In this work,a new treatment method combining ultrasonic vibration with FeCoNiCrCu high entropy alloy(HEA)coating was used to prepared Al/Mg bimetal through the lost foam compound *** effects of composite treatment involving ultrasonic vibration and HEA coating on interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of Al/Mg bimetal were *** demonstrate that the interface thickness of the Al/Mg bimetal with composite treatment significantly decreases to only 26.99%of the thickness observed in the untreated Al/Mg *** HEA coating hinders the diffusion between Al and Mg,resulting the significant reduction in Al/Mg intermetallic compounds in the *** Al/Mg bimetal interface with composite treatment is composed of Al_(3)Mg_(2)and Mg_(2)Si/AlxFeCoNiCrCu+FeCoNiCrCu/δ-Mg+Al_(12)Mg_(17)eutectic *** interface resulting from the composite treatment has a lower hardness than that without *** acoustic cavitation and acoustic streaming effects generated by ultrasonic vibration promote the diffusion of Al elements within the HEA coating,resulting in a significant improvement in the metallurgical bonding quality on the Mg *** fracture position shifts from the Mg side of the Al/Mg bimetal only with HEA coating to the Al side with composite *** shear strength of the Al/Mg bimetal increases from 32.16 MPa without treatment to 63.44 MPa with ultrasonic vibration and HEA coating,increasing by 97.26%.

AIM:To explore the DNA methylation of COL4A1 in ultraviolet-B(UVB)-induced age-related cataract(ARC)models in vitro and in ***:Human lens epithelium B3(HLEB3)cells and Sprague Dawley rats were exposure to UVB *** MTT assay was utilized to evaluate cell *** cytometry was employed for analysis of cell apoptosis and cell ***4A1 expression in HLEB3 cells and anterior lens capsules were assessed using Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RTPCR).The localization of COL4A1 in HLEB3 cells was determined by *** methylation status of CpG islands located in COL4A1 promoter was verified using bisulfite-sequencing PCR(BSP).DNMTs and TETs mRNA levels was examined by ***:UVB exposure decreased HLEB3 cells proliferation,while increased the apoptosis rate and cells were arrested in G0/G1 ***4A1 expression was markedly inhibited in UVB treated cells compared to the *** status was detected in the CpG islands within COL4A1 promoter in HLEB3 cells subjected to UVB *** of DNMTs including DNMT1/2/3 were elevated in UVB treated HLEB3 cells compared to that in the controls,while expressions of TETs including TET1/2/3 showed the opposite *** from the UVB treated rat model further confirmed the decreased expression of COL4A1,hypermethylation status of the CpG islands at promoter of COL4A1 and abnormal expression of DNMT1/2/3 and TET1/2/in UVB exposure ***:DNA hypermethylation of COL4A1 promoter CpG islands is correlated with decreased COL4A1 expression in UVB induced HLEB3 cells and anterior lens capsules of rats.

Deep learning significantly improves the accuracy of remote sensing image scene classification,benefiting from the large-scale ***,annotating the remote sensing images is time-consuming and even tough for *** neural networks trained using a few labeled samples usually generalize less to new unseen *** this paper,we propose a semi-supervised approach for remote sensing image scene classification based on the prototype-based consistency,by exploring massive unlabeled *** this end,we,first,propose a feature enhancement module to extract discriminative *** is achieved by focusing the model on the foreground ***,the prototype-based classifier is introduced to the framework,which is used to acquire consistent feature *** conduct a series of experiments on NWPU-RESISC45 and Aerial Image Dataset(AID).Our method improves the State-Of-The-Art(SOTA)method on NWPU-RESISC45 from 92.03%to 93.08%and on AID from 94.25%to 95.24%in terms of accuracy.

With the increasing demand for beauty and health,clear aligners(CAs)have been widely applied among patients with ***,patients treated with CAs also face some potential complications,such as demineralization,dental caries,and periodontal *** addition,some patients have additional needs to improve their quality of life,such as bleaching *** order to prevent or solve these problems,the modification of CAs is a promising method because their extensive long-term contact with tooth surfaces makes them ideal devices for implementing adjuvant medical *** this review,we discuss various advanced CAs with medical functions based on the clinical needs of *** far as we know,the additional functions of CAs mainly include antibacterial,remineralization,whitening,and accelerating tooth *** functions are achieved by two major pathways,the combination of CAs with drugs/biomaterials and increasing the capacity or affinity of *** addition,we discuss the current limitations of in vitro experiments which are designed to explore the effectiveness and properties of novel CAs,and the challenges of bringing a multifunctional appliance from proposal to clinical *** the end of this review,we provide insights into the broader prospects for the improvement of CAs.

The Schrodinger cat state produced differently in two directions is anticipated to be a critical quantum resource in quantum information *** exploring the interplay between quantum nonreciprocity and topology in a one-dimensional microcavity array,we obtain the Schrodinger cat state(a pure quantum state)in a chosen direction at the edge cavity,whereas a classical state in the other *** nonreciprocal generation of the cat state originates from the topologically protected chiralitymode excitation in the nontrivial phase,but in the trivial phase,the nonreciprocal generation of cat state ***,our proposal is switchable by tuning the parameters so that a topological phase transition ***,the obtained cat state has nonreciprocal high fidelity,nonclassicality,and quantum coherence,which are sufficient to be used in various one-way quantum technologies,e.g.,invisible quantum sensing,noise-tolerant quantum computing,and chiral quantum *** work provides a general approach to control quantum nonreciprocities with the topological effect,which substantially broadens the fields of nonreciprocal photonics and topological physics.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.

Herein,a novel single-atomic Pt doping and interface-rich CoS/Co(OH)_(2)(Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2)/C)electrocatalyst has been successfully *** from precise regulation of d-orbital electronic structure modulation on Co site,Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2)/C exhibited remarkable HER activity and high stability for hydrogen evolution in splitting both water(73 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2)) and seawater(87 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2)).Notably,atomic Pt doping was introduced into CoS/Co(OH)_(2),which could produce local unbalanced Coulombic force and significantly increased the number of S vacancies,and then expose abundant Co ***,Co(OH)_(2) in Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2)/C could act as the adsorption sites for H_(2)O in hydrogen evolution reaction *** functional theory results also proved that atomic Pt doping,S vacancies and Co(OH)_(2) coupling could result in the formation of enriched electronic Co sites and optimize d_(z2) orbital electronic structure,and then realize the depth upward shift of d-band center and enhance the adsorption of H*on Co sites.

Fault detection and diagnosis(FDD)of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning(HVAC)systems can help to improve the energy saving in building energy ***,most data-driven trained FDD models have limited generalizability and can only be applied to specific *** diversity of HVAC systems and the high cost of data acquisition present challenges for the practical application of *** learning technology can be employed to mitigate this problem by training a model on systems with sufficient data and then transfer it to other systems with limited *** this study,a novel transfer learning approach for HVAC FDD is ***,the transformer model is modified to incorporate one encoder and two decoders connected,enabling two *** modified transformer model accommodates absent features in the target domain and serves as a robust foundation for transfer *** has effective performance in complex systems and achieves an accuracy of 91.38%for a system with 16 faults and multiple fault severity ***,the adapter-based parameter-efficient transfer learning method,facilitating the transfer of trained models simply by inserting small adapter modules,is investigated as the transfer learning *** demonstrate that this adapter-based transfer learning approach achieves satisfactory performance similar to full fine-tuning with fewer trainable *** works well with limited data amount in target ***,the findings highlight the significance of adapters positioned near the bottom and top layers,emphasizing their critical role in facilitating successful transfer learning.

This work investigates the flow and agglomeration behaviors of battery grade li_(2)CO_(3)powder and the influence of stearic acid surface *** degree of agglomeration is directly related to the uniformity of li_(2)CO_(3)and its powder *** to the Chinese National Nonferrous Metal Industry Standard,battery grade li_(2)CO_(3)powder has D50 equal to 3–8μm which belongs to a micron-sized superfine ***,with the extension of storage time,the serious agglomeration phenomenon occurs due to the large specific surface area and rough and irregular powder *** Hausner ratio(HR)of the unmodified sample increases from 1.14 to 1.41,and the corresponding flowability is classified as good to ***,among samples with doping stearic acid,the optimum amount of it is 0.10 wt%which exhibits an extremely stable HR value from 1.14 to ***,after 156 days,the repose angle(AR)obtained for samples without surface modification and using 0.10 wt%stearic acid are calculated to be 49°and 28°,*** on the values of HR and AR,the flowability of the unmodified sample is poor while the sample modified with 0.10 wt%of stearic acid still maintain excellent powder flow ***,The liMn_(2)O_(4)cathode material synthesized from modified li_(2)CO_(3)powder with a stearic acid content of 0.10 wt%exhibits good crystallinity and comparable electrochemical performance to that prepared by commercial li_(2)CO_(3).These results indicate that stearic acid has the potential to be an ideal modifier for battery grade li_(2)CO_(3)powder that needs to be kept for a long time.
