提出一种基于特征融合矩阵的语音音色的厚薄度客观评价方法.提取最符合人耳听觉特性的梅尔频率倒谱系数(MFCC)和线性预测系数(LPC)作为语音特征参数,同时提取了3种非语音参数特征,包括共鸣因子指数、身高质量指数和肺活量体重指数,将这些特征进行融合即可形成特征融合矩阵,采用softmax分类器对语音音色中的厚薄度进行分级.实验结果表明,该方法可以获得较高的分级准确率.

An x-ray laser shadowgraphy experiment was conducted on Xingguang-Ⅱ laser facility in 1996.A multi-layer spherical mirror was used as an imaging element and a high sensitivity CCD camera as a *** measured the near-field image of the Ti x-ray laser *** a Ti x-ray laser beam as a backlight source,we obtained a clear CU mesh image,demonstrating the potential as advanced diagnostic measurements to study high density plasmas in inertial confinement fusion research.

Background Blastocystis hominis(Bh)is zoonotic parasitic pathogen with a high prevalent globally,causing opportunistic infections and diarrhea *** immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection disrupts the immune system by depleting CD4^(+)T lymphocyte(CD4^(+)T)cell counts,thereby increasing Bh infection risk among persons living with HIV(PLWH).However,the precise association between Bh infection risk and HIV-related biological markers and treatment processes remains poorly ***,the purpose of the study was to explore the association between Bh infection risk and CD4^(+)T cell counts,HIV viral load(VL),and duration of interruption in antiviral therapy among *** A large-scale multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted in China from June 2020 to December *** genetic presence of Bh in fecal samples was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,the CD4^(+)T cell counts in venous blood was measured using flowcytometry,and the HIV VL in serum was quantified using fluorescence-based *** cubic spline(RCS)was applied to assess the non-linear association between Bh infection risk and CD4^(+)T cell counts,HIV VL,and duration of interruption in highly active antiretroviral therapy(HARRT).Results A total of 1245 PLWH were enrolled in the study,the average age of PLWH was 43 years[interquartile range(IQR):33,52],with 452(36.3%)being female,50.4%(n=628)had no immunosuppression(CD4^(+)T cell counts>500 cells/μl),and 78.1%(n=972)achieved full virological suppression(HIV VL<50 copies/ml).Approximately 10.5%(n=131)of PLWH had *** prevalence of Bh was found to be 4.9%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.8-6.4%]among *** nonlinear associations were observed between the Bh infection risk and CD4^(+)T cell counts(Pfor nonlinearity<0.001,L-shaped),HIV VL(Pfor nonlinearity<0.001,inverted U-shaped),and duration of interruption in HARRT(Pfor nonlinearity<0.001,inverted U-shaped).Conclusions

Peanut diseases seriously threaten peanut production, creating disease-resistant materials via interspecific hybridization is an effective way to deal with this problem. In this study, the embryo of an interspecific F1 hybrid was obtained by crossing the Silihong(Slh) cultivar with Arachis duranensis(ZW55), a diploid wild species. Seedlings were generated by embryo rescue and tissue culture. A true interspecific hybrid was then confirmed by cytological methods and molecular markers. After treating seedlings with colchicine during in vitro multiplication, the established interspecific F1 hybrid produced seeds which were named as Am1210. With oligonucleotide fluorescence in situ hybridization(Oligo FISH), molecular marker evaluations, morphological and web blotch resistance characterization, we found that: 1) Am1210 was an allohexaploid between Slh and ZW55;2) the traits of spreading lateral branches, single-seeded or double-seeded pods and red seed coats were observed to be dominant compared to the erect type, multiple-seeded pods and brown seed coats;3) the web blotch resistance of Am1210 was significantly improved than that of Slh, indicating the contribution of the web blotch resistance from the wild parent A. duranensis. In addition, 69 dominant and co-dominant molecular markers were developed which could be both used to verify the hybrid in this study and to identify translocation or introgression lines with A. duranensis chromosome fragments in future studies as well.

Natural gas hydrate (NGH)is considered as one of the new clean energy sources of the 21st century with the highest *** environmental issues of NGH production have attracted the close attention of scientists in various *** May 10 to July 9,2017,the first offshore NGH production test in the South China Sea (SCS)was conducted by the China Geological *** addition,environmental security has also been effectively guaranteed via a comprehensive environmental monitoring system built during the NGH production *** monitoring system considered sea-surface atmosphere methane and carbon dioxide concentrations,dissolved methane in the sea water column,and the seafloor physical oceanography and marine chemistry *** whole process was monitored via multiple means, in multiple layers,in all domains,and in real *** the production test,an environmental investigation was promptly conducted to evaluate the environmental impact of the NGH production test. The monitoring results showed that the dissolved methane concentration in seawater and the near-seabed environment characteristics after the test were consistent with the background values,indicating that the NGH production test did not cause environmental problems such as methane leakage.
