To establish the model of indoor air pollution forecast for decoration. Methods The model was based on the balance model for diffusing mass. Results The data between testing concentration and estimating concentration were compared. The maximal error was less than 30% and average error was 14.6%. Conclusion The model can easily predict whether the pollution for decoration exceeds the standard and how long the room is decorated.

An experimental model was set up to investigate the formation and evolution of the free surface vortex. A Particle Image Velocimetry （PIV） was used to measure the free surface vortex flow field at different development stages. Flow visualization was used to locate the vortex position and find its structure. Empirical formulas about the critical submergence and the whole field structure were obtained. It is found that the tangential velocity distribution is similar to that of the Rankine vortex and the radial velocity changes little in the vortex functional scope. Vortex starts from the free surface and gradually intensifies to air entrainment vortex. The vortex core moves during the formation and evolution of the free surface vortex. Based on the experimental model, the vortex position and structure were predicted by numerical simulation combined with a vortex model and compared with that of the experiments, which shows satisfactory agreement.

Based on the Navier-Stokes equations with considering the effect of the Coriolis force, the finite volume method was employed to discretize the governing equations, the SIMPLE method was adopted to solve the discretized equations, and the flow field in a barrel with an outlet at the center of the bottom was simulated. The numerical results agree well with the experimental data. From the Lagrangian, the relations among the acceleration, the Coriolis force and the viscosity force were analyzed. The results show that the Coriolis force is the major factor that causes the formation of the vortex. The flow fields in the flume under different incoming flow conditions were numerically simulated using the software Fluent. The numerical simulations show good agreement with the experiments for the shape and position of the vortex.

Only a few cases of pedunculated hepatocellular carcinoma (P-HCC) have been reported in the literature. The common sites of extrahepatic metastases in patients with HCC are the lungs, regional lymph nodes, kidney, bone marrow and adrenals. Metastasis to spleen is mostly via hematogenous metastasis, direct metastasis to spleen was very rare. We report a case of P-HCC presenting as a left upper abdominal lesions which involved the spleen that was actually a P-HCC with splenic metastasis. This case is unique as P-HCC directly involved the spleen which is not via hematogenous metastasis.

Childhood inguinal herniorrhaphy is one common cause of seminal tract obstruction. Vasovasostomy （VV） can reconstruct seminal deferens and result in appearance of sperm and natural pregnancy in some patients. Secondary epididymal obstruction caused by a relatively long-term vasal obstruction is a common cause of lower patency compared with VV due to vasectomy in adults. From July 2007 to June 2012, a total of 62 patients, with history of childhood inguinal herniorrhaphy and diagnosed as obstructive azoospermia were treated in our center. The overall patency rate and natural pregnancy rate were 56.5% （35/62） and 25.8% （16/62）, respectively. 48.4% （30/62） of the patients underwent bilateral VV in the inguinal region, with a patency rate of 76.7% （23/30） and a natural pregnancy rate of 36.7% （11/30）, respectively. 30.6% （19/62） of the patients underwent bilateral VV and unilateral or bilateral vasoepididymostomies due to ipsilateral epididymal obstruction with the patency and natural pregnancy rate decreasing to 63.2% （12/19） and 26.3% （5/19）. 21.0% （13/62） of the patients merely underwent vasal exploration without reconstruction due to failure to find distal vasal stump, etc. Our study indicate that microsurgical reanastomosis is an effective treatment for some patients with seminal tract obstruction caused by childhood inguinal herniorrhaphy.

Ferns and lycophytes have remarkably large ***,little is known about how their genome size evolved in fern *** explore the origins and evolution of chromosome numbers and genome size in ferns,we used flow cytometry to measure the genomes of 240 species(255 samples)of extant ferns and lycophytes comprising 27 families and 72 genera,of which 228 species(242 samples)represent new *** analyzed correlations among genome size,spore size,chromosomal features,phylogeny,and habitat type preference within a phylogenetic *** also applied ANOVA and multinomial logistic regression analysis to preference of habitat type and genome *** the phylogeny,we conducted ancestral character reconstruction for habitat types and tested whether genome size changes simultaneously with shifts in habitat *** found that 2 C values had weak phylogenetic signal,whereas the base number of chromosomes(x)had a strong phylogenetic ***,our analyses revealed a positive correlation between genome size and chromosome traits,indicating that the base number of chromosomes(x),chromosome size,and polyploidization may be primary contributors to genome expansion in ferns and *** sizes in different habitat types varied significantly and were significantly correlated with habitat types;specifically,multinomial logistic regression indicated that species with larger 2 C values were more likely to be *** habitat is inferred to be ancestral for both extant ferns and lycophytes,whereas transitions to other habitat types occurred as the major clades *** in habitat types appear be followed by periods of genomic *** on these results,we inferred that habitat type changes and multiple whole-genome duplications have contributed to the formation of large genomes of ferns and their allies during their evolutionary history.

目的:研究燃爆弹跳驱动器热-动力学模型,分析驱动器的输出性能,并通过试验验证驱动器热-动力学模型的正确性。创新点:1.建立了燃爆弹跳驱动器热-动力学模型,得到燃爆弹跳驱动器的相关输出参数随时间的变化规律;2.通过理论仿真与试验测试分析了驱动器的输出性能。方法:1.根据对燃爆弹跳机器人工作过程分析,推导出燃爆弹跳驱动器工作过程中的动力学模型,并对锁紧力与弹簧刚度参数进行测试;2.根据热-动力学模型推导出燃烧室内压力随时间变化的函数;3.通过试验测试驱动器驱动弹跳过程中压力和位移随时间的变化曲线,将测试结果与热-动力学模型仿真的结果进行比较。结论:1.建立了燃爆弹跳驱动器的热-动力学模型,得到了驱动器的输出性能参数;2.试验测试结果与仿真计算结果吻合,证明了驱动器热-动力学模型的正确性。

Neurotoxic astrocytes are a promising therapeutic target for the attenuation of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion ***-density lipoprotein receptor,a classic cholesterol regulatory receptor,has been found to inhibit NLR family pyrin domain containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation in neurons following ischemic stroke and to suppress the activation of microglia and astrocytes in individuals with Alzheimer’s ***,little is known about the effects of low-density lipoprotein receptor on astrocytic activation in ischemic *** address this issue in the present study,we examined the mechanisms by which low-density lipoprotein receptor regulates astrocytic polarization in ischemic stroke ***,we examined low-density lipoprotein receptor expression in astrocytes via immunofluorescence staining and western blotting *** observed significant downregulation of low-density lipoprotein receptor following middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion and oxygen-glucose deprivation/***,we induced the astrocyte-specific overexpression of low-density lipoprotein receptor using astrocyte-specific adeno-associated ***-density lipoprotein receptor overexpression in astrocytes improved neurological outcomes in middle cerebral artery occlusion mice and reversed neurotoxic astrocytes to create a neuroprotective ***,we found that the overexpression of low-density lipoprotein receptor inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome activation in oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation injured astrocytes and that the addition of nigericin,an NLRP3 agonist,restored the neurotoxic astrocyte *** findings suggest that low-density lipoprotein receptor could inhibit the NLRP3-meidiated neurotoxic polarization of astrocytes and that increasing low-density lipoprotein receptor in astrocytes might represent a novel strategy for treating cerebral ischemic stroke.
