Vascular resection and reconstruction at pancreatico-duodenectomy:technical issues

Helicobacter pylori(***)infection remains the leading cause of gastric adenocarcinoma,and its eradication primarily relies on the prolonged and intensive use of two ***,antibiotic resistance has become a compelling health issue,leading to *** eradication treatment failure ***,the powerlessness of antibiotics against biofilms,as well as intracellular *** and the long-term damage of antibiotics to the intestinal microbiota,have also created an urgent demand for antibiotic-free ***,we describe an antibiotic-free,multifunctional copperorganic framework(HKUST-1)platform encased in a lipid layer comprising phosphatidic acid(PA),rhamnolipid(RHL),and cholesterol(CHOL),enveloped in chitosan(cs),and loaded in an ascorbyl palmitate(AP)hydrogel:AP@cs@Lip@*** platform targets inflammatory sites where *** aggregates through electrostatic ***,hydrolysis by matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)releases cs-encased nanoparticles,disrupting bacterial urease activity and membrane ***,RHL disperses biofilms,while PA promotes lysosomal acidification and activates host autophagy,enabling clearance of intracellular ***,AP@cs@Lip@HKUST-1 alleviates inflammation and enhances mucosal repair through delayed Cu^(2+) release while preserving the intestinal ***,this platform presents an advanced therapeutic strategy for eradicating persistent *** infection without inducing drug resistance.

In this paper,we introduce a novel Multi-scale and Auto-tuned Semi-supervised Deep Subspace Clustering(MAS-DSC)algorithm,aimed at addressing the challenges of deep subspace clustering in high-dimensional real-world data,particularly in the field of medical *** deep subspace clustering algorithms,which are mostly unsupervised,are limited in their ability to effectively utilize the inherent prior knowledge in medical *** MAS-DSC algorithm incorporates a semi-supervised learning framework that uses a small amount of labeled data to guide the clustering process,thereby enhancing the discriminative power of the feature ***,the multi-scale feature extraction mechanism is designed to adapt to the complexity of medical imaging data,resulting in more accurate clustering *** address the difficulty of hyperparameter selection in deep subspace clustering,this paper employs a Bayesian optimization algorithm for adaptive tuning of hyperparameters related to subspace clustering,prior knowledge constraints,and model loss *** experiments on standard clustering datasets,including ORL,Coil20,and Coil100,validate the effectiveness of the MAS-DSC *** results show that with its multi-scale network structure and Bayesian hyperparameter optimization,MAS-DSC achieves excellent clustering results on these ***,tests on a brain tumor dataset demonstrate the robustness of the algorithm and its ability to leverage prior knowledge for efficient feature extraction and enhanced clustering performance within a semi-supervised learning framework.

In backlighting systems for liquid crystal displays,conventional red,green,and blue(RGB)light sources that lack polarization properties can result in a significant optical loss of up to 50%when passing through a *** address this inefficiency and optimize energy utilization,this study presents a high-performance device designed for RGB polarized *** device employs an array of semipolar blueμLEDs with inherent polarization capabilities,coupled with mechanically stretched films of green-emitting csPbBr3 nanorods and red-emitting csPbI3-cs4PbI6 hybrid *** csPbBr3 nanorods in the polymer film offer intrinsic polarization emission,while the aligned-wire structures formed by the stable csPbI3-cs4PbI6 hybrid nanocrystals contribute to substantial anisotropic emissions,due to their high dielectric *** resulting device achieved RGB polarization degrees of 0.26,0.48,and 0.38,respectively,and exhibited a broad color gamut,reaching 137.2%of the NTSC standard and 102.5%of the Rec.2020 *** compared to a device utilizing c-plane LEDs for excitation,the current approach increased the intensity of light transmitted through the polarizer by 73.6%.This novel fabrication approach for polarized devices containing RGB components holds considerable promise for advancing next-generation display technologies.

20世纪70年代以来,合作生产作为公共服务供给的新模式被引入公共管理实践,并成为公共管理研究的一个重要议题。通过系统梳理相关前沿文献可以发现:合作生产是政府和公民围绕公共服务递送而结成的新型关系和进行的混合活动,包括个人、团体以及第三部门等主体,涵盖公共服务的规划、设计、交付与评估等各个环节;合作生产的理论嬗变内含于从传统公共行政、新公共管理到新公共治理的范式演替,其主导理念经历了从控制参与逻辑、产品主导逻辑向服务主导逻辑和公共服务逻辑的转变;合作生产的实践轨迹映射出政府与公民的角色转向路径,形成了一元操纵型、吸纳安抚型、政社互补型和公民主控型等基本模式。未来,应探索和构建本土的合作生产模式,引导公民积极参与公共服务供给,形成制度化的合作网络,在实践基础上贡献富有中国风格并兼具学科一般性的合作生产理论知识。

Acupuncture is a medical treatment that has been widely pra cticed in China for over 3000 years,yet the neural mechanisms of acupuncture are not fully *** hypothesized that neurons and astrocytes act independently and synergistically under acupuncture *** investigate this,we used two-photon in vivo calcium reco rding to observe the effects of acupuncture stimulation at ST36(Zusanli)in *** stimulation in peripheral acupoints potentiated calcium signals of pyramidal neurons and astrocytes in the somatosensory cortex and resulted in late-onset calcium transients in *** inhibition of neurons augmented the astrocytic *** findings suggest that acupuncture activates neuronal and astrocytic activity in the somatosensory co rtex and provide evidence for the involvement of both neurons and astrocytes in acupuncture treatment.

Extraction of 17β-estradiol in water using non-imprinted polymer submicron particles in membrane filters

17β-Estradiol （E2） is an endocrine disrupting chemical of harm to both animals and human beings at a low concentration level （ng/L）. It cannot be completely removed by wastewater treatments, and is often detected in both environment and drinking waters. The purpose of this feasibility study, towards environmental engineering in the field of water analysis and treatment, was to remove E2 by extraction using non-imprinted polymer （NIP） submicron particles. Experimental results showed that 0.5 mg/L of E2 could be completely extracted by adding 10 mg of NIP particles directly into 10 mL of water. However, the extraction efficiency decreased to 64% for 100 mL of water. prefilling the NIP particles inside a membrane filter showed a potential for water treatment of a large volume, requiring no effort to distribute the particles uniformly in the water. High extraction efficiency （80 ± 10）% for E2 was achieved for 100 mL of water. A total mass of 0.29 mg E2 was extracted from 1000 mL of water containing 0.8 mg/L E2 （by using only 10 mg of NIP particles）. Both efficiency and mass capacity can be increased, by scaling up the amount of NIP particles, towards environmental engineering applications.

Use of sub-micron sized resin particles for removal of endocrine disrupting compounds and pharmaceuticals from water and wastewater

Endocrine disrupting compounds（EDcs） and pharmaceuticals pose a challenge for water and wastewater treatment because they exist at very low concentrations in the presence of substances at much higher concentrations competing for adsorption ***-micron sized resin particles（approximately 300 nm in diameter）（SMR） were tested to evaluate their potential as a treatment for EDcs including：17-β estradiol（E2）,17-α ethinylestradiol（EE2）,estrone（E1）,bisphenol A（BPA）,and diethylstilbestrol（DES） as well as 12 *** were able to remove 98%of spiked E2,80%of EE2,87%of BPA,and up to 97%of DES from *** a 0.5 ppm mixture of E2,EE2,E1,BPA and DES,the minimum removal was24%（E2） and the maximum was 49%（DES）.They were also able to remove the pharmaceuticals from deionized water and ***,SMR are a promising advanced treatment for removal of both EDcs and pharmaceuticals.
