Background:Minimally invasive surgery is the optimal treatment for *** present study aimed to compare short-and long-term outcomes of laparoscopic and robotic surgery for sporadic benign ***:A retrospective analysis of patients who underwent laparoscopic or robotic surgery for insulinoma at our center between September 2007 and December 2019 was *** demographic,perioperative and postoperative follow-up results were compared between the laparoscopic and robotic ***:A total of 85 patients were enrolled,including 36 with laparoscopic approach and 49 with robotic *** was the preferred surgical ***-nine patients(69.4%)underwent enucleation;among them,26 and 33 patients underwent laparoscopic and robotic surgery,*** enucleation had a lower conversion rate to laparotomy(0 vs.19.2%,P=0.013),shorter operative time(102.0 vs.145.5 min,P=0.008)and shorter postoperative hospital stay(6.0 vs.8.5 d,P=0.002)than laparoscopic *** were no differences between the groups in terms of intraoperative blood loss,the rates of postoperative pancreatic fistula and *** a median follow-up of 65 months,two patients in the laparoscopic group developed a functional recurrence and none of the patients in the robotic group had a ***:Robotic enucleation can reduce the conversion rate to laparotomy and shorten operative time,which might lead to a reduction in postoperative hospital stay.

目的:为克服高动态弱信号环境下信号的积分峰值受比特符号翻转和频率误差的影响,提出一种基于离散chirp-Fourier变换块补零方法。创新点:与传统闭环捕获和跟踪的接收机结构相比,该方法适用于开环捕获。该方法结合了离散chirp-Fourier变换和块补零思想,能够使后相关信号在剥离比特符号后进行相干积累并同时进行高动态参数精准预测。同时,对所提方法的检测性能进行分析推导捕获概率和虚警概率表达式。方法:首先,后相关信号通过块补零处理被分为一些块,然后这些块通过离散chirp-Fourier变换处理。以这种方式比特翻转对积分峰值的影响可以被削弱,同时后相关信号可以进行相干积累。最后通过阈值检测积分峰值来完成高动态参数的预测,这个阈值是通过设定的虚警概率得出的。仿真结果表明当接收信号长度一定时,本文方法较BASIC方法能在更低的信噪比下检测到高动态参数。结论:本文结合离散chirp-Fourier变换和块补零思想,在弱信号高动态环境下提出基于离散chirp-Fourier变换的块补零方法。仿真结果表明本文方法较BASIC方法在更低的信噪比下预测高动态参数。与利用传统接收机结构的闭环捕获和跟踪方法的相比,这种方法是一种开环捕获的方法,非常适合软件无线电接收机。

Fast neutron absorption spectroscopy is widely used in the study of nuclear structure and element analysis. However,due to the traditional neutron source pulse duration being of the order of nanoseconds, it is difficult to obtain a high-resolution absorption spectrum. Thus, we present a method of ultrahigh energy-resolution absorption spectroscopy via a high repetition rate, picosecond duration pulsed neutron source driven by a terawatt laser. The technology of single neutron count is used, which results in easily distinguishing the width of approximately 20 keV at 2 MeV and an asymmetric shape of the neutron absorption peak. The absorption spectroscopy based on a laser neutron source has one order of magnitude higher energy-resolution power than the state-of-the-art traditional neutron sources, which could be of benefit for precisely measuring nuclear structure data.

Ethylene (C2H4) methoxycarbonylation (EMC) with CO and methanol (CH3OH) to methyl propanoate (MP) is industrially important due to its 100% atom efficiency [1].However, the heavy reliance on homogeneous Pd-based catalysts and strong acid media over commercial EMC processes still causes economic and environmental concerns [2]. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the dosimetric impact of hip prosthesis using ELEKTA linac X-rays and compare the dose perturbations of metallic and nonmetallic hip prostheses. The local dose distributions of typical hip prostheses were calculated for 4, 8, and 15 MV beams by Geant4. Three prosthesis materials were selected in calculation to reveal the relation between material type and local dose perturbations of prostheses. Furthermore,the effect of nominal energy on prosthesis perturbation was also discussed and analyzed. Taking the calculated dose to the hip joint as reference, considerable differences were observed between prostheses and hip joints. In the prosthesis shadow region, the relative dose decreasing was up to 36, 21, and 16 % for the Co–Cr–Mo alloy, titanium alloy, and ceramic prostheses, respectively. In backscattering region, the relative dose increasing was about1–7 %. Overall, the results show that the dose perturbation effect of prostheses was mainly determined by material type, nominal energy, and density. Among these typical hip prostheses, ceramic prosthesis introduces the lowest dose perturbations.

Infant call structure should have evolved to elicit maximum maternal attention and *** of giant pandas produce three types of vocalizations reported to be vitally important in the context of mother–infant ***,how cubs,0–15 days old,communicate with their mothers to elicit maternal care remains *** analyzed 12 different call parameters of 3475 squawks,1355 squalls,and 491 croaks from 11 captive giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)neonates from age 0 to 15 *** playback experiments,we also tested whether mothers could detect *** results show that neonates use broadband calls with ultrasonic frequencies up to 65 kHz to convey information about their physiological needs and to attract maternal *** playback experiments,we tested if mothers reacted differently to broadband calls(BBC)than to artificially altered calls that included only frequencies20 kHz(USC).Playback confirmed that,although adult females responded significantly less often to USC,BBC than to or AUDC,they could detect USC,BBC and generally made appropriate behavioral responses,indicating a potential benefit for neonates to utilize ultrasonic and broadband *** findings provide a new insight into mother–infant communication in giant pandas and will be helpful for reducing the mortality of cubs,younger than 1 month old,in captivity.
