A novel dual-depletion-region electroabsorption modulator(DDR-EAM)based on InP at 1550nm is *** measured capacitance and extinction ratio of the DDR-EAM reveal that the dual depletion region structure can reduce the device capacitance significantly without any degradation of extinction ***,the bandwidth of the DDR-EAM predicted by using an equivalent circuit model is larger than twice the bandwidth of the conventional lumped-electrode EAM(L-EAM).

Reliable communication and intensive computing power cannot be provided effectively by temporary hot spots in disaster areas and complex terrain ground *** this has greatly developed the application and integration of UAV and Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)to the Internet of Things(loT).However,problems such as multi-user and huge data flow in large areas,which contradict the reality that a single UAV is constrained by limited computing power,still *** to allowing UAV collaboration to accomplish complex tasks,cooperative task offloading between multiple UAVs must meet the interdependence of tasks and realize parallel processing,which reduces the computing power consumption and endurance pressure of *** the computing requirements of the user terminal,delay constraint of a computing task,energy constraint,and safe distance of UAV,we constructed a UAV-Assisted cooperative offloading energy efficiency system for mobile edge computing to minimize user terminal energy ***,the resulting optimization problem is originally nonconvex and thus,difficult to solve *** tackle this problem,we developed an energy efficiency optimization algorithm using Block Coordinate Descent(BCD)that decomposes the problem into three convex ***,we jointly optimized the number of local computing tasks,number of computing offloaded tasks,trajectories of UAV,and offloading matching relationship between multi-UAVs and multiuser *** results show that the proposed approach is suitable for different channel conditions and significantly saves the user terminal energy consumption compared with other benchmark schemes.

目的探讨结直肠癌组织中Janus激酶2(JAK2)基因突变和T细胞因子3(TCF3)蛋白表达与临床病理特征及预后的相关性,为结直肠癌病情和预后早期评估提供实验室参考指标。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2021年4月收治且保留结直肠癌及癌旁组织蜡块的50例结直肠癌患者资料,收集患者的基本资料,TNM分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征及3年生存预后。对患者的结肠癌及癌旁组织蜡块进行检测,采用Taqman荧光探针法检测结肠癌组织JAK2基因rs2230724位点AA、AG和GG等基因型分布情况,通过免疫组化法检测结肠癌及癌旁组织TCF3蛋白阳性表达率。比较不同临床病理特征患者的基本资料、JAK2 rs2230724基因突变和TCF3蛋白表达情况,Logistics回归模型分析结肠癌临床病理特征的影响因素。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析比较结直肠癌组织JAK2基因突变和TCF3蛋白表达患者的生存预后,采用Cox回归模型分析影响结直肠癌患者预后的危险因素。结果结肠癌组织TCF3蛋白阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。TNMⅢ期结肠癌患者的年龄、BMI、结肠癌组织JAK2基因rs2230724位点GG型占比和TCF3蛋白阳性表达率均高于TNMⅠ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);存在淋巴结转移结肠癌患者的年龄、BMI、吸烟率、结肠癌组织JAK2基因rs2230724位点GG型占比和TCF3蛋白阳性表达率均高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);Logistics回归模型分析结果显示,结肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的影响因素均为年龄、结肠癌组织JAK2基因rs2230724位点突变情况和TCF3蛋白阳性表达率(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,结肠癌组织JAK2基因rs2230724位点GG型和TCF3蛋白阳性患者均具有更高的累计全因死亡率(P<0.05)。单因素和多因素Cox回归模型分析结果显示,影响结直肠癌患者预后的独立危险因素有JAK2基因rs2230724位点GG型、TCF3蛋白阳性表达、TNMⅢ期、淋巴结转移和年龄等。结论结直肠癌组织中JAK2基因rs2230724位点GG型占比和TCF3蛋白表达均与其临床病理特征及预后相关,可作为结直肠癌临床病理特征评估及预后预测参考指标。

We systematically studied the evaporation residue cross sections of ^(48)Ca-induced reactions on lanthanide and actinide target nuclei under the Dinuclear System(DNS)model framework to check the reliability and applicability of the *** produce new proton-rich Fl and Lv isotopes through hot fusion reactions in the superheavy element region with Z≥104,we utilized the reactions ^(48)Ca+^(236,238,239) Pu and ^(48)Ca+^(242,243,244,250) ***,owing to the detection limit of available equipment(0.1 pb),only 283Fl and 287−289Lv,which have the maximum evaporation residue cross section values of 0.149,0.130,9.522,and 0.309 pb,respectively,can be ***,to produce neutron-deficient isotopes of actinides near the proton drip line with Z=93−100,we attempted to generate the new isotopes(224−227Pu,228−232,237Cm)using the reactions ^(48)Ca+180,182,183 W and ^(48)Ca+^(184,186,187,192) *** maximum evaporation residue cross section values are 0.07,0.06,0.26,and 0.30 nb for the former set of reactions,and 1.96 pb,5.73 pb,12.16 pb,19.39 pb,54.79 pb,and 6.45 nb for the latter,*** results are expected to provide new information for the future synthesis of unknown neutron-deficient isotopes.

In this paper, we are concerned with the Riesz transform on the direct product manifold H^(n)× M,where H^(n) is the n-dimensional real hyperbolic space, and M is a connected complete non-compact Riemannian manifold satisfying the volume doubling property and generalized Gaussian or sub-Gaussian upper estimates for the heat kernel. We establish its weak type(1, 1) property. In addition, we obtain the weak type(1, 1) of the heat maximal operator in the same setting. Our arguments also work for a large class of direct product manifolds with exponential volume growth. Particularly, we provide a simpler proof of weak type(1, 1) boundedness of some operators considered in the work of Li et al.(2016).

Background:Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is a common and debilitating symptom experienced by patients with advanced-stage cancer,especially those undergoing antitumor *** study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Renshenguben(RSGB)oral solution,a ginseng-based traditional Chinese medicine,in alleviating CRF in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)receiving antitumor ***:In this prospective,open-label,controlled,multicenter study,patients with advanced HCC at BCLC stage C and a brief fatigue inventory(BFI)score of≥4 were *** were assigned to the RSGB group(RSGB,10 mL twice daily)or the control group(with supportive care).Primary and secondary endpoints were the change in multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI)score,and BFI and functional assessment of cancer therapy-hepatobiliary(FACT-Hep)scores at weeks 4 and 8 after *** events(AEs)and toxicities were ***:A total of 409 participants were enrolled,with 206 assigned to the RSGB *** week 4,there was a trend towards improvement,but the differences were not statistically *** week 8,the RSGB group exhibited a significantly lower MFI score(P<0.05)compared to the control group,indicating improved fatigue ***,the RSGB group showed significantly greater decrease in BFI and FACT-Hep scores at week 8(P<0.05).Subgroup analyses among patients receiving various antitumor treatments showed similar *** linear regression analyses revealed that the RSGB group experienced a significantly substantial decrease in MFI,BFI,and FACT-Hep scores at week *** serious drug-related AEs or toxicities were ***:RSGB oral solution effectively reduced CRF in patients with advanced HCC undergoing antitumor therapy over an eight-week period,with no discernible *** findings support the potential of RSGB oral solution as an adjunctive treatment for managing CRF in this patient population.
