摘 要:The field of evolutionary biology has been revolutionized by phylogenomic approaches in the last decades. However, with the ever-increasing size and scope of molecular data collection, conflicting genealogies may be yielded based on different datasets and analytical approaches, a phenomenon known as cytonuclear discordance(Figure 1A and B).
