CsPbBr_(3)inorganic perovskites have been regarded as the promising materials in the field of photo-voltaics because of the high tolerance against *** high energy barrier of phase transition from lead bromide(PbBr_(2))to CsPbBr_(3)perovskite and low solubility of perovskite in organic solvent impede the further improvement of device performance in terms of CsPbBr_(3)solar ***,an intermediate phase-assisted growth of CsPbBr_(3)perovskite was proposed by introducing tetraphenylphosphonium bromide(TPPB)as *** TPPB is expected to react with PbBr_(2)in organic solvent to form an intermediate phase of[***]-PbBr_(2),which not only effectively improves the crystallinity of PbBr2 crystals,but also greatly reduces the phase transition energy barrier,leading to uniform and compact CsPbBr_(3)perovskite films with large grain size and high *** combination with carbon electrode,the CsPbBr_(3)solar cells yield a champion device performance of 9.57%in comparison of pristine CsPbBr_(3)solar cells showing a low efficiency of 8.17%.Furthermore,the intermediate phaseassisted growth of CsPbBr_(3)-based solar cells displays an outstanding storage over720 h.

BACKGROUND Chronic renal failure(CRF) patients are predisposed to arrhythmias, while the detailed mechanisms are unclear. We hypothesized the chronic inflammatory state of CRF patients may lead to cardiac sympathetic remodeling, increasing the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia(VA) and sudden cardiac death. And explored the role of atorvastatin and etanercept in this *** A total of 48 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(Sham group), CRF group, CRF + atorvastatin group(CRF + statin group), and CRF + etanercept group(CRF + rhTNFR-Fcgroup). Sympathetic nerve remodeling was assessed by immunofluorescence of growth-associated protein 43(GAP-43) and tyrosine hydroxylase positive area fraction. Electrophysiological testing was performed to assess the incidence of VA by assessing the ventricular effective refractory period and ventricular fibrillation threshold. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-1beta were determined by Western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** Echocardiogram showed that compared with the Sham group, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and ventricular weight/body weight ratio were significantly higher in the CRF group. Hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining indicated that myocardial fibers were broken, disordered, and fibrotic in the CRF group. Western blotting, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunofluorescence and electrophysiological examination suggested that compared with the Sham group, GAP-43 and TNF-α proteins were significantly upregulated, GAP-43 and tyrosine hydroxylase positive nerve fiber area was increased, and ventricular fibrillation threshold was significantly decreased in the CRF group. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)has experienced rapid environmental changes,including climate warming and wetting,since the *** environmental changes significantly impact the shallow soil hydrothermal conditions,which have key roles in land-atmosphere feedback and ecosystem ***,the spatial variations and responses of soil hydrothermal conditions to environmental changes over the QTP with permafrost(PF)and seasonal frost(SF)remain *** this study,we investigated the spatial variations in soil temperature(ST)and soil moisture(SM)changes over the QTP from 2000 to 2020 using 99 in-situ sites with observations at 4 depths(i.e.10,40,100 and 200 cm).The main environmental controlling factors were further identified using a calibrated statistical *** showed that significant(p<0.05)soil warming occurred at multiple soil layers during 2000-2020 with a wide variation(i.e.0.033-0.039℃ per year on average),whereas the warming rates at PF sites were two times greater than those at SF *** addition,the soil wetting rate was high over the SF region,whereas the soil wetting rate was low over the PF *** from air temperature,changes in thawing degree days and solar radiation(Srad)contributed most to soil warming in the PF region,whereas changes in rainfall,Srad and evaporation(EVA)have been identified as the key factors in the SF *** for soil wetting,changes in snowfall,freezing degree days and vegetation have noticeable nonlinear effects over the PF region,whereas changes in EVA,Srad and rainfall highlighted distinct linear and nonlinear effects in the SF *** findings enhance our understanding of the hydrothermal impacts of future environmental changes over the QTP.

Conventional MgO-C bricks(graphite content>14 wt.%)produce a great deal of greenhouse gas emission,while low-carbon MgO-C bricks have serious thermal shock resistance during high-temperature *** enhance the high-temperature mechanical property and thermal shock resistance of low-carbon MgO-C bricks,a novel route of introducing ZrSiO_(4) powder into low-carbon MgO-C bricks was reported in such refractories with 2 wt.% flaky *** results indicate that the low-carbon MgO-C brick with 0.5 wt.%ZrSiO_(4) addition has the maximum hot modulus of rupture at 1400℃ and the corresponding specimen fired in the carbon embedded atmosphere has the maximum residual strength ratio(98.6%)after three thermal shock *** is found that some needle-like AlON and plate-like Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2) composites were in situ formed in the matrices after the low-carbon MgO-C bricks were coked at 1400℃,which can enhance the high-temperature mechanical property and thermal shock resistance due to the effect of fiber toughening and particle ***,CO_(2) emission of the newly developed low-carbon MgO-C bricks is reduced by 58.3% per ton steel after using them as the working lining of a 90 t vacuum oxygen decarburization ladle.

Objective:An increasing level of antimicrobial resistance to extended-spectrum cephalosporins has been reported,so we conducted this study to investigate the molecular characteristics of cephalosporin resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)strains isolated from China Gonococcal Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Programme(China-GRSP).Methods:In total,2,038 NG isolates were collected from the China-GRSP between 2015 and *** multiantigen sequence typing(NG-MAST),multilocus sequence typing(MLST),and NG sequence typing for antimicrobial resistance(NG-STAR)were used to determine characteristics and resistant determinants of cephalosporin-resistant *** results are described as ***:Seventy-four(3.6%)cephalosporin-resistant isolates were ***_(ST7363)was the most prevalent MLST among cefixime-resistant(CFX-R)isolates,whereas MLST_(ST7365)(n=8)in was the most prevalent sequence type among ceftriaxone-resistant(CRO-R)***-R strains were mainly associated with penA-X(n=27,44.3%),penA-XIII(n=6,9.8%),penA-XVIII(n=5,8.2%),and CRO-R strains were mainly related to penA-XVIII(n=10,25.6%),penA-43(n=9,23.1%),penA-XIII(n=7,17.9%).Conclusion:The main conclusion of this study is that the predominant cephalosporin-resistant clones in China include locally emerged and imported *** CFX-R and CRO-R strains are primarily related to penA mutations,and their predominant genotypes are *** the increase in international travel,tracking high-risk-resistant clones and identifying outbreaks and their associations with epidemiological characteristics are critical to improve public health.

Genetic risk factors have been shown to contribute to the development of sexual ***,the role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene variants in the risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)remains *** this study,we recruited 1254 participants who underwent ED assessed by the International Index of Erectile *** MTHFR c.677C>T variant was also measured by fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR).No significant difference in the genotypic frequency of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism(CC,CT,and TT)was observed between men from the ED and non-ED *** addition,on binary logistic regression analysis,both crude and adjusted models showed that the risk of ED was not significantly associated with the C677T ***,a significantly higher frequency of the 677TT polymorphism was found in severe and moderate ED(P=O.02).The positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and severe ED was confirmed by logistic regression analysis,even after adjusting for potential confounders(odds ratio[OR]=2.46,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.15-5.50,P=0.02).These findings suggest a positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and the risk of severe *** of MTHFR gene polymorphisms may provide complementary information for ED patients during routineclinicaldiagnosis.

Natural slopes usually display complicated exposed rock surfaces that are characterized by complex and substantial terrain undulation and ubiquitous undesirable phenomena such as vegetation cover and *** study presents a systematic outcrop research of fracture pattern variations in a complicated rock slope,and the qualitative and quantitative study of the complex phenomena impact on threedimensional(3D)discrete fracture network(DFN)*** the studies of the outcrop fracture pattern have been so far focused on local variations,thus,we put forward a statistical analysis of global *** entire outcrop is partitioned into several subzones,and the subzone-scale variability of fracture geometric properties is analyzed(including the orientation,the density,and the trace length).The results reveal significant variations in fracture characteristics(such as the concentrative degree,the average orientation,the density,and the trace length)among different ***,the density of fracture sets,which is approximately parallel to the slope surface,exhibits a notably higher value compared to other fracture sets across all *** improve the accuracy of the DFN modeling,the effects of three common phenomena resulting from vegetation and rockfalls are qualitatively analyzed and the corresponding quantitative data processing solutions are ***,the 3D fracture geometric parameters are determined for different areas of the high-steep rock slope in terms of the subzone *** results show significant variations in the same set of 3D fracture parameters across different regions with density differing by up to tenfold and mean trace length exhibiting differences of 3e4 *** study results present precise geological structural information,improve modeling accuracy,and provide practical solutions for addressing complex outcrop issues.
