BACKGROUND Propofol and sevoflurane are commonly used anesthetic agents for maintenance anesthesia during radical resection of gastric ***,there is a debate concerning their differential effects on cognitive function,anxiety,and depression in patients undergoing this *** To compare the effects of propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia on postoperative cognitive function,anxiety,depression,and organ function in patients undergoing radical resection of gastric *** A total of 80 patients were involved in this *** subjects were divided into two groups:Propofol group and sevoflurane *** evaluation scale for cognitive function was the Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOTCA),and anxiety and depression were assessed with the aid of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Hemodynamic indicators,oxidative stress levels,and pulmonary function were also *** The LOTCA score at 1 d after surgery was significantly lower in the propofol group than in the sevoflurane ***,the SAS and SDS scores of the sevoflurane group were significantly lower than those of the propofol *** sevoflurane group showed greater stability in heart rate as well as the mean arterial pressure compared to the propofol ***,the sevoflurane group displayed better pulmonary function and less lung injury than the propofol *** Both propofol and sevoflurane could be utilized as maintenance anesthesia during radical resection of gastric *** anesthesia has a minimal effect on patients'pulmonary function,consequently enhancing their postoperative *** anesthesia causes less impairment on patients'cognitive function and mitigates negative emotions,leading to an improved postoperative mental ***,the selection of anesthetic agents should be based on the individual patient's specific circumstances.

Flexible hinges are widely used in micro motion robotics. Its rigidity directly influences an organization＇s terminal localization. Its actual structure geometry size cannot satisfy the theoretical analysis completely in a theoretical supposition condition. In this paper, we analyzed the rotation rigidity of a corner-filleted straight beam flexible hinge in different parameters using finite element software ANSYS. The errors are discovered and compared with theoretical results. Through the graph of the flexible hinge parameters and its performance, an analysis of changes of parameters on the performance of a corner-filleted flexible hinge was carried out. The key manufacture parameters that affect the performance of a corner-filleted flexure hinge the most and rules of design are given, which can provide directions of design precision for the flexure hinge.

Engine data management is of great significance for ensuring data security and sharing,as well as facilitating multi-party collaborative *** data management approaches often involve decentralized data storage that is vulnerable to tampering,making it challenging to conduct multi-party collaborative learning under privacy protection conditions and fully leverage the value of ***,data with compromised integrity can lead to incorrect results if used for model ***,this paper aims to break down data sharing barriers and fully utilize decentralized data for multi-party collaborative learning under privacy protection *** propose a trustworthy engine data management method based on blockchain technology to ensure data immutability and *** address the issue of limited data samples for some users resulting in poor model performance,we introduce swarm learning techniques based on centralized machine learning and design a trustworthy data management method for swarm learning,achieving trustworthy regulation of the entire *** conduct research on engine models under swarm learning based on the NASA open dataset,effectively organizing decentralized data samples for collaborative training while ensuring data privacy and fully leveraging the value of data.

In this paper,a detection method combining Cameron decomposition based on polarization scattering characteristics in sea clutter background is ***,the Cameron decomposition is exploited to fuse the radar echoes of full polarization channels at the data *** to the artificial material structure on the surface of the target,it can be shown that the non-reciprocity of the target cell is stronger than that of the clutter ***,based on the analysis of the decomposition results,a new feature with scattering geometry characteristics in polarization domain,denoted as Cameron polarization decomposition scattering weight(CPD-SW),is extracted as the test statistic,which can achieve more detailed descriptions of the clutter scattering characteristics utilizing the difference between their scattering ***,the superiority of the proposed CPD-SW detector over traditional detectors in improving detection performance is verified by the IPIX measured dataset,which has strong stability under short-time observation in threshold detection and can also improve the separability of feature space zin anomaly detection.

Objective: To identify the core targets of Rheum palmatum L. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,(Dahuang-Danshen, DH-DS) and the mechanism underlying its therapeutic efficacy in acute pancreatitis(AP)using a network pharmacology approach and validate the findings in animal experiments. Methods: Network pharmacology analysis was used to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of DH-DS in AP. The reliability of the results was verified by molecular docking simulation and molecular dynamics ***, the results of network pharmacology enrichment analysis were verified by immunohistochemistry,Western blot analysis and real-time quantitative PCR, respectively. Results: Sixty-seven common targets of DH-DS in AP were identified and mitogen-activated protein kinase 3(MAPK3), Janus kinase 2(JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3), protein c-Fos(FOS) were identified as core targets in the protein interaction(PPI) network analysis. Gene ontology analysis showed that cellular response to organic substance was the main functions of DH-DS in AP, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that the main pathway included Th17 cell differentiation. Molecular docking simulation confirmed that DH-DS binds with strong affinity to MAPK3, STAT3 and FOS. Molecular dynamics simulation revealed that FOS-isotanshinone Ⅱ and STAT3-dan-shexinkum d had good binding capacity. Animal experiments indicated that compared with the AP model group, DH-DS treatment effectively alleviated AP by inhibiting the expression of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α, and blocking the activation of Th17 cell differentiation(P<0.01). Conclusion: DH-DS could inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and protect pancreatic tissues,which would be functioned by regulating Th17 cell differentiation-related m RNA and protein expressions.

Currently, a decision tree is the most commonly used data mining algorithm for classification tasks. While a significant number of studies have investigated privacy-preserving decision trees, the methods proposed in these studies often have shortcomings in terms of data privacy breach or efficiency. Additionally,these methods typically only apply to symmetric frameworks, which consist of two or more parties with equal privilege, and are not suitable for asymmetric scenarios where parties have unequal privilege. In this paper,we propose SecureCART, a three-party privacy-preserving decision tree training scheme with a privileged party. We adopt the existing pMPL framework and design novel secure interactive protocols for division,comparison, and asymmetric multiplication. Compared to similar schemes, our division protocol is 93.5–560.4× faster, with the communication overhead reduced by over 90%; further, our multiplication protocol is approximately 1.5× faster, with the communication overhead reduced by around 20%. Our comparison protocol based on function secret sharing maintains good performance when adapted to pMPL. Based on the proposed secure protocols, we implement SecureCART in C++ and analyze its performance using three real-world datasets in both LAN and WAN environments. he experimental results indicate that SecureCART is significantly faster than similar schemes proposed in past studies, and that the loss of accuracy while using SecureCART remains within an acceptable range.
