AIM To investigate the effects of Clostridium perfringens enterotoxin(CPE) on gastric cancer cells which highly expressed claudin-4(CL4) *** In this study, we detected expression of CL4 protein in different gastric cancer cell lines. Then, we investigated the effects of CPE on SGC7901 cells which highly expressed CL4 protein and the effects of CPE on sub-cutaneous tumor in nude mice *** CL4 are highly expressed in SGC7901 cells. CPE expressedsignificant cytotoxicity in SGC7901 cells. Suppression of CL4 expression significantly decreased CPE-mediated cytotoxicity. CPE also inhibited tumor growth in subcutaneous tumor xenograft *** CPE showed CL4 mediated cytotoxicity on gastric cancer cells SGC7901 and inhib-ited tumor growth in nude mice models.

BACKGROUND Lymphedema is a chronic,debilitating and incurable disease that affects 0.13%-2%of the global *** evidence indicates that adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)might serve as suitable seed cells for lymphatic tissue engineering and lymphedema *** To summarize applications of ADSCs for treating lymphedema in both animal studies and clinical *** A systematic search was performed on four databases-PubMed,***,the evidence-based Cochrane Library,and OVID-using the following search string:(“lymphedema”or“lymphoedema”or“lymphangiogenesis”)and(“adipose-derived stem cells”or“adipose-derived stromal cells”or“adipose-derived regenerative cells”).A manual search was performed by skimming the references of relevant *** studies and clinical trials using adipose-derived cells for the treatment of any kind of lymphedema were *** A total of eight research articles published before November 2019 were included for this *** articles focused on animal studies and another three focused on clinical *** transplantation therapy was demonstrated to be effective against lymphedema in all *** animal studies found that coadministration of ADSCs and controlled-release vascular endothelial growth factor-C or platelet-rich plasma could improve the effectiveness of ADSC *** sequential clinical trials were conducted on breast cancer-related lymphedema patients,and all showed favorable *** ADSC-based therapy is a promising option for treating ***-scale,multicenter randomized controlled trials are needed to develop more effective and durable therapeutic strategies.

基于PHAST的苯海上运输船泄漏模拟分析

为预防苯海上运输中的泄漏安全事故,利用PHAST软件,以苯海上运输船为研究对象,探究不同泄漏孔径、风速对苯泄漏后的扩散距离及泄漏导致的池火、闪火、喷射火与超压爆炸范围的影响规律。结果表明,事故发生后,云团泄漏扩散距离、喷射火辐射影响半径及爆炸超压影响半径与泄漏孔径尺寸成正比,泄漏扩散距离、爆炸超压影响半径与风速成反比。浓度100×106以及风速3 m/s下,泄漏孔径由25 mm增加到时75 mm,顺风扩散最大距离扩大了近4倍,云团最大单侧宽度增加了3倍。风速越小,越不利于苯的扩散,使得安全距离较远,且超压半径较大,风险较高。

Recent submillimeter dust thermal emission observations have unveiled a significant number of inter-arm massive molecular clouds in ***,the effectiveness of this technique is limited to its sensitivity,making it challenging to study more distant *** study introduces an alternative approach,utilizing optical extinctions derived from space-based telescopes,with a focus on the forthcoming China Space Station Telescope(CSST).We first demonstrate the capability of this method by constructing dust extinction maps for 17 inter-arm massive molecular clouds in M31 using the Panchromatic Hubble Andromeda Treasury *** analysis reveals that inter-arm massive molecular clouds with an optical extinction(A_(V)) greater than 1.6 mag exhibit a notable A_(V) excess,facilitating their *** majority of these inter-arm massive molecular clouds show an A_(V) around 1 mag,aligning with measurements from our JCMT *** validation using a mock CSST RGB star catalog confirms the method's *** show that the derived A_(V)values using CSST z and y photometries align more closely with the input *** clouds with A_(V)> 1.6 mag can also be identified using the CSST mock *** thus claim that future CSST observation clouds provide an effective way for the detection of inter-arm massive molecular clouds with significant optical extinction in nearby galaxies.

This paper aims to enhance the compression capacity of underwater cylindrical shells by adopting the corrugated sandwich structure of *** cuttlebone suffers uniaxial external compression,while underwater cylindrical shells are in a biaxial compressive stress *** suit the biaxial compressive stress state,a novel bidirectional corrugated sandwich structure is proposed to improve the bearing capacity of cylindrical *** static and buckling analysis for the sandwich shell and the unstiffened cylindrical shell with the same volume-weight ratio are studied by numerical *** is indicated that the proposed sandwich shell can effectively reduce the ratio between circumferential and axial stress from 2 to 1.25 and improve the critical buckling load by about 1.63 *** simulation shows that optimizing and adjusting the structural parameters could significantly improve the advantage of the sandwich ***,the hydrostatic pressure tests for shell models fabricated by 3D printing are carried *** to the experimental results,the overall failure position of the sandwich shell is at the center part of the sandwich *** has been found the average critical load of the proposed sandwich shell models exceeds two times that of the unstiffened shell ***,the proposed bio-inspired bidirectional corrugated sandwich structure can significantly enhance the pressure resistance capability of cylindrical shells.

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and has significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic ***,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was ***,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the *** test results show that the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms has the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid phase fluidity after *** trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and has been successfully applied to actual production on site.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) and their derivatives received more and more attention due to the diverse morphologies, rich porous structures, and tunable metal active sites, which have been widely used in energy-related electrocatalytic ***, a class of compounds with hydrophilic and hydrophobic portions in the molecular structure, are able to modulate the properties of liquid and solid surfaces. Surfactants play a crucial role in controlling the shape and size of MOFs, which helps optimize electrocatalytic performance, especially in improving the exposure and accessibility of catalytic active sites. In this review, we first outline the types and applications of surfactants. Second, we describe the interface modulation and reaction mechanism of different surfactants during the forming of MOFs and their derivatives. Finally, we discuss the current applications of surfactant-modified MOFs and their derivatives in electrocatalysis. This review provides a better understanding of surfactantassistant structure regulation and electrocatalytic activity study of MOFs and their derivatives.
