Objective:To investigate the effects of jiangan Xiaozhi Formula(JGXZ)on oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:Between September 2022 and December 2023,our hospital admitted a total of 58 patients with *** patients were split into two groups at random:one for experimentation and the other for *** were 27 patients in the experimental group at the end,compared to 26 in the control group,reasonable exercise,weight management,lipid regulation,and oral polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules(PPC).The experimental group received JGXZ in addition to the above treatments for 12 consecutive *** in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,blood lipids,liver function indicators,the levels of oxidative stress markers,such as malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and superoxide dismutase(SOD),as well as serum inflammatory factors,such as interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),were measured both before and after ***:After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in TCM syndrome scores(Psion:JGXZ can significantly improve clinical symptoms,regulate blood lipids,and protect liver function in patients with *** mechanism may be related to inhibiting inflammatory responses and regulating the balance of the oxidation-antioxidation system.

In order to improve the overall resilience of the urban infrastructures, it is required to conduct blast resistant design for important building structures in the city. For complex terrain in the city, it is recommended to determine the blast load on the structures via numerical simulation. since the mesh size of the numerical model highly depends on the explosion scenario, there is no generally applicable approach for the mesh size selection. An efficient method to determine the mesh size of the numerical model of near-ground detonation based on explosion scenarios is proposed in this study. The effect of mesh size on the propagation of blast wave under different explosive weights was studied, and the correlations between the mesh size effect and the charge weight or the scaled distance was described. Based on the principle of the finite element method and Hopkinson-Cranz scaling law, a mesh size measurement unit related to the explosive weight was proposed as the criterion for determining the mesh size in the numerical simulation. Finally, the applicability of the method proposed in this paper was verified by comparing the results from numerical simulation and the explosion tests and was verified in AUTODYN.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. silicon-based（si-based） materials offer more possibilities for generating new portable electronic devices due to their high specific capacities. However, their inferior electrical conductivity and volume expansion during cycling seriously limit their development. The optimum solution is to select specific materials to establish an exceptionally conductive and volume buffer structure,which can assist si materials in developing their excellent lithium storage properties. In this study, si particles were confined in TiO2carbon fibers（TiO2CFs） via electrospinning, after which they were encapsulated with MXene and Co-MoS2（CMS） nanosheets to fabricate hierarchical ST-2@MXene@CMS films. TiO2CF, MXene and CMS were employed to establish a coherent conductive network with one-, two-and three-dimensional electronic pathways to permit the unimpeded flow of electrons inside the electrode material. TiO2CF, MXene and CMS acted precisely as multilayered buffers to ameliorate the volume change of si particles during cycling. In addition, the CMS nanosheets were involved in lithium storage, contributing to the final electrochemical performance. Ultimately, the ST-2@MXene@CMS films served as free-standing electrodes, avoiding the impact of inactive interfaces on the electrochemical performance and fulfilling the lightweight requirement for new energy storage devices.

silicon （si） has mild discharge potential and high theoretical capacity,making it a highly desirable material for lithium-ion batteries （LIBs）.Nevertheless,the excessive volume expansion,poor ion/electron conductiv ity and unstable solid electrolyte interface （SEI） hinde practical application to ***,the metallic antimony（Sb） stabilized porous si （siDSb） composite was prepared by magnesiothermic reduction of Sb2O3and Mg2si and chemical etching to remove the by-product of *** highly conductive Sb nanodots embedded in the si liga ments promote not only the formation of conductive and stable LiF-rich SEI,but also the electron/ion transpor ability of *** to the outstanding bulk/interface stability,excellent conductivity,as well as ideal porous structure,the siDSb electrode demonstrates a capacity of820 mAh·g-1after undergoing 320 turns at 1000 mA·***,it exhibits a stable capacity of 675 m Ah·g-1when tested at a higher current density of 5000 m A·*** results reveal a viable solution to solve three problems at the same time,namely the poor conductivity,inferior SEI and excessive volume expansion of si,boding well for the design of si-based materials for high-energy LIBs.

The microscopic global nucleon–nucleus optical model potential(OMP)proposed by Whitehead,Lim,and Holt,the WLH potential(Whitehead et al.,Phys Rev Lett 127:182502,2021),which was constructed in the framework of many-body per-turbation theory with state-of-the-art nuclear interactions from chiral effective field theory(EFT),was tested with(p,d)transfer reactions calculated using adiabatic wave *** target nuclei included both stable and unstable nuclei,and the incident energies reached 200 *** results were compared with experimental data and predictions using the phenomenological global optical potential of Koning and Delaroche,the KD02 ***,we found that the micro-scopic WLH potential described the(p,d)reaction angular distributions similarly to the phenomenological KD02 potential;however,the former was slightly better than the latter for radioactive *** average,the obtained spectroscopic factors(SFs)using both microscopic and phenomenological potentials were similar when the incident energies were below approxi-mately 120 ***,their difference tended to increase at higher incident energies,which was particularly apparent for the doubly magic target nucleus 40Ca.

We report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.Experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility using a si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was *** result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet ***,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence.
