The effects of overageing （OA） and vanadium addition on microstructure and properties of cold-rolled lowcarbon si-Mn dual phase （DP） steel sheets are studied. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of DP steels are greatly affected by OA temperature. When OA is done at low temperatures （473 -- 573 K）, the elongation rate increases sharply while both the yield strength and tensile strength decrease significantly, When OA is done at high temperatures （〉573 K）, the elongation does not further increase, but the yield strength increases and tensile strength decreases, which deteriorates the mechanical properties of the steel. The results also show that both the strength and the tempering stability can be significantly improved by vanadium microalloying. Finally, the optimum OA temperature for the traditional steel appears to be around 523 K, while it is around 573 K for the V-containing steel, resulting in the best overall mechanical properties.

Bulk superconductivity(sC) has recently been observed in the Al-Zn-Mg quasicrystal(QC). To settle several fundamental issues of the sC on the QC, we use an attractive Hubbard model to perform a systematic study on the Penrose lattice. The first issue is the Cooper instability of the QC, i.e., no Fermi surface under an infinitesimal attractive interaction. starting from the two-electron problem outside a filled Fermi sea, we analytically prove that an infinitesimal Hubbard attraction can lead to the Cooper instability as long as the density of the state is nonzero at the Fermi level. The findings provide a basis for the sC on the QC. Our numerical results show that the Cooper pairing always takes place between two time-reversal states, satisfying Anderson’s theorem. On this theorem, we perform a mean-field(MF) study at zero and finite temperatures. The MF study shows that an arbitrarily weak attraction can lead to a pairing order, with the resulting pairing state being well described by the Bardeen-Cooper-schrieffer theory and the thermal dynamic behaviors being well consistent with the experimental results. The second issue is about the superfluid density on the QC without translational symmetry. Our findings clarify that although the normal state of the system locates at the critical point of the metal-insulator transition, the pairing state exhibits a real sC, carrying finite superfluid density that can be verified by the Meissner effect. This finding is consistent with the experiment results. This study also reveals that the properties of the sC on the Penrose lattice are universal for all QCs.

ABsTRACT:The practical application of rotating triboelectric nanogenerators is often limited by the wear of high-friction surface materials and low surface charge *** addition to the charge pump replenishment strategy,suppressing charge decay is also crucial for increasing surface charge ***,we present a high performance rotary triboelectric nanogenerator(HPR-TENG)based on a coplanar charge pumping strategy and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)*** has been demonstrated that applying PVC film to the surface of the storage electrode of the main TENG(M-TENG)significantly enhances the M-TENG’s output ***,the HPR-TENG with three layers of PVC film pasted achieved the best output performance,with a peak-topeak output voltage of 2828 V,a peak-to-peak output current of 327μA and a charge transfer of 0.81μC at 500 *** addition,the output improvement effects of different materials are *** TENG with 3 layers of PVC film pasted on it has a maximum output power of 748 mW at a load resistance of 4×10^(6)Ω.HPR-TENG’s output performance remains consistent after 100,000 cycles,which shows excellent *** excellent electrical performance of the HPR-TENG can be used as the energy supply for the tip high-voltage breakdown sensor system,which can achieve 14 breakdowns in 10 *** to its extraordinary electrical performance,HPRTENG can not only serve as an energy supply for cutting-edge high-voltage breakdown sensor systems,but also has the potential to serve as an energy supply for high-pressure sterilization,high-pressure vacuum and water electrolysis.

The present study was designed to improve storage stability and oral bioavailability of Ganneng dropping pills(GNDP) by transforming lignans of Herpetospermum caudigerum(HL) composed of herpetrione(HPE) and herpetin(HPN) into nanosuspension(HL-Ns), the main active ingredient of GNDP, HL-Ns was prepared by high pressure homogenization and lyophilized to transform into solid nanoparticles(HL nanoparticles), and then the formulated HL nanoparticles were perfused into matrix to obtain Ns-GNDP by melting method. For a period of 3 months, the content uniformity, storage stability and pharmacokinetics test in vivo of Ns-GNDP were evaluated and compared with regular GNDP at room temperature. The results demonstrated that uniformity of dosage units of Ns-GNDP was acceptable according to the criteria of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 J. Physical stability of Ns-GNDP was investigated systemically using photon correlation spectroscopy(PCs), zeta potential measurement, and scanning electron microscopy(sEM). There was a slight increase in particles and PI of HL-Ns re-dispersed from Ns-GNDP after storage for 3 months, compared with new formulated Ns-GNDP, which indicated a good redispersibility of the Ns-GNDP containing HL-Ns after storage. Besides, chemical stability of Ns-GNDP was studied and the results revealed that HPE and HPN degradation was less when compared with that of GNDP, providing more than 99% of drug residue after storage for 3 months. In the dissolution test in vitro, Ns-GNDP remarkably exhibited an increased dissolution velocity compared with GNDP and no distinct dissolution difference existed within 3 months. The pharmacokinetic study showed that HPE and HPN in Ns-GNDP exhibited a significant increase in AUC0–t, Cmax and decrease in Tmax when compared with regular GNDP. These results indicated that Ns-GNDP possessed superiority with improved storage stability and increased dissolution rate and oral bioavailability.

The abnormal changes of biothiols are directly related to health condition of human body,and the effective identification and quantification of biothiols is of great significance for screening and diagnosis of *** study described the development of a p H-regulated colorimetric sensor array for discrimination of five kinds of biothiols including cysteine(Cys),glutathione(GsH),homocysteine(Hcy),cysteamine(CA)and N-acetylcysteine(NAC).The proposed sensor array was established using 5-nm-and 20-nm-sizedβ-cyclodextrin-functionalized gold nanoparticles(β-CD@Au NPs)as nonspecific receptor and signal transduction *** to the different binding affinity between biothiols andβ-CD@Au NPs in various p H environments,the different aggregation behaviors of nanoparticles produced unique colorimetric response patterns,which were able to be distinguished by bare eyes and UV-vis ***,principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)were employed for pattern recognition and generated a clustering map for a clear differentiation of biothiols at the level ofμmol/***,it can be proved that the method was successfully applied to the analysis of biothiols in human urine samples.

Parkinson's disease(PD) motor symptoms are induced by the loss of dopaminergic neurons containing neuromelanin in the nigrostriatal system.
