为了明确织物膜材从拉伸到破坏整个过程的双轴拉伸性能,以典型PVDF涂层聚酯织物为研究对象,通过七个应力比下的双轴单调拉伸试验,利用编写的MATLAB程序获得了涂层织物复杂的变形性能和精确的弹性参数,并对其变形和力学参数进行响应面分析,揭示了涂层织物在不同应力水平和应力比下弹性模量、泊松比和正交各向异性的演化规律。结果表明,全域应力范围内材料的弹性参数和正交各向异性特征随着应力比和应力水平的改变而显著变化。此外,基于单、双轴拉伸应力-应变的关系,引入了表示双轴单调拉伸试验中拉伸与收缩比例的刚度耦合系数,推导出了弹性模量公式,其计算值与试验值吻合较好。研究所得结论可为膜结构工程中织物膜材的拉伸力学性能以及膜面破坏分析提供有益参考。

在市场全球化的背景下,品牌使用外国文化元素开展营销活动变得日益普遍,然而学界和业界对品牌使用外国文化成败的原因并不清晰。本文以外国品牌使用中国文化元素为切入点,主要探讨了中国消费者视野中的“文化使用”问题。文章首先梳理和回顾了已有文献,就本文的情境对“文化使用”进行了概念界定和辨析;随后,采用个人深度访谈、线上开放式问卷和网络二手数据,使用扎根理论探索品牌文化使用对消费者品牌反应的影响机制和作用条件,构建了“品牌文化使用行为的特征—文化使用激发的情感—消费者反应”模型。本文从文化角度推进了对全球品牌和消费者行为的理论探讨,并且对于全球品牌如何更好地利用外国文化资源的“他山之玉”具有重要的实践启示。

Melanoma is a highly aggressive cancer which often forms metastatic tumors in the lung,leading to sharply reduced patients'survival *** treating these tumors thus could improve late stage melanoma with lung *** this study,we fabricated a Cys-Arg-Glu-Lys-Ala with N-methylated Glu(CR(NMe)EKA)decorated disk shaped nano vehicle to co-deliver tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)and paclitaxel(PTX)to lung melanoma tumor sites(TRAIL-[ND-PTX]^(CR(NMe)EKA)).These nanodisks displayed better tumor-targeting and penetration capability than spherical nanoparticles,while the fibronectin-targeting CR(NMe)EKA motif also increased the tumor accumulation of loaded *** combined usage of TRAIL and PTX both killed tumor cells and reduced local nutrition supply,leading to stronger overall anti-tumor *** TRAIL-[ND-PTX]^(CR(NMe)EKA)system performed remarkably better than free paclitaxel and also significantly elongated survival rate of melanoma lung metastasis bearing mice,without displaying significant ***,this designing strategy and the fabricated nanoplatform possess potential for further development.

在生产设备自身振动及噪声等多因素耦合下,厂房结构产生不良振动反应,轻则减少设备使用寿命,影响企业正常生产,重则造成厂房坍塌,造成极大的生命和财产损失。通过对已建工业厂房的振动形式和异常振动原因进行分析,拟在原已建工业厂房附近建设一座功能相同、产量高、性能齐全的大型工业厂房。为减小新建厂房设备生产时对屋面的扰动,降低交变荷载对屋面防水系统的扰动,提出采用调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)进行减振耗能,以保障厂房生产安全,提高使用寿命。通过研究,有效解决了大型动力工业厂房结构异常振动的难题,提高了我国工业厂房的设计水平,为工业厂房的应用提供了参考。

Genomic surveillance of monkeypox virus(MPXV)is essential to explore the reason of its unusual *** phylogenomic analysis of the MPXV genome mainly focuses on the effect of amino acid ***,we explore the evolutionary variation of RNA G-quadruplex(RG4)of MPXV and find that the genome evolution of MPXV can also produce new effects through changes in the RG4 *** RG4 is located in MPXV’s only Kelch-like C9L gene,which encodes for an antagonist of the innate immune *** evolution of this virus increases the unfolding kinetic constant of C9L RG4 and promotes the C9 protein level in living ***,all reported MPXV genomes in 2022 carry the C9L-RG4-5 pattern with the highest unfolding kinetic ***,the RG4 ligand,RGB-1,can impede the unfolding of C9L-RG4-5 and thereby reduce the C9 protein *** findings carve out a new path to comprehensively understanding MPXV virology.

To realize large-scale micro/nanofabrication process in superconducting devices,the nano laser direct writing(NLDW)as a potential tool was *** this paper,thermal effect induced laser-matter(superconducting film)interaction based on laser direct writing on Nb films and laser exposure on photoresist were investigated by simulation and *** avoid nanoscale thermal effect on superconducting films,large-scale superconducting nanoarrays with the area up to 100μm×100μm based on laser exposure on photoresist were *** with laser direct writing on superconducting films,which lead to the degradation of superconducting performance such as critical current,transition temperature,the superconducting nanoarrays based on laser exposure on photoresist maintain excellent superconducting performance without *** that,by further optimizing the process parameters and the thickness of photoresist,the nanowires with the width down to nanometers are *** with the traditional electron beam and ion beam process,to some extent,the nanowires fabrication process based on NLDW provides a more efficient and cost-effective path for the fabrication of large-area superconducting devices/circuits.

As a valid tool for solving ground state problems,imaginary time evolution(ITE)is widely used in physical and chemical *** ITE-based algorithms in their quantum counterpart have recently been proposed and applied to some real *** experimentally realize the variational-based quantum imaginary time evolution(QITE)algorithm to simulate the ground state energy of hydrogen(H_2)and lithium hydride(Li H)molecules in a superconducting qubit *** H_2 molecule is directly simulated using the 3-qubit circuit with unitary-coupled clusters(UCC)*** also combine QITE with the cluster mean-field(CMF)method to obtain an effective *** Li H molecule is correspondingly simulated using the 3-qubit circuit with hardware-efficient *** comparison,the Li H molecule is also directly simulated using the 4-qubit circuit with UCC ansatz at the equilibrium *** the experimental results show a convergence within 4 iterations,with high-fidelity ground state energy *** a more complex system in the future,the CMF may allow further grouping of interactions to obtain an effective Hamiltonian,then the hybrid QITE algorithm can possibly simulate a relatively large-scale system with fewer qubits.

Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy has demonstrated clinical response in treating both hematologic malignancies and solid *** instances of rapid tumor remissions have been observed in animal models and clinical trials,tumor relapses occur with multiple therapeutic resistance ***,while the mechanisms underlying the long-term therapeutic resistance are well-known,short-term adaptation remains less ***,more views shed light on short-term adaptation and hold that it provides an opportunity window for long-term *** this study,we explore a previously unreported mechanism in which tumor cells employ trogocytosis to acquire CAR molecules from CAR-T cells,a reversal of previously documented *** mechanism results in the depletion of CAR molecules and subsequent CAR-T cell dysfunction,also leading to short-term antigen loss and antigen *** type of intercellular communication is independent of CAR downstream signaling,CAR-T cell condition,target antigen,and tumor cell ***,it is mainly dependent on antigen density and CAR sensitivity,and is associated with tumor cell cholesterol *** mitigation of this trogocytosis-induced CAR molecule transfer can be achieved by adaptively administering CAR-T cells with antigen density-individualized CAR ***,our study reveals a dynamic process of CAR molecule transfer and refining the framework of clinical CAR-T therapy for solid tumors.
