Quasi-coherent micro-instabilities is one of the key topics of magnetic confinement fusion. This work focuses on the quasi-coherent spectra of ion temperature gradient(ITG) and trapped-electron-mode instabilities using newly developed far-forward collective scattering measurements within ohmic plasmas in the j-TEXT *** ITG mode is characterized by frequencies ranging from 30 to 100 k Hz and wavenumbers(k_(θρs)) less than 0.3. Beyond a critical plasma density threshold, the ITG mode undergoes a bifurcation, which is marked by a reduction in frequency and an enhancement in amplitude. Concurrently, enhancements in ion energy loss and degradation in confinement are observed. This ground-breaking discovery represents the first instance of direct experimental evidence that establishes a clear link between ITG instability and ion thermal transport.

Background Renal angiomyolipoma(RAML)is the most common kidney lesion in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC),affecting about 80%of *** is a benign tumor that grows over time,usually bilaterally,and can easily lead to kidney complications such as acute ***,we investigated the efficacy and safety of sirolimus in children with TSC-associated RAML and explored the factors affecting tumor disappearance under sirolimus treatment through subgroup *** A prospective cohort study was *** was initiated at 1 mg/(m^(2)×day),and dose adjustments were made by a 2-week titration period to attain a trough blood concentration of 5-10 ng/*** disappearance of RAML in chil-dren after sirolimus treatment was observed,and Cox regression was used to screen the factors affecting tumor *** One hundred and twenty-six patients who met the criteria were *** 3 months,6 months,12 months,and 24 months of follow-up,tumors disappeared in 18(14.3%),30(23.8%),39(31.0%),and 42(33.3%)children,*** disappeared in 50(39.7%)children by the last visit of each individual,and 30(60%)of them occurred within 6 *** multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that patients with a smaller maximum tumor diameter at baseline had a higher tumor disappearance ***-six(29%)patients had stomatitis during the entire treatment period,and no serious *** Sirolimus could promote the disappearance of TSC-related *** disappearance rate was correlated with the maximum diameter at baseline,and the smaller the tumor was,the higher the disappearance *** is well tolerated in the treatment of RAML associated with TSC.

本文以最优拉丁超立方试验设计方法构建样本库,采用椭圆基神经网络构建近似模型,结合多岛遗传算法搭建全自动优化设计系统。以排汽缸静压恢复系数最大化作为优化目标,采用此系统对某型号汽轮机机组排汽缸导流环型线进行气动优化设计。结果表明:各设计变量中导流环起始角度对排汽缸性能影响最显著。优化后排汽缸扩压器、排汽蜗壳性能均有改善,排汽缸静压恢复系数提高7.91%,总压损失系数下降5.98%。在其他运行工况,优化结构性能仍优于原型,且在THA工况下性能改善显著,排汽缸静压恢复系数提高13.45%,总压损失系数下降10.44%,表明该优化系统对汽轮机低压排汽缸气动设计有效可行。

Seed vigor is a crucial trait for the direct seeding of *** we examined the genetic regulation of seed vigor traits in rice,including germination index(GI)and germination potential(GP),using a genome-wide association study *** major quantitative trait locus,qGI6/qGP6,was identified simultaneously for both GI and *** candidate gene encoding the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 5B(OsCOX5B)was validated for qGI6/*** disruption of OsCOX5B caused the vigor traits to be significantly lower in Oscox5b mutants than in the japonica Nipponbare wild type(WT).Gene co-expression analysis revealed that OsCOX5B influences seed vigor mainly by modulating the tricarboxylic acid cycle *** glucose levels were significantly higher while the pyruvic acid and adenosine triphosphate levels were significantly lower in Oscox5b mutants than in WT during seed *** elite haplotype of OsCOX5B facilitates seed vigor by increasing its expression during seed ***,we propose that OsCOX5B is a potential target for the breeding of rice varieties with enhanced seed vigor for direct seeding.

旋转机械基础的摆动会给转子系统带来附加的陀螺力矩和惯性载荷,影响转子系统的振动及稳定性,甚至影响转子的正常运行。为了有效控制电磁轴承‐柔性转子系统在基础摆动下的振动,提出了一种基于基础加速度的前馈补偿控制方法。该方法基于柔性转子系统动力学模型以及基础摆动的信息,可直接得到抑制转子振动所需的最佳补偿电流,无需迭代和复杂的控制器结构,因此具有较强的快速性和实用性。为了消除建模误差对前馈补偿控制性能的影响,给出了对补偿电流进行修正的方法。仿真分析了补偿算法对转子振动的抑制效果。在搭建的电磁轴承‐柔性转子系统基础运动试验平台上,进行了基础摆动条件下转子悬浮、恒速、加速运行时的振动控制有效性试验。理论和试验结果一致,表明基础摆动产生的附加惯性载荷会使电磁轴承‐柔性转子系统在垂直于摆动方向上的振动明显增大,产生的附加陀螺力矩会使沿摆动方向的振动有所增大,且增加的幅度随转子转速的升高而增大。在包含一阶弯曲临界转速的转速范围内,基础加速度前馈补偿控制对基础摆动条件下的转子振动均有显著的抑制效果。

A total of 10 specimens of Alcyonacea corals were collected at depths ranging from 905 m to 1633 m by the manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi during two cruises in the South China Sea(SCS).Based on mitochondrial genomic characteristics,morphological examination,and sclerite scanning electron microscopy,the samples were categorized into four suborders(Calcaxonia,Holaxonia,Scleraxonia,and Stolonifera),and identified as 9 possible new cold-water coral *** of GC-skew dissimilarity,phylogenetic distance,and average nucleotide identity(ANI)revealed a slow evolutionary rate for the octocoral mitochondrial *** nonsynonymous(Ka)to synonymous(Ks)substitution ratio(Ka/Ks)suggested that the 14 protein-coding genes(PCGs)were under purifying selection,likely due to specific deep-sea environmental *** analysis of the median Ka/Ks values of five gene families and environmental factors indicated that the genes encoding cytochrome b(cyt b)and DNA mismatch repair protein(mutS)may be influenced by environmental factors in the context of deep-sea species *** study highlights the slow evolutionary pace and adaptive mechanisms of deep-sea corals.

跨县搬迁社区秩序重建是一个涉及主体、空间、要素和制度的动态复杂过程。本研究以云南省昭通市j安置区为例,基于社区行动主体性理论视角,构建“主体-空间-要素-制度”四位一体分析框架,考察跨县搬迁社区的运行逻辑。“断根”阶段的行动目标是“断穷根”,此阶段社区行动更多指向迁出地传统行动机制延续及再生产;“融入”阶段的行动目标是“能融入”,此阶段社区行动主要包括就业生计、社区治理、社会适应、民族融合行动等。现实经验看,安置区内多元行动主体因受多种因素影响,一方面延续传统生计的行动逻辑,另一方面“融入”行动重塑也面临就业生计重塑难、社区治理重塑难、社会适应重塑难和民族融合重塑难四重困境,由此使跨县搬迁社区运行呈现“搬迁未断根”与“安置难融入”共存的实践特征。破解上述困境必须从衔接新型城镇化和城乡融合发展战略出发,一方面聚焦大型搬迁安置区的现实问题,健全以属地为主、迁出地为辅的协同工作机制,完善县域公共服务,避免安置区陷入社会化“孤岛”;另一方面重塑共同体意识,健全安置区自治体系,强化搬迁群众内生动力,提前谋划过渡期结束后的社会融合议题,切实规避“扶而不退”的负面效应。
