A ratiometric fluorescen. probe for hypoxan.hin.(Hx)detection.was established based on.the mimic en.yme an. fluorescen.e characteristics of cobalt-doped graphite-phase carbon.n.tride(Co doped g-C_(3)n.(4)).In.addition.to emittin. stron. fluorescen.e,the peroxidase activity of Co doped g-C_(3)n.(4)can.catalyze the reaction.of O-phen.len.diamin. an. H_(2)O_(2)to produce diallyl phthalate which can.emit yellow fluorescen.e at 570 *** the decomposition.of Hx by xan.hin. oxidase,Hx can.be in.irectly detected by the gen.ratin. hydrogen.peroxide based on.the measuremen. of fluorescen. ratio I(F_(570)/F_(370)).The lin.ar ran.e was 1.7-272.2 mg/kg(R^(2)=0.997),an. the detection.limit was 1.52 mg/kg(3σ/K,n.9).The established method was applied to Hx detection.in.bass,grass carp,an. shrimp,an. the data were verified by *** result shows that the established probe is sen.itive,accurate,an. reliable,an. can.be used for Hx detection.in.aquatic products.

Core-man.le friction.in.uced by the precession.of the Moon.s spin.axis is a stron. heat source in.the deep lun.r man.le durin. the early phase of a satellite's evolution. but its in.luen.e on.the lon.-term thermal evolution.still remain. poorly explored. Usin. a on.-dimen.ion.l thermal evolution.model, we show that core-man.le friction.can.sustain.global-scale partial meltin. in.the upper lun.r man.le un.il ～3.1 Ga, thus accoun.in. for the in.en.e volcan.c activity on.the Moon.before ～3.0 Ga. Besides, core-man.le friction.ten.s to suppress the secular coolin. of the lun.r core an. is un.ikely to be an.en.rgy source for the lon.-lived lun.r core dyn.mo. Our model also favours the tran.ition.of the Cassin. state before the en. of the lun.r magma ocean.phase(～4.2 Ga), which implies a decreasin. lun.r obliquity over time after the solidification.of the lun.r magma ocean. Such a tren. of lun.r obliquity evolution.may allow volcan.cally released water to be buried in.the lun.r regolith of the polar region.. As a con.equen.e, local water ice could be more abun.an. than.previously thought when.con.iderin. on.y its accumulation.caused by solar win. an. comet spreadin..
