和绞股蓝皂苷ⅩⅦ对癌症细胞具有显著的抑制作用,具有进一步开发为抗癌药或功能性食品的价值。

Chrysopogon serrulatus(false beard-grass)is a dominant component of vegetation in the foothills of the *** study whole plant morphology,individuals of *** were collected from three plots at each of six locations spanning from 400 to 1,400 *** population colonizing the highest elevation modifications in different plant *** showed increased metaxylem number and *** the stem,especially outside of the vascular tissue,there was intensive sclerification indicative of increased xeromorphy as a survival *** the highest elevation,leaves were wider;aerenchyma formation and increased sclerification were noted in the leaf sheath;and a greater proportion of storage parenchyma was observed in the leaf blade,all indicators of *** contrast,leaves at lower elevations had xeric morphological features such as increased epidermal thickness,sclerification and more developed metaxylem *** conclusion,shifting of morphological features in below-and above-ground plant parts of *** were linked to shifts in environmental factors along this elevation gradient,thus enabling the successful distribution of this species along this elevation gradient.

machine-to-machine (m2m) communication plays a fundamental role in autonomous IoT (Internet of Things)-based infrastructure, a vital part of the fourth industrial revolution. machine-type communication devices(mTCDs) regularly share extensive data without human intervention while making all types of decisions. Thesedecisions may involve controlling sensitive ventilation systems maintaining uniform temperature, live heartbeatmonitoring, and several different alert systems. many of these devices simultaneously share data to form anautomated system. The data shared between machine-type communication devices (mTCDs) is prone to risk dueto limited computational power, internal memory, and energy capacity. Therefore, securing the data and devicesbecomes challenging due to factors such as dynamic operational environments, remoteness, harsh conditions,and areas where human physical access is difficult. One of the crucial parts of securing mTCDs and data isauthentication, where each devicemust be verified before data transmission. Severalm2mauthentication schemeshave been proposed in the literature, however, the literature lacks a comprehensive overview of current m2mauthentication techniques and the challenges associated with them. To utilize a suitable authentication schemefor specific scenarios, it is important to understand the challenges associated with it. Therefore, this article fillsthis gap by reviewing the state-of-the-art research on authentication schemes in mTCDs specifically concerningapplication categories, security provisions, and performance efficiency.

Foliar Application of micronutrients Enhances Wheat Growth, Yield and Related Attributes

Wheat is one of the most essential foods in the world. To increase its productivity, nutrient management is one of the most important factors. To assess the possible role of micronutrients in improving wheat yield, an experiment was conducted to evaluate the wheat performance by foliar application of micronutrients. Treatments consist of T1 = No spray, T2 = Spraying plants with tube well water (control), T3 = Spraying plants with 1.6 kg FeSO4/100 L water/acre, T4 = Spraying plants with 3 kg ZnSO4 (21%)/100 L water/acre, T5 = Spraying plants with 1 kg mnSO4/100 L water/acre, T6 = Spraying plants with (FeSO4 + mnSO4), T7 = Spraying plants with (FeSO4 + ZnSO4), T8 = Spraying plants with (ZnSO4 + mnSO4), and T9 = Spraying plants with (FeSO4 + ZnSO4 + mnSO4). Results showed that foliar application of micronutrients substantially improved plant height, spike length cm, spikelets/spike, grains/spike, test weight, Tillers m-2, grain and biological as well as harvest index of wheat. 文章分析了跨境电商平台的效用因素结构,根据效用结构进行战略和服务内容设计,并运用因子分析和库恩塔克定理进行效用评价指标体系的构建、战略工具开发和服务水平规划,形成服务战略分析框架,得出效用指标体系、因素结构到服务战略创新的研究路径。研究发现:(1)客户效用受到五种因素影响,其中三个动因型因素最为关键,显示了客户效用的三个层级;(2)提出相对战略偏好程度、指标体系的公因子权重、竞争环境是影响战略目标权重的因素;(3)不同战略下,总效用对平台预算和客户预算的敏感性不同。低成本战略下,客户和平台投入的增加会大幅提高总效用,有力地促进战略目标的实现。文章为跨境电商平台的战略创新、服务创新、系统设计提供分析思路,有助于改善贸易效果、运营模式,形成竞争优势。

Use of antibacterial sutures for skin closure in controlling surgical site infections: a systematic review of published randomized, controlled trials

Objective:The objective of this article is to systematically analyse the randomized,controlled trials that compare the use of antibacterial sutures(ABS)for skin closure in controlling surgical site ***:Randomized,controlled trials on surgical patients comparing the use of ABS for skin closure in controlling the surgical site infections were analysed systematically using Revman^(■)and combined outcomes were expressed as odds ratios(OR)and standardized mean differences(SmD).Results:Seven randomized,controlled trials evaluating 1631 patients were retrieved from electronic *** were 760 patients in the ABS group and 871 patients in the simple suture *** was moderate heterogeneity among trials(Tau^(2)=0.12;chi^(2)=8.40,df=6[Pm-effects model,the use of ABS for skin closure in surgical patients was associated with a reduced risk of developing surgical site infections(OR,0.16;95%CI,0.37,0.99;z=2.02;Pmplications(OR,0.56;95%CI,0.32,0.98 z=2.04;P=0.04).The durations of operation and lengths of hospital stay were similar following the use of ABS and SS for skin closure in patients undergoing various surgical ***:Use of ABS for skin closure in surgical patients is effective in reducing the risk of surgical site infection and postoperative *** is comparable with SS in terms of length of hospital stay and duration of operation.
