目的了解GⅡ.17[P17]型诺如病毒不同基因的发育聚类特征,为GⅡ.17[P17]序列的准确聚类提供依据.方法收集2023年3月至5月聚集性疫情中的GⅡ.17[P17]阳性标本,二代测序获得全基因组序列,与GenBank下载的参考株序列共同构建进化树,分别对各基因(Nterm、NTP、P22、VPg、Pro、RdRp、VP1和VP2)序列进行系统发育聚类分析及熵值分析.结果16个GⅡ.17[P17]阳性标本中共14个获得了全基因组序列,测序深度及覆盖度均较高.首先构建RdRp及VP1基因的系统发育进化树,发育聚类均为6个簇(ClusterⅠ~Ⅵ),其中ClusterⅠ~Ⅳ聚类相同,Cluster V~Ⅵ聚类有少量差异.2023年的标本株序列位于Cluster V.以RdRp聚类为基准,对病毒的8个基因片段进行聚类分析,发现NTP、RdRp和VP1基因聚类效果较好,6个簇均未形成新的分支.此外,这三个基因的熵值位点构成比也处于较低水平.结论诺如病毒GⅡ.17[P17]型别不同基因的系统发育聚类有一定差异,其中NTP、RdRp和VP1基因聚类效果较好.

Multi-gradient drilling is a new offshore drilling *** accurate calculation of the related wellbore temperature is of great significance for the prediction of the gas hydrate formation area and the precise control of the wellbore *** this study,a new heat transfer model is proposed by which the variable mass flow is properly taken into *** this model,the effects of the main factors influencing the wellbore temperature are *** results indicate that at the position where the separation injection device is installed,the temperature increase of the fluid in the drill pipe is mitigated due to the inflow/outflow of hollow spheres,and the temperature drop of the fluid in the annulus also *** addition,a lower separation efficiency of the device,a shallower installation depth and a smaller circulating displacement tend to increase the temperature near the bottom of the annulus,thereby helping to reduce the hydrate generation area and playing a positive role in the prevention and control of hydrates in deepwater drilling.

Drag Reduction in the Mouthpart of a Honeybee Facilitated by Galea Ridges for Nectar-Dipping Strategy

Some nectarivorous animals have evolved highly specialized tongues to gather nectar from flowers. Here we show that the Italian honeybee, Apis mellifera ligustica, uses the uniformly-distributed ridges on the internal wall of the mouthpart to reduce drag while drinking nectar. We discovered that the tip of the tongue is covered with bushy setae and resembles a brush, and the ridges are parallel distributed on the inner wall of the galeae. Using high-speed camera, we recorded the morphology of the mouthpart when dipping the sucrose water. Considering the ridges and the movement rule of the glossa, we proposed a model for analyzing the mechanism of drag reduction. Theoretical estimation of the friction coefficient with respect to the dipping frequency indicates that the erectable bushy hairs and the ridges can significantly reduce friction when a honeybee drinks nectar. Results show that dimensions of the ridges play a key role in reducing friction. It can be concluded that the ridges on the galeae of honeybee＇s mouthpart can reduce the friction coefficient by 86% compared with the case of the transverse distribution co- efficient S = 40. Finally, the capability of drag reduction in the mouthpart of honeybee may inspire a creative concept for de- signing efficient viscous micropumps.

Many biological structures can perform highly-dexterous actions by using dynamic surfaces. To deal with the contradictive demands of high feeding efficiency and low energy expenditure during nectar feeding, the glossal surface of a honeybee un- dergoes shape changes, in which glossal hairs erect together with segment elongation in a drinking cycle. In this paper, we extracted a transmission link embedded in the glossa from postmortem examination and found that the compliance of the in- tersegmental membranes provides more possibilities for this highly kinematic synchronicity. According to the morphing phe- nomena of honeybee＇s glossa, we proposed a compliant mechanism model to predict the deformation behavior of honeybee considering elastic properties of the glossal intersegmental membranes. The increase of membrane stiffness may improve the capacity of elastic potential energy transfer, but will still result in the increase of mass. An index is introduced to evaluate the contradiction for optimizing structural parameters. This work may arouse new prospects for conceptual design of mi- cro-mechanical systems equipped with bio-inspired compliant mechanisms.

Draft tube vortex rope is considered a special cavitation flow phenomenon in tubular turbine *** vortex rope is one of the most detrimental factors affecting the safety of hydraulic *** this study,ANSYS CFX software was utilized to numerically simulate the internal cavitation flow of a hydraulic turbine draft *** evolution of the cavitation vortex core was characterized by vortex line distribution and vorticity transport *** shape and number of blades influenced the revolving direction and distribution characteristics of the vortex close to the runner cone,which formed a counterclockwise-clockwise-counterclockwise distribution ***,there were many secondary flows in the draft *** cancellation and dissipation between the flows was one of the reasons for reduction in *** the cross-sectional shape of the draft tube was changed,the vorticity was distributed from the center of the vortex rope to all parts of the cross-sectional draft tube,with extreme values at the center and at the *** vortex stretching and dilatation terms played a major role in the change in vorticity,with the baroclinic torque having an effect at the center of the vortex rope,this study is helpful to understand the flow of water in the draft tube and guide the design and optimization of the draft tube in engineering application.

Sentiment analysis of online reviews and other user generated content is an important research problem for its wide range of *** this paper,we propose a feature-based vector model and a novel weighting algorithm for sentiment analysis of Chinese product ***,an opinionated document is modeled by a set of feature-based vectors and corresponding *** from previous work,our model considers modifying relationships between words and contains rich sentiment strength descriptions which are represented by adverbs of degree and *** parsing is applied to construct the feature vectors.A novel feature weighting algorithm is proposed for supervised sentiment classification based on rich sentiment strength related *** experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method compared with a state of the art method using term level weighting algorithms.

Solid-state zinc-ion capacitors are emerging as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage owing to improved safety,mechanical and thermal stability and easy-to-direct *** electrolytes are appealing solid-state electrolytes because of eco-friendliness,high conductivity and intrinsic ***,the electrolyte/electrode interfacial contact and anti-freezing properties of current hydrogel electrolytes are still challenging for practical applications of zinc-ion ***,we report a class of hydrogel electrolytes that couple high interfacial adhesion and anti-freezing *** synergy of tough hydrogel matrix and chemical anchorage enables a well-adhered interface between hydrogel electrolyte and ***,the cooperative solvation of ZnCl2 and liCl hybrid salts renders the hydrogel electrolyte high ionic conductivity and mechanical elasticity simultaneously at low *** significantly,the Zn||carbon nanotubes hybrid capacitor based on this hydrogel electrolyte exhibits low-temperature capacitive performance,delivering high-energy density of 39 Wh kg^(-1)at-60°C with capacity retention of 98.7%over 10,000 *** the benefits of the well-adhered electrolyte/electrode interface and the anti-freezing hydrogel electrolyte,the Zn/li hybrid capacitor is able to accommodate dynamic deformations and function well under 1000 tension cycles even at-60°*** work provides a powerful strategy for enabling stable operation of low-temperature zinc-ion capacitors.
