近年来,世界各地汽车企业已建成许多汽车风洞,并在不久的将来会有更多汽车风洞的规划与建设。在风洞规划设计阶段确定的许多功能与参数决定了其整个运行生命周期,并影响建设和运行成本。本文研究通过适当选择3/4开口风洞的试验段几何尺寸,可以使早期的传统风洞中因有限截面发生的流动干扰在很大程度上得到补偿或减少到可忽略不计的程度。研究表明:对于具有不同堵塞度的各种车辆,流动干扰误差出乎意料地可以忽略,因此不需要对试验数据进行修正,这使得汽车风洞试验形成“自由”气流条件;试验阶段的初步尺寸可以比如今常见的情况小很多,也不影响测量结果的准确度,这带来了更低的建设成本,也降低了风洞系统运行的能源需求;自由射流的不稳定性必须被考虑,且射流长度不应该超过某个上限。

Background: The 2 most cited sports injury prevention research frameworks incorporate intervention development, yet little guidance is available in the sports science literature on how to undertake this complex process. This paper presents a generalizable process for developing implementable sports injury prevention interventions, including a case study applying the process to develop a lower limb injury prevention exercise training program(footy first) for community Australian ***: The intervention development process is underpinned by 2 complementary premises:(1) that evidence-based practice integrates the best available scientific evidence with practitioner expertise and end user values and(2) that research evidence alone is insufficient to develop implementable ***: The generalizable 6-step intervention development process involves(1) compiling research evidence, clinical experience, and knowledge of the implementation context;(2) consulting with experts;(3) engaging with end users;(4) testing the intervention;(5) using theory; and(6)obtaining feedback from early implementers. following each step, intervention content and presentation should be revised to ensure that the final intervention includes evidence-informed content that is likely to be adopted, properly implemented, and sustained over time by the targeted intervention deliverers. for footy first, this process involved establishing a multidisciplinary intervention development group, conducting 2targeted literature reviews, undertaking an online expert consensus process, conducting focus groups with program end users, testing the program multiple times in different contexts, and obtaining feedback from early implementers of the ***: This systematic yet pragmatic and iterative intervention development process is potentially applicable to any injury prevention topic across all sports settings and levels. 磷灰石中挥发分的类质同象替换可以反映其结晶时岩浆体系的成分特点。采用扫描电镜、能谱、电子探针、X射线单晶晶胞参数测定和红外、拉曼光谱,对维苏威和武尔卡诺火山碎屑物中磷灰石进行了初步研究,发现其Ca、P位置上不出现替换,主要替换形成于通道位置上。武尔卡诺磷灰石低硫富Cl,晶胞参数c/a值很小,在低压高温下形成;而维苏威磷灰石含硫稍多,通道离子主要由OH-f组成,形成于压力较大、温度较低的环境,Cl趋向于在早期喷发物中富集,而f则趋向于在晚期喷发物中富集。

Basalt discriminant diagrams have been used to identify the tectonic setting of basaltic magmatism since the 1970s and have played an important role in reconstructing paleotectonic ***,the significant increase in the availability of geochemical data has led to a reassessment of these diagrams,suggesting that some of the tectonic settings indicated by these diagrams are not ***,we use a database of global ocean island basalt(OIB),mid-ocean ridge basalt(MORB),and island arc basalt(IAB)geochemistry to propose a series of new tectonic discriminant diagrams based on the ratios of large-ion lithophile elements(LILEs)to high field strength elements(HfSEs).These new diagrams indicate that the LILE can be used to differentiate OIB,MORB,and IAB samples,meaning that LILE/HfSE ratios can discriminate between these basalts that form in different tectonic *** new diagrams can correctly assign samples to OIB,MORB,and IAB categories more than 85%of the time,with the discrimination between OIB and MORB having an accuracy of slightly less than 85%.

Computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)models exploit artificial intelligence(AI)for chest X-ray(CXR)examination to identify the presence of tuberculosis(TB)and can improve the feasibility and performance of CXR for TB screening and *** the same time,CXR interpretation is a time-consuming and subjective ***,high resemblance among the radiological patterns of TB and other lung diseases can result in ***,computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)models using machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)can be designed for screening TB *** this motivation,this article develops a Water Strider Optimization with Deep Transfer Learning Enabled Tuberculosis Classification(WSODTL-TBC)model on Chest X-rays(CXR).The presented WSODTL-TBC model aims to detect and classify TB on CXR ***,the WSODTL-TBC model undergoes image filtering techniques to discard the noise content and U-Net-based image ***,a pre-trained residual network with a two-dimensional convolutional neural network(2D-CNN)model is applied to extract feature *** addition,the WSO algorithm with long short-term memory(LSTM)model was employed for identifying and classifying TB,where the WSO algorithm is applied as a hyperparameter optimizer of the LSTM methodology,showing the novelty of the *** performance validation of the presented WSODTL-TBC model is carried out on the benchmark dataset,and the outcomes were investigated in many *** experimental development pointed out the betterment of the WSODTL-TBC model over existing algorithms.

Systemic chemotherapy has lost its position to treat cancer over the past years mainly due to drug resistance,side effects,and limited survival *** a plethora of local drug delivery systems to solve this issue,the combinatorial strategy of chemo-hyperthermia has recently received *** we developed a magneto-thermal nanocarrier consisted of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPIONs)coated by a blend formulation of a three-block copolymer Pluronic f127 and f68 on the oleic acid(OA)in which Curcumin as a natural and chemical anti-cancer agent was *** subsequent nanocarrier SPION@OA-f127/f68-Cur was designed with a controlled gelation temperature of the shell,which could consequently control the release of *** release was systematically studied as a function of temperature and pH,via response surface methodology(RSM).The bone tumor killing efficacy of the released curcumin from the carrier in combination with the hyperthermia was studied on MG-63 osteosarcoma cells through Alamar blue assay,live-dead staining and apoptosis caspase 3/7 activation *** was found that the shrinkage of the f127/f68 layer stimulated by elevated temperature in an alternative magnetic field caused the curcumin *** the maximum release concentration and cell death took place at 45℃,treatment at 41℃ was chosen as the optimum condition due to considerable cell apoptosis and lower side effects of mild *** cell metabolic activity results confirmed the synergistic effects of curcumin and hyperthermia in killing MG-63 osteosarcoma cells.

Only a causal class among the 199 Lorentzian ones, which do not exists in the Newtonian space-time, is privileged to construct a generic, gravity free and immediate (non retarded) relativistic positioning system. This is the causal class of the null emission coordinates. Emission coordinates are defined and generated by four emitters broadcasting their proper times. The emission coordinates are covariant (frame independent) and hence valid for any user. Any observer can obtain the values of his (her) null emission coordinates from the emitters which provide him his (her) position and trajectory.

The characterization of the human T-cell receptor （TCR） repertoire has made remarkable progress, with most of the work focusing on the TCRβ chains. Here, we ana- lyzed the diversity and complexity of both the TCRa and TCRβ repertoires of three healthy donors. We found that the diversity of the TCRα repertoire is higher than that of the TCRβ repertoire, whereas the usages of the V and J genes tended to be preferential with similar TRAV and TRAJ patterns in all three donors. The V-J pairings, like the V and J gene usages, were slightly preferential. We also found that the TRDV1 gene rearranges with the majority of TRAJ genes, suggesting that TRDV1 is a shared TRAV/DV gene （TRAV42/DV1）. Moreover, we uncovered the presence of tandem TRBD （TRB D gene） usage in -2% of the productive human TCRβ CDR3 sequences.
