研制了一种汽车等速万向节(CVJ)移动节润滑脂。通过对基础油,稠化剂和添加剂的考察,确定了移动节润滑脂由(环烷基油+矿物油)调合基础油,聚脲基稠化剂,0.5%的硫化烯烃极压剂,2.0%的ZnDDP抗磨极压剂,0.5%的亚磷酸酯抗磨剂,1.5%的MoDTC减摩剂组成。研制的移动节润滑脂的具有优良的极压抗磨性能、良好高低温性能和低摩擦因数,也可以满足耐久性台架试验的要求,达到了研制目标。

将皮蛋中的松花分离后进行XRD、FTIR、SEM、EDS表征,确定松花的主要成分为结晶态氢氧化镁。根据皮蛋制备工艺,对天然蛋白凝固过程进行观察和探究,以食品级MgCl_(2)为外源镁,在天然蛋白和琼脂糖凝胶中模拟松花的形成和生长过程。添加不同外源金属离子,证实只有添加镁才有利于松花的生长。根据松花在不同凝胶中的生长共性,以扩散限制凝聚(DLA理论)初步解释松花的形成和生长机制。

There are ten major characteristics that are used to differentiate cancer from normal cells and tissue (Hanahan and Weinberg, 2011);detection of bacterial species associated with cancer cells is not included among these characteristics, and at first glance this might seem to be irrelevant. The existence of bacterial cells within tumors was first reported over a century ago;however, to this day, little is known about the relationship between bacterial species, neoplasia, and neoplastic disease. Several years ago, Dr. Leore Geller working in the laboratory of Dr. Ravid Straussman at the Department of Molecular Cell Biology at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel discovered that bacteria associated with colon cancer can mediate its resistance to the chemotherapeutic drug gemcitabine (Geller et al., 2017).

Colorectal cancer(CRC) progression is associated with cancer cell dedifferentiation and stemness acquisition. Several methods have been developed to identify stemness signatures in CRCs. However, studies that directly measured the degree of dedifferentiation in CRC tissues are limited. It is unclear how the differentiation states change during CRC progression. To address this, we develop a method to analyze the tissue differentiation spectrum in colorectal cancer using normal gastrointestinal singlecell transcriptome data. Applying this method on 281 tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas Colon Adenocarcinoma dataset, we identified three major CRC subtypes with distinct tissue differentiation pattern. We observed that differentiation states are closely correlated with anti-tumor immune response and patient outcomes in CRC. Highly dedifferentiated CRC samples escaped the immune surveillance and exhibited poor outcomes;mildly dedifferentiated CRC samples showed resistance to anti-tumor immune responses and had a worse survival rate;well-differentiated CRC samples showed sustained anti-tumor immune responses and had a good prognosis. Overall, the spectrum of tissue differentiation observed in CRCs can be used for future clinical risk stratification and subtype-based therapy selection.

目的:通过激活未定带(ZI)γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)能神经元,观察脂多糖(LPS)处理后小鼠运动能力损伤的缓解情况,探讨GABA能神经元在中枢神经系统感染模型小鼠运动功能损伤过程中的作用。方法:利用腹膜腔注射LPS方法制备C57BL/6小鼠中枢神经系统感染模型,利用旷场实验与转轮实验检测小鼠运动功能的变化,免疫荧光染色观察小鼠ZI神经元c-Fos和离子钙结合适配器分子1(Iba-1)的表达。利用立体定位技术将rAAV-DIO-hM3Dq-mCherry注射至成年雄性VGAT-Cre转基因小鼠双侧ZI区,等待3周病毒表达充分后,进行腹腔注射LPS制备神经炎症感染模型,行为检测30 min前腹腔注射N-氧化氯氮平(CNO)激活GABA能神经元,利用旷场实验与转轮实验检测小鼠运动功能的变化。结果:旷场实验与转轮实验结果显示,与对照组相比,LPS组小鼠活动度显著降低(P<0.05),小鼠ZI内c-Fos阳性蛋白表达显著下调,同时Iba-1阳性蛋白表达显著增加;并且化学遗传结果显示,与LPS组相比,激活小鼠ZI部位GABA能神经元后LPS小鼠活动能力显著增强(P<0.05)。结论:神经炎症状态小鼠ZI部位GABA能神经元活性显著降低,运动能力受损,化学遗传激活ZI部位GABA能神经元显著改善了炎症状态小鼠的运动能力。
