Since th. risk values and impo.tant w.igh.s are identified fro. tw.1}different linguistic term sets, fuzzy set th.o.y tech.iques w.re used to.co.bine th. tw.1}sets. Th. rates o.tained fro. th. mo.el w.re co.pared w.th.NRA risk levels and th. mo.el w.s validated w.th.data fro. kno.n and no.-invasive species. Th.refo.e, th. present study w.s carried o.t to.identify th. different micro.rganisms in subjects w.th.LDh. Subjects (n = 101) w.1} w.re co.firmed fo. LDh.w.th.Magnetic Reso.ance Imaging and undergo.ng lumbar discecto.y, w.re recruited in th.s study. Standard pro.o.o.s fo. disinfectio. o. th. skin and surgical instruments w.re adh.red. Skin scrapings, muscle bio.sies and po.tio. o. th. inter-vertebral disc w.re transferred into.individually labeled Ro.ertso.’s co.ked meat enrich.ent bro.h.fo. anaero.ic identificatio..
