Active electronics are usually composed of semiconductor and metal electrodes which are connected by multiple vacuum deposition steps and photolithography ***,the presence of interface of dissimilar material between semiconductor and metal electrode makes various problems in electrical contacts and mechanical *** ideal electronics should not have defective interfaces of dissimilar *** this study,we developed a novel method to fabricate active electronic components in a monolithic seamless fashion where both metal and semiconductor can be prepared from the same monolith material without creating a semiconductor-metal interface by reversible selective laser-induced redox(rSLIR)***,rSLIR can control the oxidation state of transition metal(Cu)to yield semiconductors with two different bandgap states(Cu_(2)O and CuO with bandgaps of 2.1 and 1.2 eV,respectively),which may allow multifunctional sensors with multiple bandgaps from the same *** novel method enables the seamless integration of single-phase Cu,Cu_(2)O,and CuO,simultaneously while allowing reversible,selec-tive conversion between oxidation states by simply shining laser ***,we fabricated a flexible monolithic metal-semiconduc-tor-metal multispectral photodetector that can detect multiple *** unique monolithic characteristics of rSLIR process can provide next-generation electronics fabrication method overcoming the limitation of conventional photolithography methods.

Hydrogen(H)spillover in nonreducible oxides such as zeolites and Al2O3 has been a highly controversial phenomenon in heterogeneous *** industrial catalysts are predominantly prepared using these materials as supports,it is important to understand the mechanism and catalytic functions of H spillover on their *** the past decade,fundamental studies on zeolite-encapsulated metal catalysts have revealed that H spillover and reverse spillover can be utilized in the design of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation catalysts with improved *** experimental and theoretical studies have indicated that H spillover can occur in nonreducible oxides when they possess substantial acid sites that aid the surface migration of active *** the present review,we will discuss the possible mechanisms of H spillover in nonreducible oxides and the unique opportunities of using this phenomenon for the design of advanced hydroprocessing catalysts.

The chalcogenides of platinum-group metals(PGMs)have been known to be present in minerals and the intermediate products of *** recent years,their applications in various fields,including catalysis,have been *** that certain PGM chalcogenides behave as compound semiconductors,they can be used as materials for *** this study,RuS_(2),featuring a bandgap suitable for near-infrared photodetectors,was prepared by forming Ru on a SiO_(2)/Si substrate via the atomic layer deposition method using[Ru(TMM)(CO)_(3)]as the *** was conducted at 800℃ for 1 h under H_(2)S ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis clearly confirmed that the as-deposited hexagonal close-packed(hcp)Ru transformed to cubic RuS_(2) after *** surface morphologies,chemical states,and electrical and optical properties of RuS_(2) were *** influence of the metallic Ru surface morphology prior to sulfurization on the reaction between Ru and H_(2)S was also *** evaluate the potential of using RuS_(2) as a photodetector,a photodetector was fabricated by forming electrodes on RuS_(2) to measure its photocurrent under near-infrared ***,RuS_(2) was proven to exhibit a short response time(59μs)and generate a photocurrent of 84 nA under near-infrared light at 940 nm.

Distribution of Ge Self-Assembled Quantum Dots on Six Ge1 - x Buffer Layers

The effect of buried misfit dislocation on the distribution of Ge self-assembled quantum dots (SAQDs) grown on a relaxed SiGe buffer layer was investigated. The strain field of arrays of buried dislocations in a relaxed SiGe buffer layer provided preferential nucleation sites for quantum dots. Burgers vector analysis using plan-view transmission electron microscopy (TEM) verified that the preferential nucleation sites of Ge SAQDs depended on the Burgers vector direction of corresponding dislocations. The measurement of the lateral distance between SAQDs and dislocations together with crosssection TEM observation clarified that the location of SAQDs was at the intersection of the dislocation slip plane and the top surface. The misfit strain should be an additional factor governing the uniformity in size, shape and distribution of Ge SAQDs.

Efficient solar fuel production enabled by an iodide oxidation reaction on atomic layer deposited MoS_(2)

Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)as a half-anodic reaction of water splitting hinders the overall reaction efficiency owing to its thermodynamic and kinetic *** oxidation reaction(IOR)with low thermodynamic barrier and rapid reaction kinetics is a promising alternative to the ***,we present a molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))electrocatalyst for a high-efficiency and remarkably durable anode enabling ***_(2)nanosheets deposited on a porous carbon paper via atomic layer deposition show an IOR current density of 10 mA cm^(–2)at an anodic potential of 0.63 V with respect to the reversible hydrogen electrode owing to the porous substrate as well as the intrinsic iodide oxidation capability of MoS_(2)as confirmed by theoretical *** lower positive potential applied to the MoS_(2)-based heterostructure during IOR electrocatalysis prevents deterioration of the active sites on MoS_(2),resulting in exceptional durability of 200 ***,we fabricate a two-electrode system comprising a MoS_(2)anode for IOR combined with a commercial Pt@C catalyst cathode for hydrogen evolution ***,the photovoltaic–electrochemical hydrogen production device comprising this electrolyzer and a single perovskite photovoltaic cell shows a record-high current density of 21 mA cm^(–2)at 1 sun under unbiased conditions.

Plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition of Co using Co(MeCp)_2 precursor

Cobalt （Co） thermal or plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition （PE-ALD） was investigated using a novel metal organic precursor, Co（MeCp）2, and NH3 or H2 or their plasma as a reactant. The growth characteristics, electrical and microstructural properties were investigated. Especially, PE-ALD produced Co thin films at low growth temperature down to 100℃. Interestingly, the low temperature growth of Co films showed the formation of columnar structure at substrate temperature below 300℃. The growth characteristics and films properties of PE-ALD Co using bis（η-methylcyclopentadienyl） Co（II）（Co（MeCp）2） was compared with those of PE-ALD Co using other Cp based metal organic precursors, bis-cyclopentadienyl cobalt （II）（CoCp2） and cyclopentadienyl isopropyl acetamidinato-cobalt （Co（CpAMD））.

目的:探讨运动方案对小学身体素质和肥胖相关指标的影响。方法:选定48名学生随机分成两组;运动组24例(男生12例,女生12例);对照组24例(男生12例;女生12例)根据训练内容,1个星期3次,每次40～60min进行训练。总时间为12个周。运动前后分别对体脂肪率、BMI、腰围、总胆固醇、中性脂肪、血糖和身体素质进行了测定。结果:显示运用运动方案进行身体锻炼后,运动组比对照组身体素质有明显提高,爆发力和肌肉耐力有显著变化(P<0.05)。运动后,运动组BMI、腰围、中性脂肪三项指标明显缩小,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本运动方案对身体健康和肥胖相关指标有显著改进效果。

We demonstrate integrated photonic circuits for quantum devices using sputtered polycrystalline aluminum nitride(Al N)on ***-chip Al N waveguide directional couplers,which are one of the most important components in quantum photonics,are fabricated and show the output power splitting ratios from 50:50 to 99:*** beam splitters with an extinction ratio of more than 10 d B are also realized from the Al N directional *** the fabricated Al N waveguide beam splitters,we observe Hong–Ou–Mandel interference with a visibility of 91.7%±5.66%.
