高校学生党员发展量化评价指标体系的价值指向是党员发展标准明确化、党员队伍素质全面化、党员发展程序公正化、党员教育培养导向化;基本依据为政治素质是首要标准、道德品质是重要要求、现实表现是重要条件、学习创新是重要内容、群众基础是关键标准;实践路径包括构建了以5个一级指标和12个二级指标的学生党员发展量化评价指标体系,采用多种量化方法对指标进行量化,并对指标体系进行评价与成效评估。

Avanafil, a potent new selective phosphodiesterase type 5 （PDE5） inhibitor, has been developed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction （ED）. We carried out a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of this drug for the treatment of ED. A literature review was performed to identify all published randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials of avanafil for the treatment of ED. The search included the following databases： MEDLINE, EMBASE and the Cochrane Controlled Trials Register. The reference lists of the retrieved studies were also investigated. Four publications, involving a total of 1381 patients, were used in the analysis, including four randomized controlled trials （RCTs） that compared avanafU with a placebo. Among the co-primary efficacy end points indicating that avanafil 100 mg was more effective than a placebo were successful vaginal penetration （SEP2）（the odds ratio （OR） =5.06, 95% confidence interval （CI） =3.29-7.78, P〈 0.00001） and successful intercourse （SEP3）（OR = 3.99, 95% CI = 2.80-5.67, P 〈 0.00001）. Men randomized to receive avanafil were less likely than those receiving the placebo to drop out due to an adverse event （AE）（OR = 1.48, 95% CI = 0.54-4.08, P = 0.44）. Specific AEs with avanafil included headache and flushing, which were significantly less likely to occur with placebo. This meta-analysis indicates that avanafil 100 or 200 mg is an effective and well-tolerated treatment for ED. Compared with avanafil 100 mg, patients who take avanafil 200 mg are more likely to experience headaches.

The polyphagous B-biotype of Bemisia tabaci （Gennadius） has demonstrated a high capacity to adapt to numerous hosts from diverse plant families. To illustrate induced responses by the host plant, biochemical research on eight plant-insect interaction correlative enzymes, representing detoxifying, antioxidant and digestive pathways, were investigated. Transferring whitefly adults to Zhongmian 23 from the pre-adapted host Zhongmian 41 induced activities of carboxylesterase （by 1.80-fold）, glutathione S-transferase （by 3.79-fold）, proteinase （by 1.62-fold） and amylase （by 2.41-fold） activities, hut decreased polyphenol oxidase （by 1.89-fold） and peroxidase （by 1.88-fold）. However, transferring whitefly adults to the favorite host abutilon from Zhongmian 41 was associated with increased activities of cytochrome P450 monooxygenase （by 1.61-fold） and amylase （by 1.42-fold）, and decreased activities of polyphenol oxidase （by 2.96-fold） and peroxidase （by 2.07-fold）. Our results, together with previous studies, proved that multiple pathways are involved in coping with host shifts by polyphagous herbivores, and the taxonomic status and preference of the host transferred would affect which pathway would be induced. These results would represent a key challenge in developing long-term sustainable insect control strategies.

BACKGROUND:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is characterized by multiple causes,clear multiple stages and a multifocal process of tumor progression related intimately to the overexpression of many cellular factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the dynamic expression of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) and its abnormal alteration in the early stages of HCC development. METHODS:Hepatoma models were induced by 2-fluorenylacetamide(2-FAA)in male Sprague-Dawley *** changes of rat livers were assessed by pathological examination(HE staining).The levels of IGF-Ⅱexpression in the livers and sera of rats were quantitatively detected by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Simultaneously,the expression and cellular distribution of liver IGF-Ⅱwere analyzed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:Histological examination confirmed that rat hepatocytes showed changes from granule-like degeneration to atypical hyperplasia to HCC,and progressively increasing hepatic IGF-Ⅱlevels during HCC *** levels of hepatic or serum IGF- Ⅱin HCC tissues and sera were significantly higher than those in normals and rats with *** immunohistochemical evidence indicated the positiveexpression and hepatocyte distribution of IGF-Ⅱin rat hepatoma.A positive relationship of IGF-Ⅱlevels was found between liver tissues and sera of experimental rats (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:Hepatic IGF-Ⅱmay participate in hepatocyte cancer development and detection of IGF-Ⅱ expression during HCC development could be a useful molecular marker for its early diagnosis.

Background Keratinocyte growth factor （KGF） significantly influences epithelial wound healing. The aim of this study was to isolate KGF phage model peptides from a phage display 7-mer peptide library to evaluate their effect on promoting epidermal cell proliferation. Methods A phage display 7-mer peptide library was screened using monoclonal anti-human KGF antibody as the target. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was performed to select monoclonal phages with good binding activity. DNA sequencing was done to find the similarities of model peptides. Three-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl） -2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay, immunofluorescence assay and quantitative real-time PCR analysis were employed to evaluate the effect of the phage model peptides on epidermal cells. Results Thirty-three out of fifty-eight （56.9%） of the isolated monoclonal phages exhibited high binding activity by ELISA. Ten of fifteen obtained phage model peptides were similar to KGF or epidermal growth factor （EGF）. MTT assay data showed that four （No. 1-4） of the ten phage model peptides could promote epidermal cell proliferation. The expression of keratinocyte growth factor receptor （KGFR） mRNA in the KGF control group and the two phage model peptide groups （No. 1 and No. 2） increased. Expression of c-Fos mRNA and c-Jun mRNA in the KGF control group increased, but did not increase in the four phage model peptide groups （No.1-4）. Conclusion Four phage model peptides isolated from the phage display 7-mer peptide library can safely promote epidermal cell proliferation without tumorigenic effect.

【目的】筛选小茴香苗期关键耐盐指标及高度耐盐小茴香品种,为促进茴香产业的发展提供参考。【方法】以来自5个不同地区(宁夏海原县、内蒙古托克托县、山西大同市、陕西渭南市和甘肃民勤县)的小茴香为材料,用不同质量浓度(0(CK),3,6,9,12和15 g/L)NaCl胁迫其幼苗20 d后,测定幼苗的形态指标(株高、茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶宽、最大叶面积、根长、根数)和生理指标(相对电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量),对以上指标的相关性进行分析,并计算其耐盐系数;在此基础上,对5个不同地区小茴香材料的11个指标进行主成分分析,计算综合评价值(D),对不同地区小茴香幼苗的耐盐性进行综合评价;基于综合评价值,采用组间联接法和平方欧氏距离对不同地区小茴香进行聚类分析;利用逐步回归分析筛选关键耐盐指标,建立小茴香幼苗耐盐性评价的最优回归方程。【结果】①随着NaCl质量浓度的增加,5个地区小茴香幼苗的株高、茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶宽、最大叶面积、根长、根数均呈下降趋势;相对电导率及丙二醛和脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势;甘肃、内蒙古和山西小茴香幼苗的可溶性糖含量先增加后下降,宁夏和陕西小茴香幼苗的可溶性糖含量均呈上升趋势。②相关性分析表明,NaCl胁迫下小茴香幼苗的各指标之间存在不同程度的相关性,其中株高、茎粗、最大叶宽、最大叶面积和根数之间均呈显著或极显著正相关,相对电导率与丙二醛、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关,相对电导率、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量与株高、最大叶长、最大叶宽、最大叶面积和根数之间均呈显著或呈极显著负相关。③甘肃地区小茴香材料的D值最大(0.612),其幼苗耐盐性最强;其次为内蒙古(0.545)、山西(0.487)和宁夏(0.429);陕西地区小茴香材料的的D值最小(0.306),其幼苗耐盐性最弱。④聚类分析结果显示,在欧氏距离8.0处,5个地区的小茴香材料可分为3类,其中第Ⅰ类为甘肃地区小茴香材料,第Ⅱ类为内蒙古、山西和宁夏地区小茴香材料,第Ⅲ类为陕西地区小茴香材料。⑤筛选出最大叶长、最大叶面积、相对电导率、脯氨酸含量4个指标用于小茴香的耐盐性评价,并据此建立了小茴香幼苗耐盐性评价的最优回归方程。【结论】NaCl胁迫对小茴香幼苗生长有抑制作用,不同地区小茴香幼苗对NaCl胁迫的响应程度存在差异。甘肃地区小茴香为耐盐材料,内蒙古、山西和宁夏地区的小茴香为中度耐盐材料,陕西地区小茴香为轻度耐盐材料。

Background Transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1） is known to have a role in keloid formation through the activation of fibroblasts and the acceleration of collagen deposition. The objective of this current study was to isolate TGF-β1 phage model peptides from a phage display 7-mer peptide library to evaluate their therapeutic effect on inhibiting the activity of keloid *** A phage display 7-mer peptide library was screened using monoclonal anti-human TGF-β1 as the target to obtain specific phages containing ectogenous model peptides similar to TGF-β1. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was performed to select monoclonal phages with good binding activity, which underwent DNA sequencing. MTT assay and apoptosis assessment were used to evaluate the biological effects of the phage model peptides on keloid fibroblasts. Immunofluorescence assay was employed to show the binding affinity of the model peptides on phages causing keloid fibroblasts. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis was carried out to detect the expressions of nuclear factor κB （NF-κB） mRNA, connective tissue growth factor （CTGF） mRNA and TGF-β receptor Ⅱ （TβRII） mRNA in keloid *** Specific phages with good results of ELISA were beneficiated. Four phage model peptides were obtained. The data of MTT showed that TGF-β1 and one phage model peptide （No. 4） could promote keloid fibroblasts proliferation,however, three phage model peptides （No. 1-3） could inhibit keloid fibroblasts proliferation. The results of apoptosis assessment showed that the three phage model peptides could slightly induce the apoptosis in keloid fibroblasts. The data of immunofluorescence assay revealed that the model peptides on phages rather than phages could bind to keloid fibroblasts. The findings of quantitative real-time PCR analysis suggested that the expressions of NF-κB mRNA and CTGF mRNA in the three phage model peptide groups decreased, while the expression of TβRII mRNA slightly increased.

Single-atom catalysts (SACs) have garnered extensive attention in the field of catalysis due to their exceptional inherent reaction activity, optimal utilization of metal atoms, etc. Controlled synthesis plays a crucial role in elucidating the structure-activity relationship of SACs. This paper reviews various synthetic strategies for SACs, encompassing defect engineering, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) pyrolysis, and ion exchange. With specific examples, the significance of constructing catalysts at the atomic level is discussed, aiming to comprehensively understand the synthetic strategies of SACs. Finally, it addresses the challenges and prospects associated with controlled synthesis techniques for SACs as well as their future applications.
