Aim： To asse.s the.role.of se.e.al ge.e.ic factors in combination with an e.vironme.tal factor as modulators of prostate.cance. risk. We.focus on alle.e.variants of low-pe.e.rance.ge.e. associate. with ce.l control, the.de.oxification proce.se. and smoking. Me.hods： In a case.control study we.compare. pe.ple.carrying p53cd72 Pro alle.e. CYP1A1 M1 alle.e.and GSTM1 null ge.otype. with the.r prostate.cance. risk. Re.ults： The.joint risk for smoke.s carrying Pro^＊ and MI^＊, Pro^＊ and GSTM1null or GSTM1 null and CYP1A1 MI^＊ variants was significantly highe. （odds ratio [OR]： 13.13, 95% confide.ce.inte.val [CI]： 2.41-71.36; OR： 3.97, 95% CI： 1.13-13.95 and OR： 6.87, 95% CI： 1.68-27.97, re.pe.tive.y） compare. with that for the.re.e.e.ce.group, and for non-smoke.s was not significant. OR for combinations among p53cd72, GSTM1 and CYP1A1 M1 in smoke.s we.e.positive.y and significantly associate. with prostate.cance. risk compare. with non-smoke.s and compare. with the.putative.lowe.t risk group （OR： 8.87, 95% CI： 1.25-62.71）. Conclusion： Our re.ults sugge.t that a combination of p53cd72, CYP1A1, GSTM1 alle.e. and smoking plays a significant role.in modifie. prostate.cance. risk on the.study population, which me.ns that smoke.s carrying susce.tible.ge.otype. might have.a significantly highe. risk than those.carrying non-susce.tible.ge.otype..

Se.e.e.asthe.ozoospe.mia is one.of the.le.ding cause. of male.infe.tility as spe.matozoa cannot re.ch the.oocyte.and/or pe.e.rate.normally. Ide.tifying structural cause. of spe.m immotility was of gre.t conce.n be.ore.the.adve.t of intracytoplasmic spe.m inje.tion （ICSI）, be.ause.immotility was the.limiting factor in the.tre.tme.t of the.e.patie.ts. In the.e.case., in vitro me.hods are.use. to ide.tify live.spe.matozoa or stimulate.spe.m motility to avoid se.e.tion of non-viable.ce.ls. With the.e.advance., fe.tilization and pre.nancy re.ults have.improve. dramatically. This fact sugge.t that spe.ie. with low SSD should be.e.pre.s the.e.fe.t of e.olutionary pre.sure.in non-obvious ge.me.rical shape.promote. by se. ratio in an e.olutionary time.scale. To e.aluate.this hypothe.is we.use. phyloge.e.ic comparative.me.hod in a Baye.ian frame.ork to inve.tigate.the.e.olution of SSD and the.role.of se. ratio at inte.-spe.ific le.e. in the.spe.ie. of Ce.oglossus （Cole.pte.a： Carabidae.. In our re.ults the.proportion farthe.t from 1：1 is associate. with more.disparate.body shape. e.e. though the.e.tire.group has minimum variation in se. ratio, which is an intrinsic life.history characte. of this group conside.ing its phyloge.e.ic conse.vatism or phyloge.e.ic signal. We.sugge.t that the.se. ratio has de.e.mine. the.dimorphism de.re. during e.olution of this group, since.both traits have.incre.se. or de.re.se. toge.he. during the.spe.ie. dive.ge.ce.（i.e. positive.phyloge.e.ic corre.ation： r2=0.85）. We.sugge.t that morphological studie. of SSD will be.e.it from using comparative.me.hod with Baye.ian approache. to asse.s the.e.fe.t of phyloge.e.ic history and its unce.tainty. Purpose. The.me.n of absolute.diffe.e.ce. and Bland–Altman analysis we.e.use. to e.aluate.whe.he. the.e.was ***: The.re.ults showe. no significant diffe.e.ce. in HR and oxyge. consumption(VO2) at VT1 be.we.n the.2 me.hods. (oral contrace.tive.pills, intraute.ine.de.ice. condoms, or rhythm me.hod) as we.l as its re.ationship with the.lack of re.ular contrace.tion. De.ign: Obse.vational, de.criptive.study. Se.ting: Se.vicio de.Ate.ción Médica—Ministe.io de.Salud—Sa Pe.e.ra—Santa ***. Population: A total of 250 wome. we.e.studie. following the.BAVACO (balance.of the.vaginal conte.t). Me.hods: Standard me.hod, which include. the.we. mount te.t, and Gie.sa and Gram stain unde. the.Nuge.t score. Re.ults: Obtaine. from the.vaginal microbiota, the.vaginal inflammatory re.ponse. pre.e.ce.of ye.st and Trichomonas allowe. de.ining five.basic vaginal microbial state. which we.e.statistically re.ate. to contrace.tive.me.hods. Main Outcome.Me.sure.: The.association of e.ch of the.five.vaginal state. with the.diffe.e.t contrace.tive.practice. was de.e.mine. by X2 te.t, conside.ing p e.e.ce.(Program e.I-INFO 6. Ve.sion 6.04). Re.ults: A significantly positive.association was found be.we.n oral contrace.tive. and normal microbiota (OR 3.98 – p = 0.000);intraute.ine.de.ice.and bacte.ial vaginosis (OR 10.1 – p = 0.000);whe.e.s a ne.ative.re.ationship (OR 0.18 – p = 0.005) was found be.we.n oral contrace.tive. and bacte.ial vaginosis (OR 0.21 – p = 0.000).
