Carbon monoxide（CO） has recently been well-established as a promising therapeutic modality against cancer. The development of transition-metal-free and tumor-targeted delivery platforms for CO is highly demanded but remains very sporadic. Herein, we developed a polyprodrug system for the co-delivery of CO and a chemotherapeutic agent combretastin A-4（CA-4） to the tumor site based on a chemiexcitation mechanism. Such a poly-prodrug successfully achieved the co-activation of CO and CA-4 in response to H2O2at the tumor site both in vitro and in vivo. Importantly, a synergist effect between CO and CA-4 was observed in suppressing tumor growth in a mouse tumor model. It is anticipated that such a poly-prodrug system could be potentially adapted for the co-delivery of CO and another drug payload for combinational therapy for other indications.

党的二十届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》明确提出“法治是中国式现代化的重要保障”,对法治与现代化之间的辩证关系从理论与实践相结合的角度作出系统阐述,对不断完善和健全法治在保障中国式现代化中的能力,推动法治与现代化同频共振、并肩前行发挥了政策引领作用。从法理层面准确认识法治对中国式现代化的保障机制和制度功能,要从历史维度、政治维度、理论维度、比较维度和实践维度“五个维度”有机统一的角度认识中国式现代化的具体特征和制度形态,针对不同层面的中国式现代化目标采取不同性质的法治应对和保障措施。法治在中国式现代化进程中,通过保障制度现代化推进中国式现代化。其中,法治自身也需要现代化。没有法治现代化就没有社会主义现代化。法治在推进中国式现代化过程中,通过不断提升自身效能和保障能力,逐步实现自身的现代化,成为中国式现代化事业的重要组成部分。

Although deep learning methods have been widely applied in slam visual odometry over the past decade with impressive improvements， the accuracy remains limited in complex dynamic environments. In this paper， a composite mask-based generative adversarial network is introduced to predict camera motion and binocular depth maps. Specifically， a perceptual generator is constructed to obtain the corresponding parallax map and optical flow from between two neighboring frames. Then， an iterative pose improvement strategy is proposed to improve the accuracy of pose estimation. Finally， a composite mask is embedded in the discriminator to sense structural deformation in the synthesized virtual image， thereby increasing the overall structural constraints of the network model， improving the accuracy of camera pose estimation， and reducing drift issues in the Visual Odometer. Detailed quantitative and qualitative evaluations on the kITTI dataset show that the proposed framework outperforms existing conventional， supervised learning and unsupervised depth VO methods， providing better results in both pose estimation and depth estimation.

The SCAPS-1D simulator， a one-dimensional solar cell capacitance simulator is utilized for simulating CIGS solar cells. It has been observed that the performance of solar cells can be enhanced by uniformly adjusting the band gap value of the CIGS absorption layer. Upon doing so， the solar cell's conversion efficiency reaches 22.13% when the band gap of the CIGS absorption layer is 1.3eV. Subsequently， the influence of defect type and density on photoelectric properties is analyzed by using the improved absorption band gap. The findings indicate that to heighten the photovoltaic efficiency， it is imperative to minimize the defect concentration in the absorption layer， as high-density defects significantly impact the efficiency， and can even render the conversion efficiency to zero. This study underscores the pivotal influence of band gap adjustments and defect charge types on the photoelectric properties of thin film solar cells.

This article presents a mathematical model addressing a scenario involving a hybrid nanofluid flow between two infinite parallel plates. One plate remains stationary, while the other moves downward at a squeezing velocity. The space between these plates contains a Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium. A mixture of water-based fluid with gold(Au) and silicon dioxide(Si O2) nanoparticles is formulated. In contrast to the conventional Fourier's heat flux equation, this study employs the Cattaneo-Christov heat flux equation. A uniform magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the flow direction, invoking magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) effects. Further, the model accounts for Joule heating, which is the heat generated when an electric current passes through the fluid. The problem is solved via NDSolve in MATHEMATICA. Numerical and statistical analyses are conducted to provide insights into the behavior of the nanomaterials between the parallel plates with respect to the flow, energy transport, and skin *** findings of this study have potential applications in enhancing cooling systems and optimizing thermal management strategies. It is observed that the squeezing motion generates additional pressure gradients within the fluid, which enhances the flow rate but reduces the frictional drag. Consequently, the fluid is pushed more vigorously between the plates, increasing the flow velocity. As the fluid experiences higher flow rates due to the increased squeezing effect, it spends less time in the region between the plates. The thermal relaxation, however, abruptly changes the temperature, leading to a decrease in the temperature fluctuations.

Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-TCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2TCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,Tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF Tb-TCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.

Background:Ampelopsis grossedentata,vine tea,which is the tea alternative beverages in *** vine tea processing,a large amount of broken tea is produced,which has low commercial ***:This study investigates the influence of different extraction methods(room temperature water extraction,boiling water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted room temperature water extraction,and ultrasonic-assisted boiling water extraction,referred to as room temperature water extraction(RE),boiling water extraction(BE),ultrasonic assistance at room temperature water extraction(URE),and ultrasonic assistance in boiling water extraction(UBE))on the yield,dihydromyricetin(DMY)content,free amino acid composition,volatile aroma components,and antioxidant properties of vine tea ***:A notable influence of extraction temperature on the yield of vine tea extracts(P<0.05),with BE yielding the highest at 43.13±0.26%,higher than that of RE(34.29±0.81%).Ultrasound-assisted extraction significantly increased the DMY content of the extracts(P<0.05),whereas DMY content in the RE extracts was 59.94±1.70%,that of URE reached 66.14±2.78%.Analysis revealed 17 amino acids,with L-serine and aspartic acid being the most abundant in the extracts,nevertheless ultrasound-assisted extraction reduced total free amino acid *** chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis demonstrated an increase in the diversity and quantity of compounds in the vine tea water extracts obtained through ultrasonic-assisted ***,69 and 68 volatile compounds were found in URE and UBE extracts,which were higher than the number found in RE and BE *** vitro,antioxidant activity assessments revealed varying antioxidant capacities among different extraction methods,with RE exhibiting the highest DPPH scavenging rate,URE leading in ABTS•+free radical scavenging,and BE demonstrating superior ferric ion reducing antioxidant ***:The findings suggest that extraction methods signi
