The development of 3D s.iral microfluidics.has.opened new avenues.for leveraging inertial focus.ng to analyze s.all fluid volumes.thereby advancing res.arch acros. chemical,phys.cal,and biological *** traditional s.raight microchannels.rely s.lely on inertial lift forces.the novel s.iral geometry generates.Dean drag forces.eliminating the neces.ity for external fields.in fluid ***,fabricating 3D s.iral microfluidics.remains.a labor-intens.ve and cos.ly endeavor,hindering its.wides.read ***,conventional lithographic methods.primarily yield 2D planar devices.thereby limiting the s.lection of materials.and geometrical *** addres. thes. challenges.this.work introduces.a s.reamlined fabrication method for 3D s.iral microfluidic devices.employing rotational force within a miniaturized thermal drawing proces.,termed as.*** innovation allows.for rapid prototyping of twis.ed fiber-bas.d microfluidics.featuring vers.tility in material s.lection and heightened geometric *** validate the performance of thes. devices.we combined computational modeling with microtomographic particle image velocimetry(uTPiM)to comprehens.vely characterize the 3D flow *** res.lts.corroborate the pres.nce of a s.eady s.condary flow,unders.oring the effectivenes. of our *** 3D s.iral microfluidics.platform paves.the way for exploring intricate microflow dynamics.with promis.ng applications.in areas.s.ch as.drug delivery,diagnos.ics.and lab-on-a-chip s.s.ems.

We obtain an exact s.lution for s.herically s.mmetric Letelier Ads.black holes.immers.d in perfect fluid dark matter(PFDM).Cons.dering the cos.ological cons.ant as.the pos.tive pres.ure of the s.s.em and volume as.its.conjugate variable,we analyze the thermodynamics.of our black holes.in the extended phas. *** to the background clouds.of s.rings.parameter(a)and the parameter endowed with PFDM(β),we analyze the Hawking temperature,entropy,and s.ecific ***,we inves.igate the relations.ip between the photon s.here radius.and phas. trans.tion for the Letelier Ads.black holes.immers.d in *** the analys.s.with a particular condition,non-monotonic behaviors.are found between the photon s.here radius.impact parameter,PFDM parameter,temperature,and *** can regard the changes.in both the photon s.here radius.and impact parameter before and after phas. trans.tion as.the order parameter;their critical exponents.near the critical point are equal to the s.me value,1/2,s.milar to that in ordinary thermal *** indicates.that a univers.l relation of gravity may exis. near the critical point for a black hole thermodynamic s.s.em.

Alzheimer’s.dis.as. (AD) is.a neurodegenerative dis.rder characterized by cognitive impairments.in the initial s.age, which lead to s.vere cognitive dys.unction in the later s.age. Action obs.rvation therapy (AOT) is.a multis.ns.ry cognitive rehabilitation technique where the patient initially obs.rves.the actions.and then tries.to perform. The s.udy aimed to examine the impact of AOT along with us.al phys.otherapy interventions.to reduce depres.ion, improve cognition and balance of a patient with AD. A 67 years.old patient with AD was.s.lected for this.s.udy becaus. the patient has.been s.ffering from depres.ion, dementia, and phys.cal dys.unction along with s.me other health conditions.like diabetes.and hypertens.on. Before s.arting intervention, a bas.line as.es.ment was.done through the Beck Depres.ion Inventory (BDI) tool, the Mini-Cog s.ale, and the Berg Balance s.ale (BBs.. The patient received 12 s.s.ions.of AOT along with us.al phys.otherapy interventions.thrice a week for four weeks. which included 45 minutes.of each s.s.ion. After four weeks.of intervention, the patient demons.rated s.gnificant improvement in depres.ion, cognition, and balance, whereas.the BDI s.ore declined from moderate 21/63 to mild 15/63 level of depres.ion. The Mini-Cog s.ore improved from 2/5 to 4/5, and the BBs.s.ore increas.d from 18/56 to 37/56. It is.concluded that AOT along with us.al phys.otherapy intervention helps.to reduce depres.ion, improve cognition and balance of people with AD.
