Background:Population health interventions(PHIs)have the potential to improve the health of large populations by systematically addressing underlying conditions of poor health outcomes(i.e.,social determinants of health)and reducing health ***-up may be one means of enhancing the impact of effective ***,not all scale-up attempts have been *** an attempt to help guide the process of successful scale-up of a PHI,we look to the organizational readiness for change theory for a new perspective on how we may better understand the scale-up *** the change theory,our goal was to develop the foundations of an evidence-based,theory-informed framework for a PHI,through a critical examination of various PHI scale-up experiences documented in the ***:We conducted a multi-step,critical interpretive synthesis(CIS)to gather and examine insights from scale-up experiences detailed in peer-reviewed and grey literatures,with a focus on PHIs from a variety of global *** CIS included iterative cycles of systematic searching,sampling,data extraction,critiquing,interpreting,coding,reflecting,and *** relevant to innovations,complexity,and organizational readiness guided our analysis and ***:We retained and examined twenty different PHI scale-up experiences,which were extracted from 77 documents(47 peer-reviewed,30 grey literature)published between 1995 and ***,we identified three phases(i.e.,Groundwork,Implementing Scale-up,and Sustaining Scale-up),11 actions,and four key components(i.e.,PHI,context,capacity,stakeholders)pertinent to the scale-up *** guiding theories provided explanatory power to various aspects of the scale-up process and to scale-up success,and an alternative perspective to the assessment of scale-up readiness for a ***:Our synthesis provided the foundations of the Scale-up Readiness Assessment *** theoreticallyinformed and rigorous synt

Effect of heating time on the structural,morphology,optical,and photocatalytic properties of graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4)nanosheets prepared at 550℃in Ar atmosphere is *** investigations are carried out by using x-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),UV-vis absorption,and photoluminescence(PL).At a heating temperature of 550℃,g-C3N4 nanocrystals are formed after 0.5 h and become more orderly as the heating time *** surface area of the g-C3N4 nanosheets significantly increases as the preparation time *** g-C3N4 prepared in 2.5 h shows the highest photocatalytic performance,decomposing completely 10 ppm RhB solution under xenon lamp irradiation for 2.0 h.

Reading m⁶A marks in mRNA: A potent mechanism of gene regulation in plants

Modifications to RNA have recently been recognized as a pivotal regulator of gene expression in living organisms. More than 170 chemical modifications have been identified in RNAs, with N-6-methyladenosine (m(6)A) being the most abundant modification in eukaryotic mRNAs. The addition and removal of m(6)A marks are catalyzed by methyltransferases (referred to as "writers") and demethylases (referred to as "erasers"), respectively. In addition, the m(6)A marks in mRNAs are recognized and interpreted by m(6)A-binding proteins (referred to as "readers"), which regulate the fate of mRNAs, including stability, splicing, transport, and translation. Therefore, exploring the mechanism underlying the m(6)A reader-mediated modulation of RNA metabolism is essential for a much deeper understanding of the epigenetic role of RNA modification in plants. Recent discoveries have improved our understanding of the functions of m(6)A readers in plant growth and development, stress response, and disease resistance. this review highlights the latest developments in m(6)A reader research, emphasizing the diverse RNA-binding domains crucial for m(6)A reader function and the biological and cellular roles of m(6)A readers in the plant response to developmental and environmental signals. Moreover, we propose and discuss the potential future research directions and challenges in identifying novel m(6)A readers and elucidating the cellular and mechanistic role of m(6)A readers in plants.

Fuzzy MCDM Model for Selection of Infectious Waste Management Contractors

Healthcare supply chains are under pressure to drive down costs because of digital business,shifting customer needs and new *** waste generated from medical facilities includes medical activities and daily-life activities of patients and their family *** to statistics of the Department of Health EnvironmentalManagement,Vietnam currently has more than 13,500 medical facilities,including hospitals from central to provincial and district levels and private hospitals and medical *** medicine generates about 590 tons of medical waste/day and is estimated to be about 800 tons/*** waste includes ordinary medical waste and hazardous medical waste;in which ordinary medical waste accounts for about 80%–90%,only about 10%–20%is hazardous medical waste including infectious waste and non-infectious hazardous *** is an environmental and occupational health issue that needs attention in developing countries like *** large amounts of medical waste to ensure environmental and personal hygiene,doing so inefficiently creates potential hazards to the environment and increases operating ***,hospitals lack objective criteria and methods to evaluate and select the most optimal infectious medical waste,relying instead on their own subjective assessment and prior ***,the author proposed a fuzzy multicriteria decision making(MCDM)model including Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and the Weighted Aggregated Sum-Product Assessment(WASPAS)for infectious medical waste contractors’selection in this *** proposed Fuzzy MCDM method is in-tended to provide a more efficient,accurate method in the selection of infectious medical waste contractors than subjective assessment methods,thus reduce potential risks to *** results of this study can be applied to evaluate and select contractors in other industries.

The mechanical properties of unidirectional natural fiber-reinforced composites are generally affected by several processing parameters during compression *** study investigates the effects of processing temperature,time,and pressure on the tensile and flexural properties of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene reinforced by banana fibers.X-ray CT imaging was employed to find the relationship between the mechanical properties and structure of the processed ***,the water absorption of composites was observed and the way in which the mechanical properties evolved after water absorption was *** tensile and flexural properties of the unidirectional banana fiber-reinforced composite were found to be inversely proportional to the *** addition,high-pressure compression molding might result in cracks and floating fibers that would significantly reduce its mechanical *** composite with the highest strength,smallest porosity and lowest water absorption was optimally prepared at T=170℃,t=20 min,and P=100 kg cm^-2.
