玉米大斑病发生期,在田间采用不同处理方式对玉米大斑病进行处理,并测定其对玉米大斑病的田间防治效果及其对玉米的安全性。结果表明,4种施药处理对玉米大斑病均有一定防效,枯草芽孢杆菌单次用量300g/hm2喷药2次、450g/hm2喷药1次、300g/hm2加高效助剂有机硅75g/hm2喷药2次、450g/hm2加高效助剂有机硅75g/hm2喷药1次的防治效果分别为81.25%,68.45%,82.63%,74.33%;试验剂量范围内,枯草芽孢杆菌对玉米生长安全;其中,枯草芽孢杆菌单次用量300g/hm2喷药2次对玉米大斑病有很好的防治作用,可在生产上大面积使用。

In addition to being driven by tidal winds,the sporadic E(Es)layers are modulated by gravity waves(GWs),although the effects are not yet comprehensively *** this article,we discuss the effects of mesoscale GWs on the Es layers determined by using a newly developed model,MISE-1D(one-dimensional Model of Ionospheric Sporadic E),with low numerical dissipation and high *** by the wind fields resolved by the high-resolution version of the Whole Atmosphere Community Climate Model with thermosphere and ionosphere extension(WACCM-X),the MISE-1D simulation revealed that GWs significantly influence the evolution of the Es layer above 100 km but have a very limited effect at lower *** effects of GWs are diverse and complex,generally including the generation of fluctuating wavelike structures on the Es layer with frequencies similar to those of the *** mesoscale GWs can also cause increases in the density of Es layers,or they can disperse or diffuse the Es layers and increase their *** addition,the presence of GWs is a key factor in sustaining the Es layers in some cases.

Sexual reproduction first appeared in unicellular protists and has continued to be an essential biological process in almost all *** protists, which contain both germline and somatic genomes within a single cell, have evolved a special form of sexual reproduction called conjugation that involves mitosis, meiosis, fertilization, nuclear differentiation, genome rearrangement, and the development of unique cellular structures. The molecular basis and mechanisms of conjugation vary dramatically among ciliates, and many details of the process and its regulation are still largely unknown. In order to better comprehend these processes and mechanisms from an evolutionary perspective, this study provides the first comprehensive overview of the transcriptome and proteome profiles during the entire life cycle of the newly-established marine model ciliate Euplotes vannus. Transcriptome analyses from 14 life cycle stages(three vegetative stages and 11 sexual stages) revealed over 26,000 genes that are specifically expressed at different stages, many of which are related to DNA replication,transcription, translation, mitosis, meiosis, nuclear differentiation, and/or genome rearrangement. Quantitative proteomic analyses identified 338 proteins with homologs associated with conjugation and/or somatic nuclear development in other ciliates, including dicer-like proteins, Hsp90 proteins, RNA polymerase Ⅱ and transcription elongation factors, ribosomal-associated proteins, and ubiquitin-related proteins. Four of these homologs belong to the PIWI family, each with different expression patterns identified and confirmed by RT-qPCR,which may function in small RNA-mediated genome rearrangement. Proteins involved in the nonhomologous end-joining pathway are induced early during meiosis and accumulate in the developing new somatic nucleus, where more than 80% of the germline sequences are eliminated from the somatic genome. Extrachromosomal DNA(ecDNA) is a form of circular DNA mostly found in tumor cells. Unlike the typical chromosomal DNA, ecDNA is circular, self-replicating, and carries complete or partial gene fragments. Although ecDNA occurrence remains a rare event in cancer, recent studies have shown that oncogene amplification on ecDNA is widespread throughout many types of cancer, implying that ecDNA plays a central role in accelerating tumor evolution. ecDNA has also been associated with increased tumor mutation burden, chromosomal instability, and even tumor microenvironment remodeling. ecDNA may be crucial in influencing tumor heterogeneity, drug sensitivity,oncogenic senescence, and tumor immunogenicity, leading to a worsening prognosis for tumor patients. In this way, several clinical trials have been conducted to investigate the importance of ecDNA in clinical treatment. In this review, we summarize the biogenesis, characteristics, and current research methods of ecDNA, discuss the vital role of ecDNA-caused tumor heterogeneity in cancers, and highlight the potential role of ecDNA in cancer therapy.

Chaotic Signal Denoising Algorithm Based on Self-Similarity

Inspired by the self-similar fractal properties of chaotic attractors and the heuristics of similarity filtering of images, a novel chaotic signal denoising algorithm is proposed. By grouping the chaotic signal with similar segments, the denoising of one-dimensional input is transformed into a two-dimensional joint filtering problem. Singular value decomposition is performed on the grouped signal segments and the transform coefficients are processed by thresholding to attenuate noise and finally undergo inverse transformation to recover the *** the similar segments in the grouping have good correlation, the two-dimensional transformation of the grouping can obtain a more sparse representation of the original signal compared with the threshold value denoising in the direct one-dimensional transform domain, thereby having better noise suppression effect. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the reconstruction accuracy and has better signal-to-noise ratio than existing chaotic signal denoising algorithms.

Building air conditioning systems(ACs)can contribute to the stable operation of power grids by participating in peak load shaving programs,but the participants need a fast and accurate zone temperature prediction model,e.g.,the detailed room thermal-resistance(RC)model,to improve peak shaving effect and avoid obvious thermal ***,when applying the detailed room RC model to multi-zone buildings,conventional studies mostly consider the heat transfer among neighboring rooms,which contributes little to the prediction accuracy improvement,but leads to complicated model structure and heavy ***,a distributed RC model is developed for multi-zone buildings in this *** to conventional models,the proposed model considers the total heat transfer between the building and the air,and ignores the heat transfer among indoor air in neighboring rooms through internal walls with heavy thermal mass,thereby having comparable temperature prediction accuracy,simpler structure,and stronger *** on the model,the effectiveness of passive pre-cooling strategies in reducing the air conditioning loads during peak periods is *** indicate that the thermal insulation performance of opaque building envelope is quite important to the flexibility enhancement of air conditioning *** an uninsulated building envelope,passive pre-cooling is useless for the peak load *** comparison,well insulated opaque building envelope enables the building thermal mass to be utilized through passive pre-cooling,which leads to the air conditioning loads during peak periods being further reduced by about 12%.
