The application.of en.ymatic extracts an. con.dia of Beauveria bassian. in.Metamasius spin.lae an. Cyclocephala lun.lata was evaluated. The variables were mortality an. time of death. In.M. spin.lae, mortality with extracts 29%, con.dia 27% an. the combin.tion.of both 31%, all had a time of death of four days. Although with differen. symptoms, used en.ymatic extracts: con.raction.an. soften.n. of the join.s;by con.dia: mycelium in.the join.s;in.the combin.tion.of con.dia an. en.ymatic extracts: abun.an. aerial mycelium. In.C. lun.lata, 100% mortality in.all treatmen.s;Time of death: en.ymatic extracts an. extracts with con.dia 1.2 days;con.dia 2.8 days. Symptoms were differen., en.ymatic extracts: melan.zation.an. in.ern.l tissue lysis;en.ymatic extract an. con.dia: mycelium emerged an. melan.zation.con.dia: mycelium emerged. En.ymatic extracts showed in.ecticidal activity in.M. spin.lae an. C. lun.lata. In.this work, an.experimen.al study was carried out to fin. the best-operatin. con.ition. for the study of the extraction.percen.age (%E) an. the separation.factor (SF) of La(III) an. Ce(III) complexes. To carry out this study, a variation.of β-diketon. con.en.ration. was used, keepin. the con.en.ration.of tri-octyl phosphin. oxide (TOPO) con.in.ous at 0.05 M. The ratio of organ.c phase to the aqueous phase (O/A) was also studied. The %E an. SF were an.lyzed an. compared in.the 1,1,1-trifluoro-2, 4-pen.an.dion. (TFA) with TOPO, an. 1,1,1,5,5,5-Hexafluoro-2,4-pen.an.dion. (HFAc) with TOPO in.Ion.c Liquid (IL) an. Kerosen.. The on.-stage extraction.efficien.y in.IL of La(III) an. Ce(III) complexes was 42.13% an. 77.48% for the TFA-TOPO system an. La(III) an. Ce(III) complexes were 94.33% an. 97.67% for the HFAc-TOPO system. While the SF between.Ce(III) an. La(III) complexes was 4.91 for TFA-TOPO an. 2.64 for HFAc-TOPO. On.the other han., the on.-stage extraction.efficien.y in.Kerosen. of La(III) an. Ce(III) complexes was 27.57% an. 63.70% in.the TFA-TOPO system. The on.-stage extraction.efficien.y of La(III) an. Ce(III) complexes were 99.87% an. 99.73% for the HFAc-TOPO system in.Kerosen. while the SF between.Ce(III) an. La(III) complexes was 4.62 for TFA-TOPO an. 0.49 for HFAc-TOPO. HBeA g-positive), an. in.ected with HBV gen.types A-F an. H. In.a serum sample from each patien. with viremia > 3.5 log IU/m L, the HBX 5' en. region.[n.cleotide(n.) 1255-1611] was PCRamplified an. submitted to n.xt-gen.ration.sequen.in.(n.S). We assessed gen.type varian.s by phylogen.tic an.lysis, an. evaluated con.ervation.of this region.by calculatin. the in.ormation.con.en. of each n.cleotide position.in.a multiple align.en. of all un.que sequen.es(haplotypes) obtain.d by n.S. Con.ervation.at the HBx protein.amin. acid(aa) level was also *** n.S yielded 1333069 sequen.es from the 27 samples, with a median.of 4578 sequen.es/sample(2487-9279, IQR 2817). In.14/27 patien.s(51.8%), phylogen.tic an.lysis of viral n.cleotide haplotypes showed a complex mixture of gen.typic varian.s. An.lysis of the in.ormation.con.en. in.the haplotype multiple align.en.s detected 2 hyper-con.erved n.cleotide region., on. in.the HBX upstream n.n.codin. region.n. 1255-1286) an. the other in.the 5' en. codin. region.n. 1519-1603). This last region.coded for a con.erved amin. acid region.aa 63-76) that partially overlaps a Kun.tz-like *** Two hyper-con.erved region. detected in.the HBX 5' en. may be of value for targeted gen. therapy, regardless of the patien.s' clin.cal stage or HBV gen.type.
