There is a perpetual pursuit for free-form glasses and ceramics featuring outstanding mechanical properties as well as chemical and thermal *** is a promising idea to shape inorganic materials in three-dimensional(3D)forms to reduce their weight while maintaining high mechanical properties.A popular strategy for the preparation of 3D inorganic materials is to mold the organic–inorganic hybrid photoresists into 3D micro-and nano-structures and remove the organic components by subsequent ***,due to the discrete arrangement of inorganic components in the organic-inorganic hybrid photoresists,it remains a huge challenge to attain isotropic shrinkage during ***,we demonstrate the isotropic sintering shrinkage by forming the consecutive–Si–O–Si–O–Zr–O–inorganic backbone in photoresists and fabricating 3D glass–ceramic nanolattices with enhanced mechanical *** femtosecond(fs)laser is used in two-photon polymerization(TPP)to fabricate 3D green body *** subsequent sintering at 1000℃,high-quality 3D glass–ceramic microstructures can be obtained with perfectly intact and smooth ***-suit compression experiments and finite-element simulations reveal that octahedral-truss(oct-truss)lattices possess remarkable adeptness in bearing stress concentration and maintain the structural integrity to resist rod bending,indicating that this structure is a candidate for preparing lightweight and high stiffness glass–ceramic nanolattices.3D printing of such glasses and ceramics has significant implications in a number of industrial applications,including metamaterials,microelectromechanical systems,photonic crystals,and damage-tolerant lightweight materials.

Photoexcitation-induced passivation of SnO2 thin film for efficient perovskite solar cells

A high-quality tin oxide electron transport layer(ETL) is a key common factor to achieve high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs). However, the conventional annealing technique to prepare high-quality ETLs by continuous heating under near-equilibrium conditions requires high temperatures and a long fabrication time. Alternatively, we present a non-equilibrium, photoexcitation-induced passivation technique that uses multiple ultrashort laser pulses. The ultrafast photoexcitation and following electron–electron and electron–phonon scattering processes induce ultrafast annealing to efficiently passivate surface and bulk defects, and improve the crystallinity of Sn O2, resulting in suppressing the carrier recombination and facilitating the charge transport between the ETL and perovskite interface. By rapidly scanning the laser beam, the annealing time is reduced to several minutes, which is much more efficient compared with conventional thermal annealing. To demonstrate the university and scalability of this technique, typical antisolvent and antisolvent-free processed hybrid organic–inorganic metal halide PSCs have been fabricated and achieved the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 24.14% and 22.75% respectively, and a12-square-centimeter module antisolvent-free processed perovskite solar module achieves a PCE of 20.26%,with significantly enhanced performance both in PCE and stability. This study establishes a new approach towards the commercialization of efficient low-temperature manufacturing of PSCs.

Due to its abundant sodium content and low cost,sodium-ion battery(SIB)has become an effective substitute and supplement for lithium-ion batteries,which has a broad development prospect in largescale energy storage ***-super-ionic conductor(NASICON)structural materials have stable 3D skeleton structures and open Na+transport channels,which is a very promising SIB cathode *** in the typical NASICON material Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP),the number of electrons involved in NVP per formula unit is less than 2 at the stable voltage window,which limits the further improvement of battery *** this work,we report another NASICON structured Na_(3)V_(4/3)Cr_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(3)@C(NVCP@C),which is obtained by Cr-doped NVP through spray *** taking full advantage of the voltage platforms of V^(5+/4+),V^(4+/3+),and V^(3+/2+)in the window of 1.5-4.4 V,NVCP@C delivered a high discharge capacity(175 mAh g^(-1))and durable cyclability(86%capacity retention for 2000 cycles).In-situ X-ray diffraction results demonstrate that the reversible structural evolution accompanies by solid-solution reaction and two-phase reaction mechanisms co-exist during charge/discharge *** coupled with Na^(+)preembedded hard carbon(HC),the assembled NVCP@C//HC full cell delivers a high capacity(105 mAh g^(-1))and long cycling performance(70%after 1000 cycles).This Cr-doped NVP method offers new insights into the design of high-energy NASICON-structured cathode materials.

中期测试对错误信息效应的影响具有两种截然不同的结果。其中,提取加强暗示感受性(retrieval enhanced suggestibility,RES)是指接受中期测试的被试在最终记忆测试中的正确率较低,且更可能报告错误信息;测试的保护作用(protective effect of testing,PET)则是指中期测试削弱了错误信息效应,并改善了被试的记忆表现。对现有研究的系统回顾表明:首先,这两种现象可分别采用记忆再巩固理论、注意捕捉假说、提取流畅性假说(RES)以及记忆强度理论、提取努力理论、差异检测理论(PET)等进行解释。相关理论在作用阶段和解释角度两方面存在不同,并被整合在一个新的理论模型中。其次,RES和PET的分离存在一些潜在的影响因素,包括原始信息材料、中期测试类型以及错误信息特点等。最后,未来研究可从模型验证和研究拓展两方面继续探索。

Primary cilia are hair-like structures that protrude from the cell *** are capable of sensing external cues and conveying a vast array of signals into cells to regulate a variety of physiological *** in cilium-associated genes are linked to a group of diseases with overlapping clinical manifestations,collectively known as ciliopathies.A significant proportion of human ciliopathy cases are accompanied by metabolic disorders such as obesity and type 2 ***,the mechanisms through which dysfunction of primary cilia contributes to obesity are *** this review,we present an overview of primary cilia and highlight obesity-related *** also discuss the potential role of primary cilia in peripheral organs,with a focus on adipose *** addition,we emphasize the significance of primary cilia in the central regulation of obesity,especially the involvement of ciliary signaling in the hypothalamic control of feeding *** review therefore proposes a framework of both peripheral and central regulation of obesity by primary cilia,which may benefit further exploration of the ciliary role in metabolic regulation.

针对在CCUS井下难以维持水泥石长期完整性的问题,构建了一种遇CO_(2)自修复防腐固井水泥浆体系。该体系引入了自修复材料以及防腐材料,配合其他外加剂形成了密度1.9g/cm^(3)的水泥浆体系。该自修复水泥浆体系常规性能良好,能够达到固井施工的要求。研究了该体系的防腐性能以及自愈合性能,研究结果表明,腐蚀30d后水泥石的腐蚀深度小于1.00mm,CO_(2)腐蚀后抗压强度增强。腐蚀30d后,造缝自修复水泥石的抗压强度相对增长百分比为149.30%。腐蚀12h和24h后,水泥石的自修复率分别为97.64%和97.97%。本文构建的自修复防腐固井水泥浆体系能够有效推进CCUS技术发展以及助力CO_(2)上百年的封存。

Objective To investigate the expression of topoisomeraseⅡα(TOP2α)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its role in predicting prognosis of HCC *** We used HCC-related datasets in UALCAN,HCCDB,and cBioPortal databases to analyze the expression and mutation of TOP2αand its co-expressed genes in HCC *** function and KEGG pathway enrichment of TOP2αand its co-expressed genes were *** TIMER database was used to analyze infiltration levels of immune cells in *** impacts of TOP2αand its co-expression genes and the infiltrated immune cells on the survival of HCC patients were assayed by Kaplan-Meier plotter *** TOP2αand its co-expression genes were highly expressed in HCC(P<0.001)and detrimental to overall survival of HCC patients(P<0.001).TOP2αand its co-expression genes were mainly involved in cell mitosis and proliferation,and cell cycle pathway(ID:hsa04110,P=0.001945).TOP2αand its co-expression genes were mutated in HCC and the mutations were significantly detrimental to overall survival(P=0.0247)and disease-free survival(P=0.0265)of HCC *** TOP2αexpression was positively correlated with the infiltration of B cell(r=0.459,P<0.01),CD8^(+)T cell(r=0.312,P<0.01),CD4^(+)T cell(r=0.370,P<0.01),macrophage(r=0.459,P<0.01),neutrophil(r=0.405,P<0.01),and dendritic cell(r=0.473,P<0.01)in *** CD8^(+)T cell infiltration significantly prolonged the 3-and 5-year survival of HCC patients(all P<0.05),and CD4^(+)T cell infiltration significantly shortened the 3-,5-,and 10-year survival of HCC patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion TOP2αmay be an oncogene,which was associated with poor prognosis of HCC patients and could be used as a biomarker for the prognostic prediction of HCC.

象思维是构建中医学人体生命模型的关键思维方式,气机升降理论是象思维在中医学中的运用体现。基于气机升降理论,从“土衰-木郁-火亢”的象思维视域下诠释缺血性中风病机,认为气机升降失调导致的“中央土衰,湿聚成痰”“东方木郁,风动血瘀”“南方火亢,火毒炎上”是缺血性中风的发病基础。结合“药类法象”探讨缺血性中风的治法及方药,以风药升己土、乙木,使痰瘀行,以寒药降甲木、戊土,使火毒清,以期恢复缺血性中风的气机升降,为缺血性中风的中医诊疗提供思路。

氧化锡是一种宽带隙半导体材料,广泛用于气体传感、光电和催化等领域.微米级至纳米级的复杂三维几何结构使传统的氧化锡陶瓷具有新的特性和功能.由于具有高的机械韧性和强度,陶瓷不易铸造或加工.增材制造为陶瓷材料灵活的几何造型带来了巨大的机会,但是极高的熔化温度使其在普通的3D打印方法上更加困难,而在微米或纳米尺度任意成形氧化锡陶瓷始终是一个挑战.本文中,我们利用在超快激光辐照下聚合的陶瓷前驱体,形成复杂且任意的3D陶瓷聚合物结构,通过煅烧处理后转变为具有均匀收缩率的高密度纯氧化锡陶瓷,特征尺寸可降至亚微米.透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析显示,氧化锡陶瓷纳米晶体的晶粒尺寸为2.5±0.4 nm.这项工作为制造精度高达亚百纳米的任意3D氧化锡陶瓷纳米结构提供了可能性,从而使其在不同领域更具应用前景.
