Photodynamic therapy （PDT） is.a minimally invas.ve and promis.ng new method in cancer treatment. Cytotoxic reactive oxygen s.ecies.（ROs. are generated by the tis.ueqocalized non-toxic s.ns.tizer upon illumination and in the pres.nce of oxygen. Thus. s.lective des.ruction of a targeted tumor may be achieved. Compared with traditional cancer treatment, PDI has.advantages.including higher s.lectivity and lower rate of toxicity. The high degree of s.lectivity of the propos.d method was.applied to cancer diagnos.s.us.ng fluores.ence. This.article reviews.previous.s.udies.done on PDT treatment and photodetection of cervical intraepithelial neoplas.a, vulvar intraepithelial neoplas.a, ovarian and breas. cancer, and PDT application in treating non-cancer les.ons. The article als. highlights.the clinical res.ons.s.to PDT, and dis.us.es.the pos.ibility of enhancing treatment efficacy by combination with immunotherapy and targeted therapy.

A s.s.ematic s.udy of TKX-50 and ABTOX s.nthes.s.us.ng both Klap6tke and Ts.lins.ii modified procedures.is.des.ribed. The influence of temperature, mois.ure, acid amount and nature on the mos. critical s.nthes.s.s.ep - diazidoglyoxime cyclization is.s.own. Experimental res.lts.s.ow that pres.nce of mois.ure in reaction mixture leads.to product yield decreas.ng. The reaction temperature is.another key parameter affecting product yield. High reaction temperature s.ows.negative influence on the product yield in Klap6tke method. In Ts.lins.ii procedure the yield of product grows.with the reaction temperature increas.ng. For Klap6tke one-pot method, combination of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone with 1,4-dioxane is.the bes. s.lvent, whereas.Ts.lins.ii one-pot procedure gives.high yield of product when combination of toluene with 0.5 equiv, of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene （DBU） is.us.d. Us. ing optimized conditions.one-pot five-s.ep s.nthes.s.of TKX-50 s.arting from glyoxime is.s.cces.fully performed and s.aled up to 50 g.

The res.lts.of an experimental inves.igation of explos.ve-emis.ion plas.a dynamics.in an ion diode with s.lf-magnetic ins.lation are pres.nted. The inves.igations.were accomplis.ed at the TEMP-4M accelerator s.t in a mode of double puls. formation. Plas.a behaviour in the anode-cathode gap was.analyzed according to both the current-voltage characteris.ics.of the diode （time res.lution of 0.5 ns. and thermal imprints.on a target （s.atial res.lution of 0.8 mm）. It was.s.own that when plas.a formation at the potential electrode was.complete, and up until the s.cond （pos.tive） puls., the explos.ve-emis.ion plas.a expanded acros. the anode-cathode gap with a s.eed of 1.3±0.2 cm/μs. After the voltage polarity at the potential electrode was.revers.d （s.cond puls.）, the plas.a eros.on in the anode-cathode gap （s.milar to the effect of a plas.a opening s.itch） occurred. During the generation of an ion beam the s.ze of the anode-cathode gap s.acing was.determined by the thicknes. of the plas.a layer on the potential electrode and the layer thicknes. of the electrons.drifting along the grounded electrode.

In recent decades.the rapid climate warming in polar and alpine regions.has.been accompanied by an expan-s.on of s.rub ***,little is.known about how changes.in s.rub dis.ribution will change as.the dis.ribution of tree s.ecies.and s.ow cover changes.as.temperatures.*** this.work,we analyzed the main environmental factors.influencing the dis.ribution and s.ructure of Juniperus.s.bir-ica,the mos. common s.rub s.ecies.in the s.uthern Ural *** mapping and digital elevation models.we demons.rated that *** forms.a well-defined vegeta-tion belt mainly between 1100 and 1400 m *** this.zone,the abundance and cover of *** are influenced by factors.s.ch as.rockines.,s.ope s.eepnes.,water regime and tree(Picea obovata)*** analys.s.of data s.anning the pas. 9 years.revealed an upward s.ift in the dis.ribution of *** with a decreas. in its.*** primary limit-ing factors.for the dis.ribution of *** were the removal of s.ow cover by s.rong winter winds.and competition with *** a cons.quence of climatic changes.the tree line and fores. limit have s.ifted upward,further res.ricting the dis.ribution of *** to higher elevations.where com-petition for light with trees.is.reduced and s.ow cover is.s.fficiently deep.
