乌克兰细点丝藻(Oculatella ucrainica Oxana Vinogradova&Tatiana Mikhailyuk)是2017年从土壤结皮与海岸边分离出来并描述为新种的耐旱陆生物种。本研究从我国山西省太原师范学院校园的潮湿土壤和贵州省花溪公园的湿润墙面分离出两株丝状蓝藻,形态上与乌克兰细点丝藻相似,均在丝状体顶端细胞中含有橘色颗粒;16S rRNA基因序列显示,这两株蓝藻与乌克兰细点丝藻的相似性均在99%以上,且在系统发育树中聚为一支,有较高的自展值。此外,这两株丝状蓝藻的ITS二级结构与乌克兰细点丝藻差异较小,进一步表明它们均属于乌克兰细点丝藻,这是我国首次报道乌克兰细点丝藻新记录种。

患者女,41岁。颈部白色丘疹2年,皮疹散在分布,无自觉症状。皮疹处无外伤、炎症及痤疮病史。皮肤科情况:颈部可见多个直径约2~5 mm的白色丘疹,质地坚硬。颈部组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮浅层血管周围见少量淋巴细胞浸润,真皮浅中层胶原纤维疏松。弹力纤维染色示:真皮浅层弹力纤维减少,真皮浅中层弹力纤维明显断裂。诊断为丘疹性弹力纤维离解。

长叶轮钟草[Campanumoea lancifolia(Roxb.)Merr.]是一种具有药食两用价值的新资源,开发利用前景广阔。田间调研发现,随着其种植面积的扩大,根腐病问题日益严重,在根腐病严重的田间,损失可高达40%,占长叶轮钟草所有病害造成损失的75%-90%,直接导致了果实产量及品质的下降,影响了商品价值及农户的收入,开展长叶轮钟草根腐病的防治工作迫在眉睫。【目的】分离和鉴定长叶轮钟草根腐病病原菌,同时提取4种芳香中药植物的挥发油,研究其对长叶轮钟草病原菌生长的抑制作用。【方法】采用常规组织分离法对典型根腐病症状的长叶轮钟草病害植株进行病原菌的分离纯化,结合形态学和分子生物学手段鉴定病原菌种类,并进行科赫氏法则验证。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从芳香中药植物中提取挥发油,通过牛津杯法评估挥发油的抑菌效果,并通过96孔板法研究了其最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentrations,MICs)。【结果】从患病的长叶轮钟草植株根系中分离并鉴定到4株病原菌,将分离得到的4株病原菌回接后,植物出现了与大田一致的根腐病症状。经形态学和分子生物学鉴定,4株菌分别为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、茄腐镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)、麦冬炭疽菌(Colletotrichum liriopes)和蔓枯病菌(Stagonosporopsis pogostemonis)。挥发油抑菌实验发现,4种挥发油对尖孢镰刀菌、茄腐镰刀菌、蔓枯病原菌和麦冬炭疽菌均有很强的抑制效果,抑制率在32.94%-95.29%之间。此外,4种挥发油对4株病原菌MICs在0.031-4.000mg/mL之间。【结论】本研究表明,尖孢镰刀菌、茄腐镰刀菌、蔓枯病原菌和麦冬炭疽菌均为长叶轮钟草的致病菌,且茄腐镰刀菌、蔓枯病原菌和麦冬炭疽菌为首次报道的长叶轮钟草根腐病病原菌。此外,基于中医“芳香避秽”的思想理论,本研究选取的4种芳香植物的挥发油对长叶轮钟草的根腐病病原菌均有较强的抑制作用。本研究为长叶轮钟草根腐病植物源农药的开发和未来该资源的绿色种植奠定了科学基础。

Progress in Enclave Tourism Study of Overseas:A Literature Review

In response to the "isolated island" phenomenon emerging from the development of tourist resorts in China, this paper reviews the study of enclave tourism overseas, which has similar features to the resort "island". Based on the literatures related to enclave tourism from Tourism Management and Annals of Tourism Research, this paper reviews the study of enclave tour- ism from the following aspects: definition discussion, theories used, causation of enclaves, characteristics and impacts of enclave tourism. The understanding of the overseas researches on enclave tourism would provide instructions for the study on the problems of Chinese resorts, such as enclavity and "island effects", and suggest measures for the sustainable development of resorts in China. This paper is divided into three sections. Section 1 briefly introduces the development of enclave tourism in developing countries and the outline of enclave tourism study. Section 2 elaborates on the contents of enclave tourism research and gives deep insights into the study on concepts, characteristics, causations and effects respectively, which is the key part of this paper; Section 3 concludes the review and proposes suggestions for the enclave tourism study in China.

Phenotype and metabolism alterations in PCB-degrading Rhodococcus biphenylivorans TG9^(T) under acid stress

Environmental acidification impairs microorganism diversity and their functions on substance *** is a ubiquitously distributed genus for contaminant detoxification in the environment,and it can also adapt a certain range of *** work interpreted the acid responses from both phenotype and metabolism in strain Rhodococcus biphenylivorans TG9^(T)(TG9)induced at pH *** phenotype alterations were described with the number of culturable and viable cells,intracellular ATP concentrations,cell shape and entocyte,degradation efficiency of polychlorinated biphenyl(PCB)31 and *** number of culturable cells maintained rather stable within the first 10 days,even though the other phenotypes had noticeable alterations,indicating that TG9 possesses certain capacities to survive under acid *** metabolism responses were interpreted based on transcription analyses with four treatments including log phase(LP),acid-induced(PER),early recovery after removing acid(RE)and later recovery(REL).With the overview on the expression regulations among the 4 treatments,the RE sample presented more upregulated and less downregulated genes,suggesting that its metabolism was somehow more active after recovering from acid *** addition,the response mechanism was interpreted on 10 individual metabolism pathways mainly covering protein modification,antioxidation,antipermeability,H+consumption,neutralization and ***,the transcription variations were verified with RT-qPCR on 8 genes with 24-hr,48-hr and 72-hr acid *** together,TG9 possesses comprehensive metabolism strategies defending against acid ***,a model was built to provide an integrate insight to understand the acid resistance/tolerance metabolisms in microorganisms.

Effects of contamination of single and combined cadmium and mercury on the soil microbial community structural diversity and functional diversity

To assess the effects of single and combined pollution of cadmium (Cd) and mercury (Hg) on soil micro-bial community structural and functional diversities, an incubation experiment was conducted, by employing two soils, namely, the marine sediment silty loam soil and the yellowish-red soil, in which five levels of Cd, Hg and Cd and Hg in combination were added. After being incubated for 56 days, the phospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs) profile and sole carbon source utilization pattern (BIOLOG) of the samples were tested. The results showed that the compo-sition of the microbial communities changed significantly at different levels of metals application. The principal component analyses (PCA) of PLFAs indicated that the structure of the microbial community was also significantly altered with increasing levels of metals, with increasing PLFAs biomarkers for fungi and actinomycetes, and in-creasing ratio of Gram-positive to Gram-negative bacteria. Sole carbon source utilization pattern analysis revealed that single and combined application of Cd and Hg inhibited significantly the functional activity of soil microorgan-isms, the functional diversity indices [Richness (S), Shannon-Wiener indices (H) and Evenness (EH)] were signifi-cantly lower in polluted soils than those in non-polluted soils, which also significantly altered with increasing levels of metals. PCA for the sole carbon source utilization pattern also indicated that the metal contamination could result in a variable soil microbial community. The results revealed that the combination of Cd and Hg had higher toxicity to soil microbial community structural and functional diversities than the individual application of Cd or Hg.

Impact of polydimethylsiloxanes on physicochemical and tribological properties of naphthenic mineral oil(KN 4010)-based titanium complex grease

Titanium complex greases were prepared by using naphthenic mineral oil and polydimethylsiloxane as the mixed base oil. The effect of polydimethylsiloxane molecular weight and polydimethylsiloxane content in mixed base oil on the physicochemical and tribological properties of titanium complex greases was *** compared to the sole mineral oil-based titanium complex grease, the use of polydimethylsiloxane(H201-350)as a co-base oil increased the dropping point from 310 to 329℃, decreased the oil separation from 3.7% to 2.3%,reduced the corrosion extent, and obviously improved the tribological properties. When the mixed oil-based titanium complex grease was used as a lubricant, lubricating films of polydimethylsiloxane were probably formed on the surfaces of friction pairs, giving good lubricating property.
