The present work suggested the use of waste oil palm frond as an alternative precursor for nitrogendoped carbon quantum dots(NCQDs)and proposed a straightforward in-situ hydrothermal method for the preparation of NCQDs/TiO_(2)*** elemental composition,morphological,structural and optical characteristics of NCQDs/TiO_(2)nanocomposites have been comprehensively *** successful grafting of NCQDs on TiO_(2)matrix was confirmed by the formation of Ti AOAC bond and the electronic coupling between theπ-states of NCQDs and the conduction band of TiO_(2).For the first time,the oil palm frond-derived NCQDs/TiO_(2)was adopted in the photodegradation of methylene blue(MB)under visible-light *** a result,the photocatalytic efficiency of NCQDs/TiO_(2)nanocomposites(86.16%)was 2.85 times higher than its counterpart TiO_(2)(30.18%).The enhanced performance of nanocomposites was attributed to the pivotal roles of NCQDs serving as electron mediator and visiblelight ***,the optimal NCQDs loading was determined at 4 ml while the removal efficiency of NCQDs/TiO_(2)-4 was the highest at a catalyst dosage of 1 g.L^(-1)under alkaline *** research work is important as it proposed a new insight to the preparation of biomass-based NCQDs/TiO_(2)using a facile synthetic method,which offers a green and sustainable water remediation technology.

学习任何一种语言,最重要就是掌握一定量的词汇。“零”起点的印尼学生在初级阶段汉语词汇学习中,常常在词义理解和词汇使用方面出现出人意料的错误。本文以笔者在汉语补习机构与一对一私教的教学实践为例,从初级阶段汉语词汇教学方面探讨了教授印尼语为背景的汉语初学者的一些问题及其对策。本文对印尼学生在汉语词汇学习过程中出现的词汇偏误语料进行了分类,并运用对比的方法分析了形成偏误的原因,进而研究如何针对初级阶段印尼学生的词汇教学。本文共分为四章:第一章是引言。主要说明本文的选题缘由、研究目的和研究意义。介绍初级阶段词汇教学中偏误分析与研究的重要性及研究现状等。第二章是在前人研究中介语理论的基础上,对初级阶段印尼学生汉语词汇偏误进行了分析。发现从意义偏误上讲,印尼汉语初学者经常出现动词与名词之间的语义搭配偏误、名词指称偏误、形容词与修饰对象的搭配偏误等;从语法上,偏误主要表现在判断动词“是”的遗漏、“的”字结构误用、否定词误用、方位短语偏误、能愿动词混用和语序错误等。第三章是通过对比分析与研究偏误语料总结了学生偏误原因,并将偏误主要原因归纳为母语负迁移。其表现在语义上和语法上的偏误为最多。当然造成偏误的原因还有其他的可能性,如教师解释不足、关注有盲点等。第四章本文将从初级阶段学习者学习汉语词汇的角度出发提出了相应的教学建议。阐述针对印尼初级阶段学生开展汉语词汇教学的方法及其对策。如采用《基础识字挂图》由单音节扩展双音节词汇;通过语素归类教学,扩充词汇量;通过偏旁教学,促进词语认识;通过情景法教学和游戏法等教学方法掌握词语并扩大词汇量等等。希望就本文的研究成果与笔者提出的教学建议能对提高印尼初级阶段汉语词汇教学有所裨益,同时为汉语国际推广进尽绵薄之力。因为学习者的母语是印尼语,为了论述方便,文中将涉及一些汉-印语的对比。

Lipidomics coverage improvement is essential for functional lipid and pathway construction.A powerful approach to discovering organism lipidome is to combine various data acquisitions,such as full scan mass spectrometry(full MS),data-dependent acquisition(Dda),and data-independent acquisition(DIA).Caenorhabditis elegans(***)is a useful model for discovering toxic-induced metabolism,highthroughput drug screening,and a variety of human disease *** determine the lipidome of *** and investigate lipid disruption from the molecular level to the system biology level,we used integrative data *** methyl-tert-butyl ether method was used to extract L4 stage *** after exposure to triclosan(TCS),perfluorooctanoic acid,and nanopolystyrene(nPS).Full MS,Dda,and DIA integrations were performed to comprehensively profile the *** lipidome by Q-Exactive Plus *** annotated lipids were then analyzed using lipid ontology and pathway *** annotated up to 940 lipids from 20 lipid classes involved in various functions and *** biological investigations revealed that when *** were exposed to nPS,lipid droplets were disrupted,whereas plasma membrane-functionalized lipids were likely to be changed in the TCS treatment *** nPS treatment caused a significant disruption in lipid ***,glycerophospholipid,and ether class lipids were those primarily hindered by ***,toxicant exposure frequently involved numerous lipid-related pathways,including the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B *** conclusion,an integrative data acquisition strategy was used to characterize the *** lipidome,providing valuable biological insights into hypothesis generation and validation.

有效而准确的预测商品混凝土价格变动趋势,对各类建筑的施工规划具有重要意义。相比其他预测模型,随机森林模型具有更高的预测精度。然而不同的数据结构都有其独特之处,针对特定数据结构进行模型优化,有助于提高算法在特定数据上的处理性能。我们针对时间序列分类(TSC:Time Series Classification)的特征提出一种改进随机森林算法。首先将随机森林创建训练子集时的随机抽样调整为倾斜抽样,然后将决策树分裂时的随机特征向量抽样调整为分层抽样,最后以加权投票取代平均投票。实证结果表明相比原始随机森林算法,改进模型具有明显优势,对商品混凝土价格变动的预测准确率达98.4%,预测精度、召回率和F1评分分别为:98.7%,98.2%,98.4%,可以实现了商品混凝土价格变动趋势的精准预测。

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is attracting attention as a next-generation cancer treatment that can selectively destroy malignant tissues,exhibit fewer side effects,and lack pain during *** PDT systems have recently been developed to resolve the issues of bulky and expensive conventional PDT systems and to implement continuous and repetitive *** implantable PDT systems,however,are not able to perform multiple functions simultaneously,such as modulating light intensity,measuring,and transmitting tumor-related data,resulting in the complexity of cancer ***,we introduce a flexible and fully implantable wireless optoelectronic system capable of continuous and effective cancer treatment by fusing PDT and hyperthermia and enabling tumor size monitoring in *** system exploits micro inorganic light-emitting diodes(μ-LED)that emit light with a wavelength of 624 nm,designed not to affect surrounding normal tissues by utilizing a fully programmable light intensity ofμ-LED and precisely monitoring the tumor size by Si phototransistor during a long-term implantation(2–3 weeks).The superiority of simultaneous cancer treatment and tumor size monitoring capabilities of our system operated by wireless power and data transmissions with a cell phone was confirmed through in vitro experiments,ray-tracing simulation results,and a tumor xenograft mouse model in *** all-in-one single system for cancer treatment offers opportunities to not only enable effective treatment of tumors located deep in the tissue but also enable precise and continuous monitoring of tumor size in real-time.

Microalgae cultivation has gained tremendous attention in recent years due to its great potential in green biofuel production and wastewater treatment application. Membrane technology is a great solution in separating the microalgae biomass while producing high quality of permeate for recycling. The main objective of this study was to investigate the filtration performance of Ag/GO-PVDF(silver/graphene oxide-polyvinylidene fluoride) membrane in an algalmembrane photoreactor(A-MPR) by benchmarking with a commercial PVDF(com-PVDF) membrane. In this study, Chlorella vulgaris microalgae was cultivated in synthetic wastewater in an A-MPR for ammoniacal-nitrogen and phosphorus recovery and the wastewater was further filtered using Ag/GO-PVDF and com-PVDF membranes to obtain high quality water. Spectrophotometer was used to analyze the chemical oxidation demand(COD), ammoniacal nitrogen(NH3-N) and phosphate(PO43-). The concentration of proteins and carbohydrates was measured using Bradford method and phenol-sulfuric acid method, respectively. The COD of the synthetic wastewater was reduced from(180.5 ± 5.6) ppm to(82 ± 2.6) ppm due to nutrient uptake by microalgae. Then, the Ag/GO-PVDF membrane was used to further purify the microalgae cultivated wastewater, resulting in a low COD permeate of(31 ± 4.6) ppm. The high removal rate of proteins(100%) and carbohydrates(86.6%) as the major foulant in microalgae filtration, with low membrane fouling propensity of Ag/GO-PVDF membrane is advantageous for the sustainable development of the microalgae production. Hence, the integrated A-MPR system is highly recommended as a promising approach for microalgae cultivation and wastewater polishing treatment.

Sleep disordered breathing (SDB) is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. It is known to be associated more frequently with men than women, particularly in the premenopausal age range. The goal of this study is to evaluate gender differences among Korean patients diagnosed with SBD. This study included 309 patients who visited our Sleep Clinic due to sleep-related symptoms and were diagnosed with SDB by overnight polysomnography (PSG). We analyzed age, gender, body mass index, various PSG indices including sleep stages, apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and AHI ratio in rapid eye movement (REM) versus non-REM (NREM) sleep stages (R:N ratio). Of those 309 patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, 217 (70.2%) were men (mean age 51.05 ± 12.64 years) and 92 (29.8%) were women (mean age 64.53 ± 10.43 years). The mean AHI during total sleep time was 30.34 ± 21.17 in men and 21.47 ± 17.14 in women (P P P = 0.402). REM SDB with R:N ratio higher than 2.0 was more frequently observed in women than in men, 34.8% (32/92) of women, compared with 11.9% (26/217) in men (P 60 years old. These findings suggest the possibility of different pathophysiologic mechanisms of SDB between genders and also between NREM versus REM sleep, which can be partly explained by the influence of female sex hormones.
