Aimed at infinite horizon optimal control problems of discrete time-varying nonlinear systems,in this paper,a new iterative adaptive dynamic programming algorithm,which is the discrete-time time-varying policy iteration(DTTV)algorithm,is *** iterative control law is designed to update the iterative value function which approximates the index function of optimal *** admissibility of the iterative control law is *** results show that the iterative value function is non-increasingly convergent to the Bellman-equation optimal *** implement the algorithm,neural networks are employed and a new implementation structure is established,which avoids solving the generalized Bellman equation in each ***,the optimal control laws for torsional pendulum and inverted pendulum systems are obtained by using the DTTV policy iteration algorithm,where the mass and pendulum bar length are permitted to be time-varying *** effectiveness of the developed method is illustrated by numerical results and comparisons.

A novel Ag(Ⅰ)-catalyzed benzylic amination reaction with in situ generation of NH-1,2,3-triazoles for N^2-substituted 1,2,3 triazole scaffolds is described. This protocol is achieved with easily accessible substrate, broad functional group, good re gioselectivity, thus providing the efficient and practical method to diverse N^2-substituted 1,2,3-triazole rings with moderate t good yields.

From the perspective of the geographical distribution, considering production fare, supply chain information and quality rating of the manufacturing resource(MR), a manufacturing resource allocation(MRA) model considering the geographical distribution in cloud manufacturing(CM) environment is built. The model includes two stages, preliminary selection stage and optimal selection stage. The membership function is used to select MRs from cloud resource pool(CRP) in the first stage, and then the candidate resource pool is built. In the optimal selection stage, a multi-objective optimization algorithm, particle swarm optimization(PSO) based on the method of relative entropy of fuzzy sets(REFS_PSO), is used to select optimal MRs from the candidate resource pool, and an optimal manufacturing resource supply chain is obtained at last. To verify the performance of REFS_PSO, NSGA-Ⅱ and PSO based on random weighting(RW_PSO) are selected as the comparison algorithms. They all are used to select optimal MRs at the second stage. The experimental results show solution obtained by REFS_PSO is the best. The model and the method proposed are appropriate for MRA in CM.

Zr1-xTixNiSn0.975Sb0.025 （x=0, 0.15, 0.25, 0.5） half-Heusler thermoelectric materials have been prepared by levitation melt, melt spinning and hot pressing. X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy observation showed that nearly single phase half-Heusler compounds were obtained for the levitation-melted ingots. The effects of Ti substitution and grain refinement by melt spinning have been studied. It is found that both the Ti substitution on the Zr site and the grain refinement can reduce the lattice thermal conductivity and total thermal conductivity. The maximum figure of merit ZT value achieved is about 0.47, which is comparable with the previously reported value of ,-0.5 for Zr0.5Ti0.5NiSn.

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)has been performed for nearly 20years,with reliable safety and efficacy in moderate-to high-risk patients with aortic stenosis or regurgitation,with the advantage of less trauma and better prognosis than traditional open ***,because surgeons have not been able to obtain a full view of the aortic root,3-dimensional printing has been used to reconstruct the aortic root so that they could clearly and intui-tively understand the specific anatomical *** addition,the 3D printed model has been used for the in vitro simulation of the planned procedures to predict the potential complications of TAVR,the goal being to provide guidance to reasonably plan the procedure to achieve the best *** 3D printing can be used to understand the depth,shape,and distribution of the *** 3D printing has achieved remarkable results in TAVR and has a great potential.

Despite improvements in access and early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), age at initial diagnosis continues to occur closer to 4 years of age.1 The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently published data that shows a trend in improved access and identification for children from black or Latino groups.2 However, there is still a significant discrepancy in access to care for children and families from culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) backgrounds, and from underserved areas.Barriers to services can be physical, such as location and transportation, but these barriers can also be attributed to cultural or social factors.11 Building capacity and skills in the early identification of neurodevelopmental disorders and ASD and collaborating with early childhood community providers in underserved areas are essential in improving the early identification of ASD.12 There are screening models that have been evaluated in community practice to increase access to early identification of ASD, such as the TELE-ASD Peds, and have yielded good results.13 However, these models can also be limited to families who do not have consistent access to technology and may be unfamiliar with virtual evaluations.The importance of community models continues to be discussed to reduce barriers to accessing an autism evaluation and diagnosis.14 Models such as enhancing post-graduate training for clinicians and integrating teachings on autism and early autism detection, as well as training PC providers to equip them to provide developmental evaluations and provide autism diagnosis, are discussed as strategies to mitigate limiting factors to a diagnosis.15 Accessibility to providers and tools to aid in screening and diagnosis, and collaborations between providers in the community are paramount in providing equitable access to populations and families that need access to care.7 The Rapid Interactive screening Test for Autism in Toddlers (RITA-T) model,16 an intera

Three novel sesquiterpenoid heterodimers,designated as auckcostusolides A-C(1-3),were isolated from Aucklandia costus *** structures of compounds 1-3 were elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic analysis,with their absolute configurations established using a combination of X-ray single-crystal diffraction and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)***,compounds 1 and 2,despite sharing identical planar structures derived from two identical sesquiterpenoids,exhibited oppos-ite configurations at C-11 and C-8'.This configurational difference can be attributed to distinct Diels-Alder cycloaddition processes between the sesquiterpenoid ***,the cytotoxic effects of compounds 1-3 were evaluated against colorectal can-cer HCT116 cells,fibrosarcoma HT1080 cells,and hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 *** 1-3 induced cell death was characterized by endoplasmic reticulum(ER)swelling and cytoplasmic vacuolization,typical morphological changes associated with *** studies revealed that compounds 1 and 3 triggered paraptosis-like cell death through the accumulation of react-ive oxygen species(ROS),activation of ER stress,and stimulation of the MAPK signaling pathway.

Snake robots play an important role in social services and military needs

Despite the broad clinical applications of platinum-based anticancer drugs including cisplatin, their side-effects and resistance issues have encouraged researchers to look for novel metal-based anticancer complexes. Non-traditional platinum compounds have been extensively studied and they hold the promise to be further developed as the next-generation platinum drugs. On the other hand, using nanomaterials to deliver cisplatin specifically into cancer cells has proven to be promising to increase the anticancer efficacy of cisplatin and has been a hot topic in the recent years. In this presentation, I will summarize the recent progress in my laboratory in 1) the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of dual-targeting non-traditional platinum anticancer agents and 2) investigation of the action mechanism of metal-based anticancer agents. Examples of platinum constructs that inhibit DNA damage repair and that can be activated in a controllable fashion will be given.
