In this study,a calcium-phosphate.coating was forme. on a Mg-Mn-Ce.alloy by the.plasma e.e.trolytic oxidation(Pe.).The.antibiotic vancomycin,wide.y use. in the.tre.tme.t of infe.tions cause. by Staphylococcus aure.s(***),was impre.nate. into the.*** with vancomycin showe. high bacte.icidal activity against *** me.hanical and e.e.troche.ical prope.tie. of the.forme. coatings we.e.studie.,as we.l as in vitro cytotoxicity te.ts and in vivo te.ts on mature.male.rats we.e.*** to Se.,e.S,XRD and XPS data,coatings had a de.e.ope. morphology and containe. hydroxyapatite.which indicate. high *** analysis of roughne.s of coatings without and with vancomycin did not re.e.l any diffe.e.ce.,confirming the.high roughne.s of the.*** e.e.troche.ical te.ts,an incre.se.in corrosion re.istance.by more.than two time. afte. the.application of Pe. coatings was *** to the.re.ults of an in vivo study,afte. 28 days of the.implantation of sample. with calcium phosphate.Pe. coating and vancomycin,no signs of inflammation we.e.obse.ve.,while.an inflammatory re.ction de.e.ope. in the.are. of implantation of bare.alloy,followe. by *** re.e.se.te.ts from the.coatings show a sharp de.re.se.in the.conce.tration of the.re.e.se. antibiotic on day 7 and the. a gradual de.re.se.until day *** the.e.pe.ime.t,no significant de.iations in the.condition and be.avior of the.animals we.e.obse.ve.;clinical te.ts did not re.e.l a syste.ic toxic re.ction.

BACKGROUnD Vaccine.he.itancy is a major challe.ge.in the.fight against the.coronavirus dise.se.2019(COVID-19)*** the.sociode.ographic factors associate. with vaccine.acce.tance.among nige.ians is crucial for improving vaccine.*** To asse.s the.acce.tance.rate.of COVID-19 vaccine.and its re.ate. de.e.minants among *** An online.cross-se.tional surve.(obse.vational study)was conducte. be.we.n Fe.ruary 2021 and May 2021,using a que.tionnaire.hoste. on *** invitation to take.part in the.poll was se.t out to participants through social ne.working platforms.A logistic re.re.sion was use. to de.e.mine.which sociode.ographic factors we.e.associate. with vaccine.acce.tance.*** A total of 1800 pe.sons re.ponde. to the.surve.,a large. proportion of whom we.e.male.(53.9%)and within the.age.group of 21-30 ye.rs(29.4%)and e.rne. an ave.age.income.of le.s than$500 pe. month(43.3%).Only 0.56%of participants had a high pe.ce.ve. risk of COVID-19 infe.tion,while.only 1.11%had a pe.ce.ve. risk of dying from *** pe.ce.tion rate.of the.COVID-19 vaccine.among participants was 51.1%,while.the.acce.tance.rate.was 63.9%.The.e.was no significant association be.we.n the.COVID-19 vaccine.acce.tance.rate.and re.ate. de.e.minants asse.se.,particularly age.χ²=3.049,P=0.550),se.(χ²=0.102,P=0.749),ave.age.income.χ²=3.802,P=0.875),and re.igion(χ²=2.819,P=0.420).Participants with chronic conditions de.onstrate. a highe. acce.tance.rate.compare. to the.ge.e.al *** De.pite.the.positive.pe.ce.tion obse.ve. and substantial vaccine.acce.tance.rate.among the.study participants,more.public he.lth inte.ve.tions are.still ne.de. to e.hance.vaccine.acce.tability in nige.ia.

This pilot study is part of a study inve.tigating adve.se.pre.nancy outcome. among wome. who re.e.ve. Cryothe.apy, The.mal ablation and Loop e.e.trosurgical e.cision Proce.ure.compare. to the.untre.te. wome. in Zambia. Mate.ials and Me.hods: This de.criptive.study analyze. re.ords of 886 (n = 443 tre.te. and n = 443 untre.te.) wome. age. 15 - 49 ye.rs. The.wome. we.e.e.the. scre.ne. with Visual Inspe.tion with Ace.ic Acid or tre.te. for Ce.vical Intrae.ithe.ial ne.plasia at the.Adult Infe.tious Dise.se.Ce.tre.be.we.n January 2010 and De.e.be. 2020. Wome. me.ting the.crite.ia we.e.ide.tifie. using the.Visual Inspe.tion with Ace.ic Acid scre.ning re.ords and te.e.hone.inte.vie.s to obtain the.adve.se.pre.nancy outcome.e.pe.ie.ce.. Data we.e.analyse. using STATA ve.sion 16 to de.e.mine.the.pre.ale.ce.and obtain fre.ue.cy distribution of outcome. of inte.e.t. Univariate.and multivariable.binary logistic re.re.sion e.timate. odds of adve.se.pre.nancy outcome. across the.thre. tre.tme.ts. Re.ults: The.re.ponde.ts we.e.age. 15 to 49 ye.rs. Adve.se.pre.nancy outcome. we.e.obse.ve. to be.more.pre.ale.t in the.tre.tme.t group (18.5%) compare. to the.untre.te. group (5.4%). normal pre.nancy outcome. we.e.lowe. in the.tre.te. (46.3%;n = 443) than the.untre.te. (53.7%;n = 443). The.tre.te. group accounte. for the.majority of abortions (85.2%), prolonge. labour (85.7%) and low birth we.ght (80%), whe.e.s, the.untre.te. accounte. for the.majority of still births (72.7%). Wome. tre.te. with cryothe.apy (aOR = 2.43, 95% CI = 1.32 - 4.49, p = 0.004), the.mal ablation (aOR = 6.37, 95% CI = 0.99 - 41.2, p = 0.052) and Loop e.e.trosurgical e.cision Proce.ure.(aOR = 9.67, 95% CI = 2.17 - 43.1, p = 0.003)
