老年根治性膀胱全切术输尿管皮肤造口患者自我效能及应对方式的影响因素

目的探讨老年根治性膀胱全切术输尿管皮肤造口患者自我效能及应对方式状况,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2018年1月至2021年6月接受输尿管皮肤造口的72例老年根治性膀胱全切术患者为研究对象,采用一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)、简易疾病应对方式问卷(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,SCSQ)评估所有患者自我效能及应对方式状况,并由研究人员设计基线资料调查表填写两组患者基线资料,分析可能影响老年根治性膀胱全切术输尿管皮肤造口患者自我效能及应对方式的相关因素。结果术后3个月,72例老年根治性膀胱全切术输尿管皮肤造口患者术后自我效能不佳25例(34.72%),自我效能良好47例(65.28%);消极应对22例(30.56%),积极应对50例(69.44%)。自我效能不佳组文化程度、心理状况、家庭关怀度与自我效能良好组比较,差异有统计学意义(P1,P1,P<0.05)。结论文化程度在初中及以下、焦虑、家庭关怀度低是老年根治性膀胱全切术输尿管皮肤造口患者术后自我效能不佳的影响因素;文化程度在初中及以下、焦虑、个人收入低、家庭关怀度低是根治性膀胱全切术输尿管皮肤造口患者术后消极应对的影响因素。

Cystic neoplasms of the pancreas account for 10% to 15% of all cystic pancreatic *** majority （85% to 90%） of cystic lesions of the pancreas are pseudocysts. Although cystic neoplasms of the pancreas are rare, they range from benign to malignant neoplasms. The clinical challenge is the differential diagnosis and management of the cystic neoplasms, which represent 10% to 25% of primary pancreatic neoplasms. Pancreatic neoplasms and tumour like lesions with cystic features have been recently reviewed. The incidence of pancreatic cystic neoplasms reported is variable. Because there is no large, systematic study on tne cases from China comparing the incidence and biology of cystic neoplasms of pancreas to that of Western series, we reviewed all the cases of cystic neoplasms from Zhongshan Hospital over 6 years. Most of the neoplasms in our series were classified according to the recent World Health Organization （WHO） classification.

To better understand the failure behaviours and strength of bolt-reinforced blocky rocks,large scale extensive laboratory experiments are carried out on blocky rock-like specimens with and without rockbolt *** results show that both shear failure and tensile failure along joint surfaces are observed but the shear failure is a main controlling factor for the peak strength of the rock mass with and without *** rockbolts are necked and shear deformation simultaneously happens in bolt reinforced rock *** the joint dip angle increases,the joint shear failure becomes more *** number of rockbolts has a significant impact on the peak strain and uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),but little influence on the deformation modulus of the rock *** the Winkler beam model to represent the rockbolt behaviours,an analytical model for the prediction of the strength of boltreinforced blocky rocks is *** agreement between the UCS values predicted by proposed model and obtained from experiments suggest an encouraging performance of the proposed *** addition,the performance of the proposed model is further assessed using published results in the literature,indicating the proposed model can be used effectively in the prediction of UCS of bolt-reinforced blocky rocks.

针对微惯性传感器测量误差随时间严重发散且量程不能满足旋转弹体横滚角测量的要求,采用磁传感器组合对旋转弹体的横滚角测量及工程可实现性进行了研究。对于不同角度、位置安装的磁传感器,给出了其敏感轴上的数学表达式,并且利用两个非正交安装的磁传感器输出的极值之比与俯仰角呈固定关系进行姿态角求解。分析了产生奇异的条件和使用磁传感器进行横滚角测量的可行性,并对传感器布阵方案及解算方法进行了半实物实验。实验结果表明,俯仰角和横滚角的解算误差基本控制在1°以内,此测量方案适用于偏航角变化不大的旋转弹体。

Carbon dioxide reduction, as a sustainable and versatile strategy for the access of chemical fuels, has attracted increasing attention and enormous efforts have been devoted to it in recent years. However, employing carbon dioxide as double synthons via bimolecular reduction remains challenging. Here, by leveraging the bimolecular reduction of carbon dioxide to carbonyl and methyl respectively, we describe a Pd-catalyzed trifunctionalization of alkynes with aryl iodide for the first time and showcase its advantages on the formation of various β-diketones and their application in the constructing of heterocyclic compounds with important biological activity, including pyrimidine, oxazole, pyrazole.

Surface reconstruction yields real active species in electrochemical oxygen evolution reaction(OER)conditions;however,rationally regulating reconstruction in a targeted manner for constructing highly active OER electrocatalysts remains a formidable ***,an electrochemical activation strategy with selective etching was utilized to guide the reconstruction process of a hybrid cobalt-molybdenum oxide(CoMoO_(4)/Co_(3)O_(4)@CC)in a favorable direction to improve the OER *** in-situ Raman and multiple ex-situ characterization tools demonstrate that controlled surface reconstruction can be easily achieved through Mo etching,with the formation of a dynamically stable amorphous-crystalline *** calculations together with experimental results reveal that the synergistic effects between amorphous CoOOH and crystalline Co_(3)O_(4) are crucial in enhancing the catalytic ***,the reconstructed CoMoO_(4)/Co_(3)O_(4)@CC exhibits a low overpotential of 250 mV to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) in 1 M KOH,and more importantly it can be practiced in electrolytic water splitting and rechargeable zinc-air batteries devices,achieving ultra-long stability for over 500 and 1200 h,*** work provides a promising route for the construction of high-performance electrocatalysts.
