High-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors,which are used for direct dark matter detection,have the advantages of a low threshold and excell.nt energy *** surface passivation of HPGe has become crucial for achieving an extremely low energy *** this study,first-principles simulations,passivation film preparation,and metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitor characterization were combined to study surface *** calculations of the energy band structure of the -H,-OH,and -nH_(2) passivation groups on the surface of Ge were performed,and the interface state density and potential with five different passivation groups with n/O atomic ratios were accurately analyzed to obtain a stable surface *** on the theoretical calculation results,the surface passivation layers of the Ge_(2)On_(2) film were prepared via magnetron sputtering in accordance with the optimum atomic ratio *** microstructure,C-V,and I-V electrical properties of the layers,and the passivation effect of the Al/Ge_(2)On_(2)/Ge MOS were characterized to test the interface state *** mean interface state density obtained by the Terman method was 8.4×10^(11) cm^(-2) eV^(-1).The processing of germanium oxynitrogen passivation films is expected to be used in direct dark matter detection of the HPGe detector surface passivation technology to reduce the detector leakage currents.

Efficient electroreduction of nitrate via enriched active phases on copper-cobalt oxides

Electrochemical conversion of nitrate(nO_(3)~-) to ammonia(nH_(3)) can target two birds with one stone well, in nO_(3)^(-)-containing sewage remediation and sustainable nH_(3) production. However, single metalbased catalysts are difficult to drive high-efficient nO_(3)~- removal due to the multi-electron transfer ***, we present a tandem catalyst with simple structure, Cu-Co binary metal oxides(Cu-Co-O), by engineering intermediate phases as catalytic active species for nO_(3)~- conversion. Electrochemical evaluation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and in situ Raman spectra together suggest that the newly-generated Cu-based phases was prone to nO_(3)~- to nO_(2)~- conversion, then nO_(2)~- was reduced to nH_(3) on Co-based species. At an applied potential of -1.1 V vs. saturated calomel electrode, the Cu-Co-O catalyst achieved nO_(3)~- -n removal of 90% and nH_(3) faradaic efficiency of 81% for 120 min in 100 m l of 50 mg/l.nO_(3)~- -n,consuming only 0.69 k Wh/mol in a two-electrode system. This study provides a facile and efficient engineering strategy for developing high-performance catalysts for electrocatalytic nitrate conversion.

Adsorption is one of the most feasible and effective methods to alleviate the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)***,the mixture effect and mechanism for competitive adsorption of VOCs on zeolites are barely *** this study,toluene,acetone,and ethyl acetate as preval.nt VOCs species were removed by four potential zeolites(13X,USY,Beta,ZSM-5)in both single-and multi-component *** structure-property relationship between adsorbate-adsorbent pairs was revealed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray fluorescence,n_(2) adsorption and density function theory *** molecular polarity and volatility of VOCs species played key roles in adsorption and the dynamic uptakes were generally listed as follows:ethyl acetate>toluene>*** for the above VOCs mixtures,13X zeolite selectively adsorbed oxygenated VOCs rather than *** contrast,USY exhibited a preference to trap *** acetate could be readily enriched by ZSM-5 and Beta *** possible expl.nations and implications are discussed based on the subtle change in electron *** results obtained are vital for understanding the mixture effect of VOCs adsorption and may guide the selection of proper adsorbent for real applications.

Highly efficient CO_(2) capture using 2-methylimidazole aqueous solution on laboratory and pilot-scale

To date,the primary industrial carbon capture approach is still absorption using aqueous solutions of ***,to pursue a substitute for the amine-based approach to improve the CO_(2) capture efficiency and decrease the energy cost further,we report a new carbon capture approach using a 2-methylimidazole(mIm)aqueous *** properties and sorption behaviors of this approach have been experimentally *** results show that the mIm solution has higher CO_(2) absorption capacity under relatively higher equilibrium pressure(>130 kPa)and lower desorption heat than the methyldiethanolamine solution.91.6%sorption capacity of mIm solution can be recovered at 353.15 K and 80 *** selectivity for CO_(2)/n_(2) and CO_(2)/CH_(4) can reach an exceptional 7609 and 4324,***,the pilot-scale tests were also performed,and the results demonstrate that more than 98%of CO_(2) in the feed gas could be removed and cyclic absorption capacity can reach 1 mol·l^(-1).This work indicates that mIm is an excell.nt alternative to alkanolamines for carbon capture in the industry.

2008~2022年我国湖泊有机质相关指标时空演变

基于2008~2022年中国湖泊长时间序列水质数据,采用Mann—Kendall检验(M-K检验),Pearson相关分析以及主成分分析(PCA)等对有机质及相关营养指标在长时间序列上的变化规律,空间异质性特征及指标之间的相关关系进行研究.结果表明:2008~2022年,全国湖泊溶解氧(DO)浓度以每年0.19mg/l的速度增加(Pl增加至2022年的10.04mg/l,高锰酸盐指数(COD-Mn)浓度从5.86mg/l下降至3.17mg/l,表明我国湖泊水环境质量整体改善.然而,化学需氧量(COD),COD-Mn,生化需氧量(BOD5)等近年来出现波动性变化且有增加趋势.相关性分析结果表明,COD-Mn与总磷(TP),氨氮(nH3-n)以及叶绿素(Chla)均呈现显著正相关性(r>0.50, Pla(r=0.61,Pn与BOD5等有机质相关指标为影响全国湖泊水质空间异质性特征的主要因素,且有机质浓度较高的湖泊地理分布较为明显,主要集中于蒙新湖区和云贵高原湖区.

为探究玫瑰和陈皮对烘炒花生仁货架期品质的影响,以添加玫瑰花、陈皮的烘炒花生仁为研究对象,以添加0.2 g/kg叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的花生仁、不额外添加的烘炒花生仁分别作为阳性和阴性对照,采用Schaal烘箱法对烘炒花生仁进行加速氧化,测定各组花生仁在烘箱储藏期间的酸价、过氧化值、丙二醛、色度、质构、水分含量、水分活度,并进行感官评价;采用风味值拟合一次函数,预测花生仁货架期。实验结果表明,与阴性对照组相比,添加植物组能较好地控制油脂水解、游离脂肪酸氧化程度,抑制氢过氧化合物和丙二醛值的上升,抑制花生l*值下降、a*值上升,丰富烘炒花生风味;与阳性对照组相比,添加植物组能较好地抑制丙二醛上升、维持花生色度。根据风味感官评分值拟合所得一次函数预测出货架期,陈皮组、玫瑰组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组的货架期分别为9.0、8.5、7.7、4.7个月。
