We report high-energy tunable 6.5-12 μm ps mid-infrared radiation generation based on OPA pumped using 1064 nm laser in LISe *** simulated the relationship between the idler energy and crystal *** optimum LISe length of 4 mm was used to enhance the idler energy *** a pump energy of ~9.4 mJ, energy levels of ~146 and of ~27 μJ are generated at 6.5 μm and 12 μm, *** highest energy of ~205 μJ is achieved at 8.1 μm at a pump energy of ~19 ***, the angular and spectral width acceptance are measured.

This paper describes a fixed-fixed beam ohmic switch in series with a fixed capacitor as a replacement for a capacitive *** this switch,a metal plate deposited on the dielectric ensures perfectly contact with the dielectric layer in the down *** area size of the metal plate directly influences the capacitance ratio of the switch,as the area size of the metal cap decreases,the capacitance ratio dramatically rises *** down/up capacitance ratio can exceed 800 times over the conventional designs using the same materials and the equal *** results show that high capacitance ratio of the switches has a large effect on the isolation,and can actually improve the performance of the switches.

研究了一种基于注入锁定技术的888 nm半导体激光器(LD)泵浦的高功率单频可调谐1 342 nm Nd:YVO_(4)激光器。采用最大输出功率20 mW分布式反馈单频半导体1 342 nm激光器作为注入种子,利用lock-in (LI)技术,对LD端泵的Nd:YVO_(4)环形腔激光器进行种子注入,实现了单频可调谐激光输出。激光器最大平均输出功率为13.9 W,测量的线宽为41 MHz,调谐范围为1 341.677 4~1 341.802 5 nm。x轴和y轴的光束质量M2因子分别为M_(x)^(2)=1.30和M_(y)^(2)=1.23。实验结果表明:与先前文献报道的注入锁定1 342 nm可调谐激光的结果相比,所需种子功率大幅减小,输出功率也有所提升。

The fabrication and characterization of a hybrid Silicon-PDMS micropump based on MEMS technology is presented. The micropump consists of one chamber,two passive valves and one PDMS diaphragm.A PZT bimorph working as the actuator is mounted on the PDMS *** use of the PDMS diaphragm and the PZT bimorph can give rise to large displacements of the pump diaphragm,making the micropump more efficient and easier to be *** flow rate of the micropump is a function to the voltage and frequency of the applied square *** a square wave of 100V is applied,a maximum flow rate of 317μL/min and a back-pressure of 2 kPa are achieved at 20 Hz.

A novel microfluidic chip is developed for crossflow filtration plasma from the whole blood which is carried out in a continuous manner. This microfluidic chip was made of a silicon substrate sealed with a compound cover. The silicon substrate fabricated by micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology consisted of microposts array, microchannels and reservoirs. Then the silicon substrate was characterized by Scaning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The performance of the microfluidic chip was valued by the experiments of plasma isolation. During more than one hour of continuous blood infusion through the chip, there were no problems of jamming or clogging, and the plasma selectivity of 97.78% was achieved. Due to the chip’s simple structure and control mechanism with a continuous, real time operating manner, this microfluidic chip is easily expected to be integrated into micro total analytical system (μTAS) which will create a microanalysis system for point-of-care diagnostics.

Nanomolar levels of the hypoxanthine in NaOH electrolyte cantaining copper(Ⅱ) can be determined by anodic stripping voltammetry at a glassy carbon electrode. In the present article hypoxanthine Cu + is shown to be adsorbed on the electrode surface in the presence of an excess of copper(Ⅱ). After accumulation period, hypoxanthine Cu + was stripped from the electrode surface and the anodic current coming near to the oxidation of Cu(Ⅰ) to Cu(Ⅱ) was measured. A linear calibration curve in the range of 5 nmol/L 1.5 mmol/L hypoxanthine, with a detection limit of 0.5 nmol/L hypoxanthine were obtained.

A new type of disposable thin-film amperometric biosensor has been developed for measurement ofβ-hydroxybutyrate and total cholesterol in *** biosensor consists of two plain gold electrodes mounted on a Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) *** reagent solution contains bienzymes (cholesterol oxidase and cholesterol esterase for total cholesterol,β-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and diaphorase forβ-hydroxybutyrate respectively) with mediator (ferricyanide) were absorption at the surface of electrodes coated by electrodepositing platinum *** presence of the mediator lowers the applied potential and eliminates the interference from other oxidizable species enhancing the sensitivity and selectivity of the biosensor without modifying the dynamic parameters of the *** enzymes stably retains in the matrices of platinum black film improving the performance of the mediated *** linearity is observed in the concentration range from 1.0×10^(-4) to 1.0×10^(-2) mM and 1.0×10^(-4) mM to 4.99×10^(-3) mM with sensitivity of 1.958μA/mM and 2.447μA/mM *** optimized biosensor exhibits excellent reproducibility and stability retaining more than 90% of its original activity over a period of one *** simple operation of the biosensor mass-produced at low cost is expected to find clinical application and homecare.

According to the'elastic buffer mechanism'and the'variable gap mechanism',a new device,which is both micropump and active microvalve actuated by PZT bimorph cantilever,was fabricated with polydimethyisiloxane (PDMS) and silicon *** thickness of the micropump membrance is about 180μ*** diameter and the depth of micropump chamber cavity are 6 mm and 40μm,*** performances of the micropump,such as pump rate and backpressure,were *** a flow-rectifying element,the diffusers and active valve were used instead of passive check *** flow rate and the backpressure of the micropump are about 420μL/min and 2 kPa when applying a 100 V square wave driving voltage at frequency of 35 Hz.
