Topological crystalline insulators(TCIs)can host anomalous surface states which inherits the characteristics of crystalline symmetry that protects the bulk ***,the diversity of magnetic crystalline symmetries indicates the potential for novel magnetic TCIs with distinct surface ***,we propose a topological magnetic Dirac insulator(TMDI),whose two-dimensional surface hosts fourfold-degenerate Dirac fermions protected by either the p'_(c)4mm or p40 g0 m magnetic wallpaper *** bulk topology of TMDIs is protected by diagonal mirror symmetries,which give chiral dispersion of surface Dirac fermions and mirror-protected hinge *** propose candidate materials for TMDIs including Nd_(4)Te_(8)Cl_(4)O_(2)0 and DyB_(4) based on first-principles calculations,and construct a general scheme for searching TMDIs using the space group of paramagnetic parent *** theoretical discovery of TMDIs will facilitate future research on magnetic TCIs and illustrate a distinct way to achieve anomalous surface states in magnetic crystals.

在数据时代的背景下,职业教育依托大数据系统性、预判性与动态性分析优势展现出整体性、实效性、科学性的教育特质。高技能人才是我国从“制造大国”向“制造强国”转变的重要支撑。依托大数据技术加强对技术技能人才的思想引导是当前职业教育主要任务。但囿于数据收集与应用能力不足、认知方式与育人形式固化、信息泄露与运行乏力等方面的困境,要想突破大数据融入人才教育的现实困境,还应从数据育人、精准育人、协同育人三方出发,使数据、思维、技术协同发力,用大数据构建新时代高技术人才职业教育新形式。

In spinful electronic systems,time-reversal symmetry makes that all Kramers pairs at the time-reversal-invariant momenta are Weyl points(WPs)in chiral ***,we find that such symmetry-enforced WPs can also emerge in bosonic systems(*** and photons)due to nonsymmorphic *** demonstrate that for some nonsymmorphic chiral space groups,several high-symmetry k-points can host only WPs in the phononic systems,dubbed symmetry-enforced Weyl phonons(SEWPs).

Fibrosis occurs due to the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix caused by cell *** various types of tissue injury,the dysregulation of the internal response can eventually lead to the destruction of organ structure and *** is increasing evidence that oxidative stress,which is characterized by excessive production of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),is an important cause of ***,we synthesized a biosensitive and efficient electrochemical H_(2)O_(2)sensor based on PtNi nanoparticle-doped N-reduced graphene oxide(PtNi-N-rGO)to detect H_(2)O_(2)released from transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1)-induced *** addition,the sensor could easily detect changes in H_(2)O_(2)in the lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of mice with pulmonary ***,the sensor could also detect H_(2)O_(2)in activated hepatic stellate cells and the liver of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced liver ***,the alterations in H_(2)O_(2)detected by the sensor were consistent with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4(NOX4)protein expression and the staining results of pathological *** together,these results highlight the use of H_(2)O_(2)sensors for the rapid detection of fibrosis and facilitate the rapid evaluation of antifibrotic drug candidates.

Interleukin-21(IL-21)is produced mainly by activated CD4^(+)T cells and promotes the proliferation,survival and differentiation of immune *** study characterised a high affinity binding receptor of IL-21(IL-21 Rα)from grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella,Ci)and analyzed the expression of CiIL-21 and CiIL-21 Rα.It has been shown that they were modulated by PAMPs and during infection with bacterial and viral *** CiIL-21 protein produced in bacteria was active in inducing the expression of genes involved in Th responses.A monoclonal CiIL-21 antibody was generated against the rCiIL-21 and showed good reactive specificity with the rCiIL-21 proteins expressed in *** cells,and HEK293 T cells and the native protein from PHA-stimulated kidney *** addition,the IL-21-producing cells detected by the CiIL-21 monoclonal antibody were found to be increased to in the kidney,spleen and hindgut after infection with Flavobacterium *** data indicate that IL-21 is involved in the regulation of immune response to bacterial and viral infection.

Topological crystalline insulator(TCI)is one of the symmetry-protected topological *** TCI can be deformed into a simple product state of several decoupled two-dimensional(2 D)topologically nontrivial layers in its lattice respecting its crystalline symmetries called the layer construction(LC)*** this work,based on first-principles calculations we have revealed that both tetragonal LaSbTe(t-LaSbTe)and orthorhombic LaSbTe(o-LaSbTe)can be interpreted as stacking of 2 D topological insulators in each lattice *** structural phase transition from t-LaSbTe to o-LaSbTe due to soft phonon modes demonstrates how the real space change can lead to the modification of topological *** symmetry-based indicators and topological invariants have been analyzed based on *** propose that LaSbTe is an ideal example demonstrating the LC paradigm,which bridges the crystal structures in real space to the band topology in momentum space.

The occurrence of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)was related to disrupted sex steroid hormones,and metformin(Met)had a clinical response to sex steroid hormone-related gynaecological ***,whether Met exerts an antiproliferative effect on BPH via sex steroid hormones remains ***,our clinical study showed that along with prostatic epithelial cell(PEC)proliferation,sex steroid hormones were dysregulated in the serum and prostate of BPH *** the major contributor to dysregulated sex steroid hormones,elevated dihydrotestosterone(DHT)had a significant positive relationship with the clinical characteristics of BPH *** of adenosine 5'-monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK)by Met restored dysregulated sex steroid hormone homeostasis and exerted antiproliferative effects against DHT-induced proliferation by inhibiting the formation of androgen receptor(AR)-mediated Yes-associated protein(YAP1)-TEA domain transcription factor(TEAD4)***’s anti-proliferative effects were blocked by AMPK inhibitor or YAP1 overexpression in DHT-cultured BPH-1 *** findings indicated that Met would be a promising clinical therapeutic approach for BPH by inhibiting dysregulated steroid hormone-induced PEC proliferation.

Based on the first-principles calculations and experimental measurements,we report that the hexagonal phase of ternary transition metal pnictides TT’X(T=Zr,Hf;T’=Ru;X=P,As),which are well-known noncentrosymmetric superconductors with relatively high transition temperatures,host nontrivial bulk *** the superconducting phase transition,we find that HfRuP belongs to a Weyl semimetal phase with 12 pairs of type-II Weyl points,while ZrRuAs,ZrRuP and HfRuAs belong to a topological crystalline insulating phase with trivial Fu-Kane Z_(2) indices but nontrivial mirror Chern ***-quality single crystal samples of the noncentrosymmetric superconductors with these two different topological states have been obtained and the superconductivity is verified *** wide-range band structures of ZrRuAs have been identified by ARPES and reproduced by theoretical *** with intrinsic superconductivity,the nontrivial topology of the normal state may generate unconventional superconductivity in both bulk and *** findings could largely inspire the experimental searching for possible topological superconductivity in these compounds.

Analysis of the Efficacy of Xuebijing Combined with Antimicrobials in the Treatment of Intensive Care Unit Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing+antimicrobials in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with severe ***:60 ICU patients with severe pneumonia from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each *** observation group received Xuebijing+antimicrobial treatment,while the control group received only antimicrobial *** differences in rehabilitation indexes,test indexes,and inflammation indexes were compared between the two ***:Mechanical ventilation time,fever reduction time,cough relief time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and white blood cell count of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-aαof the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of severe pneumonia patients in ICU with Xuebijing+antibacterial drugs can reduce inflammation,enhance immune function,shorten the pneumonia recovery time,and reduce the adverse reactions of severe pneumonia.
