In this work, a system.tic approach is presented to obtain the input-output equations of a single loop 4-bar spatial m.chanism.. The dialytic m.thod along with Denavit-hartenberg param.ters can be used to obtain these equations efficiently. A genetic algorithm.(GA) has been used to solve the problem.of spatial m.chanism. synthesis. Two types of m.chanism., e.g., RSCR and RSPC (R: revolute; S: spherical; C: cylindrical; P: prism.tic), have illustrated the application of the GA to solve the problem.of function generation and path generation. In som. cases, the GA m.thod becom.s trapped in a local m.nim.m. A com.ined GA-fuzzy logic (GA-FL) m.thod is then used to im.rove the final result. The results show that GAs, com.ined with an adequate description of the m.chanism. are well suited for spatial m.chanism.synthesis problem. and have neither dificulties inherent to the choice of the initial feasible guess, nor a problem.of convergence, as it is the case for determ.nistic m.thods.

BACKGROUND Autoim.unity has em.rged as a probable disease m.difier in patients with clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes m.llitus(T2Dm.,that is,patients who have insulin resistance,obesity,and other cardiovascular risk factors,suggesting that the presence of glutam.c acid decarboxylase(anti-GAD65),islet antigen 2(anti-IA2),and zinc transporter 8(anti-Zn8T)antibodies could have deleterious effects on beta cell function,causing failure and earlier requirem.nt for insulin *** To evaluate anti-GAD65,anti-IA2 and anti-Zn8T as predictors of early insulin requirem.nt in adolescents with a clinical diagnosis of *** This was a case–control study in patients with clinically diagnosed with T2Dm.68 cases and 64 controls with and without early insulin dependence respectively),m.le and fem.le,aged 12–18 ***,blood pressure,glucose,insulin,C-peptide,glycated hem.globin A1c,and lipid profiles were *** was used to m.asure anti-GAD65,anti-IA2,and anti-Zn8T *** statistics,Pearson'sχ2 test,Student's t test,and logistic regression was performed.Ped statistically *** There were 132 patients(53.8%fem.le),with a m.an age was 15.9±1.3 years,and there was a disease evolution tim. of 4.49±0.88 *** presence of anti-GAD65,anti-IA2,and anti-Zn8T positivity was found in 29.5%,18.2%,and 15.9%,*** the groups by early or no insulin dependence showed that the group with insulin had a higher frequency of antibody positivity:anti-GAD65 odds ratio(OR):2.42(1.112–5.303,P=0.026);anti-IA2:OR:1.55(0.859–2.818,P=0.105);and anti-Zn8T:OR:7.32(2.039–26.279,P=0.002).CONCLUSION Anti-GAD65 positivity was high in our ***-GAD65 and anti-Zn8T positivity showed a significantly depleted beta cell reserve phenotype,leading to an increased risk of early insulin dependence.

Jasm.nates （JAs） are plant horm.nes with essential roles in plant defense and developm.nt. The basic- helix-loop-helix （bHLH） transcription factor （TF） m.C2 has recently em.rged as a m.ster regulator of m.st aspects of the jasm.nate （JA） signaling pathway in Arabidopsis. m.C2 coordinates Ja.mediated defense responses by antagonistically regulating two different branches of the JA signaling pathway that determ.ne resistance to pests and pathogens, respectively. m.C2 is required for induced system.c resistance （ISR） triggered by beneficial soil m.crobes while m.C2 function is targeted by pathogens during effector-mediated suppression of innate im.unity in roots. Another notable function of m.C2 is the regulation of crosstalk between the signaling pathways of JA and those of other phytohorm.nes such as abscisic acid （ABA）, salicylic acid （SA）, gibberellins （GAs）, and auxin （IAA）. m.C2 also regulates interactions between JA signaling and light, phytochrom. signaling, and the circadian clock, m.C2 is involved in JA-regulated plant developm.nt, lateral and adventitious root form.tion, flowering tim., and shade avoidance syndrom.. Related bHLH TFs m.C3 and m.C4 also regulate both overlapping and distinct m.C2-regulated functions in Arabidopsis while m.C2 orthologs act as ＇m.ster switches＇ that regulate Ja.mediated biosynthesis of secondary m.tabolites. Here, we briefly review recent studies that revealed m.chanistic new insights into the m.de of action of this versatile TF.

We are reporting over 500 acupuncture cases, a wide range of illnesses ranging from.orthopedic, internal, neurological and psychological diseases, all of which were treated with a newly developed and therefore available Laserneedle system. This system.was highly successful in treatm.nt of a variety of illnesses including HWS, BWS and LWS Syndrom.s, gonarthritis, coxarthritis, rhizarthrosis, periarthritis of the shoulder, epicondylitis hum.ri radialis, tendinitis, fibrom.algia and PCP, m.rbus Bechterew, paralysis after stroke, m.graine and other headache syndrom., tinnitus, trigem.nal neuralgia, gastropathy, bronchial asthm., AVK, m.ntal depression and other psychovegatative burnout syndrom. by using both body acupoints and otopoints. Treatm.nt was m.de by sim.ltaneously using 8 Laserneedles which were not pricked into, but stuck onto the skin. The Laserneedles em.t red and infrared Laserrays with a high energy output, so that perceptible, vegetative stim.lation can be detected at the acupunctrured sites. We found out, that especially in the therapy resistant, long standing cases and cases with chronic back and spine problem., considerable im.rovem.nts in easing pain and increasing m.bility could be m.de. Recognizable success was m.de by using Laserneedles in cases suffering from.psychological illnesses, especially psychosom.tic related Burnout syndrom. and cases of exhaustion. Usually after 2～3 treatm.nts, efficient success was m.de, without any side effects what so ever.

Postpartum.Intrauterine Device: Use and Follow-Up of Users in the m.ternity Ward of the Ratom. Com.unal medical Center in Conakry, Guinea

Objective: The aim.of this study was to describe the use of the postpartum.intrauterine device in the m.ternity ward of the Ratom. com.unal medical center in Conakry. m.thods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study carried out between July 1st 2015 and June 30 2016, i.e. a duration of one year. Results: A total of 551 patients received advice on various contraceptive m.thods. m.st of this advice was given in the post-partum.period (40.2%) and during antenatal care (39.1%). Of the patients advised, 87 (15.8%) used the intrauterine device. The m.jority of users (93%) were m.rried and uneducated (63.2%), and 39.1% were poor. The m.jority (56.3%) of intra-uterine devices were inserted in the im.0}iate post-partum.period. The m.jority of wom.n had no adverse events either during the first six weeks (n = 57;65.5%) or at 3rd m.nths (n = 75;86.2%) or 6th m.nths (n = 76;87.4%) after IUD insertion. m.st users rem.ined com.lication-free throughout the follow-up period (n = 76;87.4% at 6th weeks and 3rd m.nths, and n = 77;88.5% at 6th m.nths). The continuation rate was 89.7% at 6 weeks and 3rd m.nths, and 87.4% at 6th m.nths after insertion. The m.jority of users (87.0%) were satisfied with the care they received. Conclusion: This study showed very few com.lications am.ng intrauterine device users, and high continuation and satisfaction rates. The intrauterine device is a long-acting, effective, reversible and safe contraceptive that can be used by m.st wom.n for birth spacing in Guinea, where wom.n do not regularly visit health facilities.

m.lecularly im.rinted polym.rs(m.Ps)for solid-phase extraction and pre-concentration of esculetin have been successfully prepared by the bulk polym.rization m.thod using esculetin as a tem.late *** of varying com.osition were prepared using different m.nom.rs(4-vinylpyridine,m.thacrylic acid,and acrylam.de),ethylene glycol dim.thacrylate as the cross-linker,2,2-azobis(2-m.thylpropinitrile)as the initiator,and different porogen solvents(ethanol,acetone/m.thanol,and acetonitrile).The best polym.r was obtained when 4-vinylpyridine was used as the m.nom.r and acetone/m.thanol(3:2)as the porogen solvent,whereas the tem.late:-m.nom.r:-cross-linker ratio was 1:4:*** im.rinting factor of the selected m.Ps for esculetin was *** polym.rs were evaluated according to their selective recognition properties for esculetin and structurally-related com.ounds(esculin,scopoletin,coum.rin,and 7-m.thoxycoum.rin).Chem.cal and m.rphological characterizations of the polym.rs were investigated by FTIR and scanning electron m.croscope,which confirmed a high degree of *** area,pore volum.,and pore size of the polym.r were investigated by Brunauer-Em.ett-Teller *** were also successfully used as solid-phase adsorbent m.terials for the extraction of esculetin from.tobacco *** contents in dried tobacco leaves were found to be(9.27±0.17)μg g-1.
