Lung cancer is the most common and fatal malignant disease worldwide and has the highest mortality rate among tumor-related causes of *** diagnosis and precision medicine can significantly improve the survival rate and prognosis of lung cancer *** present,the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer is challenging due to a lack of effective non-invasive detection methods and biomarkers,and treatment is primarily hindered by drug resistance and high tumor *** biopsy is a method for detecting circulating biomarkers in the blood and other body fluids containing genetic information from primary tumor *** lavage fluid(BALF)is a potential liquid biopsy medium that is rich in a variety of bioactive substances and cell *** contains information on the key characteristics of tumors,including the tumor subtype,gene mutation type,and tumor environment,thus BALF may be used as a diagnostic supplement to lung *** this review,the current research on BALF in the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of lung cancer is *** advantages and disadvantages of different components of BALF,including cells,cell-free DNA,extracellular vesicles,and micro RNA are *** particular,the great potential of extracellular vesicles in precision diagnosis and detection of drug-resistant for lung cancer is *** addition,the performance of liquid biopsies with different body fluid sources in lung cancer detection are compared to facilitate more selective studies involving BALF,thereby promoting the application of BALF for precision medicine in lung cancer patients in the future.

The Ananthakrishna Model Under Non-synchronous Perturbation

The Ananthakrishna model, seeking to explain the Portevin-Le Chatelier effect, is studied with or without non-synchronous perturbations. For the unperturbed model, Bogdanov-Takens bifurcation and zeroHopf bifurcation are detected. For the perturbed model, rich dynamical behaviors are given by researching the Poincaré map, including solutions of different periods, quasi-periodic solutions, chaotic solutions, and ***, an augmented temperature-dependent perturbation amplitude induces a transition from non-serrated to serrated flow on the stress-time curve. Notably, on the stress-strain curve, the phenomenon of repeated yielding diminishes with an increase in the value of a temperature-dependent parameter, while it persists with an increase in the value of a temperature-independent parameter. Sensitivity analysis sheds light on the factors exerting the most significant influence on dislocation density.

The early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)provides opportunities for early intervention to slow the progression of neurological degeneration in patients,particularly as the aging population increases in our *** a series of pathological features of PD,mitochondria abnormalities have been identified as central event that occurs at the early stage of ***,the method for detecting mitochondrial abnormalities-associated early PD has not been fully *** herein report a specifically mitochondrial targeting probe(named TPA-BT-SCP)that is able to characterize mitochondria abnormalities for early diagnosis of PD and monitor PD neurodegenerative *** probe is an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)probe with a strong positive charge,a 3D distorted molecular structure,and a separated HOMO-LUMO distribution,designed with unique molecular design *** research demonstrated that TPA-BT-SCP could emit stable and strong fluorescence,and rapidly accumulate in mitochondria due to the negative *** intranasal administration of 1-methy-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP)-induced PD mice,TPA-BT-SCP successfully bypassed the blood−brain barrier to light up the brain,allowing the grading of PD severity based on its high *** together,this work develops a novel AIE probe that exhibits dramatically high sensitivity to mitochondrial changes and enables noninvasive diagnosis of early PD in the brain.

Double active sites promoting hydrogen evolution activity and stability of CoRuOH/Co_(2)P by rapid hydrolysis

Cobalt-based phosphides show excellent hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance,however,improving the intrinsic activity and stability of it in alkaline electrolyte still remains a ***,CoRuOH/Co_(2)P/CF with heterojunction structure was developed by means of molten salt and rapid hydrolysis(30 s).The OH-from rapid surface hydrolysis of Co_(2)P as a hydrogen adsorption site can facilitate the formation of thin CoRuOH layer as a water dissociation site,which may bring out better synergistic effect for alkaline ***,the covering of CoRuOH can improve the stability of Co_(2)P for *** drives at 100 mA/cm^(2),it only requires overpotential of 81 mV in 1.0 mol/L KOH(25℃).Even at higher current density(1000 mA/cm^(2)),CoRuOH/Co_(2)P/CF can also operate stability for at least 100 *** coupling with NiFe-LDH/IF in a two-electrode system,the voltage of NiFe-LDH/IF(+)||CoRuOH/Co_(2)P/CF(-)at 1000 mA/cm^(2)is merely 1.77 V with 100 h,demonstrating great potential for water *** implementation of this work provides a new strategy and reference for the further improvement of transition metal phosphides as HER electrocatalysts.

BACKGROUND The systemic inflammatory response index(SIRI)has been demonstrated to make a significant difference in assessing the prognosis of patients with different solid ***,research is needed to ascertain the accuracy and reliability of applying the SIRI to patients who undergo robotic radical gastric cancer *** To validate the applicability of the SIRI in assessing the survival of gastric cancer patients and evaluate the clinical contribution of preoperative SIRI levels to predicting long-term tumor outcomes in patients,who received robotic radical gastric cancer *** Initially,an exhaustive retrieval was performed in the PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMBASE,Web of Science,and Scopus databases to identify relevant ***,a meta-analysis was executed on 6 cohort studies iden-tifying the value of the SIRI in assessing the survival of gastric cancer ***,the clinical data of 161 patients undergoing robotic radical gastric cancer surgery were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate their clinicopathological characteristics and relevant laboratory *** association between preoperative SIRI levels and 5-year overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)was *** The findings demonstrated an extensive connection between SIRI values and the outcome of patients with gastric *** SIRI levels were identified as an independent hazard feature for both OS and DFS among those who received robotic surgery for gastric *** levels in gastric cancer patients were observed to be associated with the presence of comorbidities,T-stage,carcinoembryonic antigen levels,the development of early serious postoperative complications,and the rate of lymph node *** SIRI values are correlated with adverse in the gastric cancer population and have the potential to be utilized in predicting long-term oncological survival in patients who undergo robotic radical gastric canc

Towards the insights into the deactivation behavior of acetylene hydrogenation catalyst

A series of model catalysts were obtained by treating commercial fresh and spent catalysts unloaded from the factory with different methods, including green oil dipping, extraction and high-temperature regeneration;finally, the deactivation behavior of the commercial catalyst for acetylene hydrogenation were studied. The influence of various possible deactivation factors on the catalytic performance was elucidated via detailed structural characterization, surface composition analysis, and activity *** results showed that green oil, carbon deposit and sintering of active metal were the main reasons for deactivation, among which green oil and carbon deposit led to rapid deactivation, while the activity could be recovered after regeneration by high-temperature calcination. The sintering of active metal components was attributed to the high-temperature regeneration in hydrothermal conditions, which was slow but irreversible and accounted for permanent deactivation. Thus, optimizing the regeneration is expected to extend the service life of the commercial catalyst.

Manipulation of band gap in 1T-TiSe_(2) via rubidium deposition

The 1T-TiSe_(2) is a two-dimensional charge-density-wave(CDW)material that attracts great interest.A small band gap locates at the Fermi level separating the Ti d-bands and Se p-bands,which makes 1T-TiSe_(2) a promising candidate for realizing excitonic ***,we studied the band gap in 1T-TiSe_(2) using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES).Instead of only focusing on the in-plane band dispersions,we obtained the detailed band dispersions of both conduction and valance bands along the out-of-plane *** found that the conduction and valance bands split into multiple sub-bands in the CDW state due to band *** a result,the band gap between the Ti d-bands and Se p-bands reduces to~25 meV and becomes a direct gap in the CDW *** intriguingly,such band gap can be further reduced by the rubidium *** band structure becomes semimetallic in the rubidium-doped ***,exotic gapless behaviors were observed at the p-d band *** result characterized the band gap of 1T-TiSe_(2) in three-dimensional Brillouin zone with unpreceded *** also suggests a closing of band gap or a potential band inversion in 1T-TiSe_(2) driven by rubidium deposition.
