An outdoor propagation measurement campaign for beyond 3G （B3G） as well as a wide-band indoor measurement campaign have been performed recently in Beijing, China, in which the sounding signals are transmitted by an one-antenna base station and received by a two-antenna mobile receiver operated at 3.49～3.51 GHz bandwidth. Different scenarios： stationary line-of-sight （LoS）, stationary non-LoS （NLoS） scenarios, and dynamic NLoS are deliberately chosen in a classic urban environment and office environment. The initial results are presented in this article. Parameters including vector channel impulse response, path loss, rays number, excess delay spread etc. are extracted, analyzed, and briefly reported here.

Studies were carried out on the transesterification of the Chinese Spicehush （Lindera communis） seed （LCS） oil with methanol for the production of biodiesel. The methyl esters of LCS oil were compared with soybean esters to determine biodiesel fuel performance and properties. The fatty acids content in the seed kernel oil （LKO） and coat oil （LCO） were quantified by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method （C-C-MS）. LKO contains 95.1% saturated acids （capric, lauric, myristic and palmitic） and 2.3% unsaturated acids （oleic）. LCO contains 24.6% saturated acids （palmitic and stearic） and 73.6% unsaturated acids （oleic, linoleic and palmitoleic）. The kinematic viscosity, cold filter plugging point, cloud point, flash point and cetane index were determined. The methyl esters of LKO had a higher kinematic viscosity and a lower cold filter plugging point value, so it has better performance in cold weather. The biodiesel of LCS oil has fuel properties within the limits prescribed by American （ASTM D 6751-02） standards, except for a slightly lower flash point of LKO biodiesel than that prescribed by these standards （130℃）. Thus, LKO and LCO biodiesel have great potential to be used on a large scale as fuel for diesel engines.

The chemical composition of Zanthoxylum bungeanum（Z bungeanum） essential oi1（39 batches） was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） analysis（23 ingredients）, and the antitumor activity against HeLa cells was detected via the MTT[3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] assay. Two composition-activity relationship（CAR） models, generalized regression neural network（GRNN） and support vector regression（SVR） were respectively used to calculate the mean impact value（MIV） so as to identify bioactive com- pounds. Among them 9 ingredients（peaks 4, 15, 7, 8, 13, 3, 16, 9 and 11） were selected due to their high absolute MIVs. All of them have been confirmed with potential antitumor activity by previous researches. The CAR model combined with MIV was expected to be a credible tool for the active compound identification from herbs.

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(P<0.001).Compared with serum creatinine at baseline,the predictive model had higher accuracy(0.86 versus 0.58,P<0.001)and a lower coefficient of variation(0.07 versus 0.92)in external *** Renal involvement is the most common manifestation of pediatric AAV in China,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

Nkx3.l is a prostate-specific homeobox gene related strongly to prostate development and prostate cancer. To study its regulation of transcription, 1.06 kb 5' flanking region of Nkx3.1 gene and its 5' deletion mutants (861, 617, 417 and 238 bp) were obtained by PCR and cloned into pGL3-basic, a promoter-less luciferase reporter vector, to examine their promoter activities driving the reporter gene transcription. pRL-TK, a Renilla luciferase reporter vector was used as internal control, and pGL3-control and pGL3-basic were used as positive and negative control respectively. The promoter activities were determined by dual-luciferase reporter assay 48 h after pGL3 constructs were cotransfected with pRL-TK into prostate cancer cell LNCaP. The results showed that dual-luciferase reporter assay (M1/M2) of pGL3-1.06 kb cotransfection with pRL-TK was 2.7, which was about 1.5-fold higher than that of pGL3-control cotrans-fection with pRL-TK and 50-fold higher than that of pGL3-basic cotransfection with pRL-TK. The microstructural evolution of a cold-rolled and intercritical annealed medium-Mn steel(Fe-0.10C-5Mn)was investigated during uniaxial tensile ***-situ observations under scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction analysis were conducted to characterize the progressive transformation-induced plasticity process and associated fracture initiation *** findings were discussed with the local strain measurements via digital image *** results indicated that Lüders band formation in the steel was limited to 1.5%strain,which was mainly due to the early-stage martensitic phase transformation of a very small amount of the less stable large-sized retained austenite(RA),which led to localized stress concentrations and strain hardening and further retardation of *** small-sized RA exhibited high stability and progressively transformed into martensite and contributed to a stably extended Portevin-Le Chatelier *** volume fraction of RA gradually decreased from 26.8%to 8.2%prior to *** the late deformation stage,fracture initiation primarily occurred at the austenite/martensite and ferrite/martensite interfaces and the ferrite phase.
