Gradient heterostructure is one of fundamental interfaces and provides an effective platform to achieve gradually changed properties in mechanics,optics,and *** different types of heterostructures,the gradient one may provide multiple resistive states and immobilized conductive fila-ments,offering great prospect for fabricating memristors with both high neuromorphic computation capability and ***,we invent a memristor based on a homologous gradient heterostructure(HGHS),compris-ing a conductive transition metal dichalcogenide and an insulating homolo-gous metal *** made of Ta–TaS_(x)O_(y)–TaS 2 HGHS exhibits continuous potentiation/depression behavior and repeatable forward/backward scanning in the read-voltage range,which are dominated by multi-ple resistive states and immobilized conductive filaments in HGHS,***,the continuous potentiation/depression behavior makes the memristor serve as a synapse,featuring broad-frequency response(10^(-1)–10^(5) Hz,covering 106 frequency range)and multiple-mode learning(enhanced,depressed,and random-level modes)based on its natural and moti-vated forgetting *** HGHS-based memristor also shows good unifor-mity for 5?7 device *** work paves a way to achieve high-performance integrated memristors for future artificial neuromorphic computation.

Ground and space-based observations of the geomagnetic field are usually a superposition of different sources from the Earth’s core,lithosphere,ocean,ionosphere,and magnetosphere,and also from field-aligned currents coupling the ionosphere and magnetosphere—the meridional currents that connect the two hemispheres and the induced currents due to the variations of fields over *** fluctuation of magnetic fields generated by these highly dynamic space currents greatly limits the accuracy of the geomagnetic *** order to better accomplish the scientific objectives of Macao Science Satellite-1(MSS-1),and to improve existing geomagnetic field models,we present here for the first time a self-consistent coupling of solar wind,magnetosphere,and ionosphere,which represents the most developed numerical simulation method for space physics research so far,making it possible to quantify the contribution of different current systems to the total observed magnetic field(B).The results show that numerical simulation can capture main magnetic disturbance characteristics with significant *** ring current is a major contributor to the latitudinal magnetic perturbation near the *** and magnetotail currents affect the radial magnetic perturbation around the ***-aligned and Pedersen currents produce significant longitudinal and latitudinal magnetic perturbations at high latitudes.

Ultraviolet light(UV)is an essential component of ambient light,but high dose UV would damage genome *** semiconductors and soft materials have been employed to detect the UV,the complex process and the instrumental requirement have limited the application in daily *** this study,taking advantage of sequence designability,a series of hydrogels with different gel-sol transition rates was constructed under the same UV intensity by introducing competing hybridization to tune the stability of the molecular *** estimating the transition time between each system under UV light irradiation,the intensity of UV could be roughly estimated,which provided a convenient method for the visual detection of UV.

Using CALIPSO （cloud-aerosol lidar and infrared pathfinder satellite observation） vertical observation data during haze periods from January 2007 to December 2008, we analyzed differences in aerosol char- acteristics near the surface, as well as in the middle troposphere between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region （Area A） and the Yangtze River Delta region （Area B） in China. One significant dif- ference was that haze pollution in Area A was related to local and non-local aerosols, while in Area B it was related to local anthropogenic sources. In all seasons apart from autumn, aerosol pollution in Area A was more severe than in Area B, both near the surface and at higher altitudes, In Area A, non-spherical aerosols were dominant from 0 to 4 km in spring, summer, and winter; while in autumn, there were con- siderably high numbers of non-spherical aerosols below 0.5 km, and near-spherical aerosols from 0.5 to 4 km. In Area B, both near-spherical and non-spherical aerosols were common in all seasons. Moreover, aerosols with attenuated color ratios of 0-0.2 were more common in all seasons in Area A than in Area B, indicating that fine particle pollution in Area A was more serious than in Area B. Finally, relatively large aerosols linked to gravity settling appeared more frequently near the surface in Area A than in Area B.

目的:研究抗肿瘤化合物汉黄芩素衍生物GL-V9在大鼠体内的组织分布及排泄特点。方法:组织分布实验中,灌胃给予50mg/kg的GL-V9混悬液后,根据既定的时间点处死大鼠,采集相应的血浆样品和胃、小肠、肝脏等组织样品,然后以乙酸乙酯作为提取剂对生物样品进行处理后通过UPLC-MS/MS法测定其中的GL-V9含量。排泄实验中,同样灌胃给予大鼠50mg/kg的GL-V9混悬液,按照既定的时间段收集粪便、尿液和胆汁样品,测定排泄样品中GL-V9的含量,获得相应的累积排泄率。结果:各组织和排泄样品中GL-V9在2~1000ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(R^2>0.99)。组织分布实验结果显示,灌胃给药后GL-V9由胃肠道逐渐向肝脏、肺、肾组织分布,在脑、心和血浆中的含量较低。排泄实验表明,口服给药后,粪便中GL-V9排泄量最高,累积排泄率达(75.41±41.77)%。结论:GL-V9在大鼠各组织中的分布较为广泛,尤其是胃肠道、肝脏、肺和肾脏组织,而粪便则是GL-V9在大鼠体内的主要排泄途径。

Mitochondrial dysfunction is a hallmark of Alzheimer’s *** previously showed that neural stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles improved mitochondrial function in the cortex of AP P/PS1 *** Alzheimer’s disease affects the entire brain,further research is needed to elucidate alterations in mitochondrial metabolism in the brain as a ***,we investigated the expression of several important mitochondrial biogenesis-related cytokines in multiple brain regions after treatment with neural stem cell-derived exosomes and used a combination of whole brain clearing,immunostaining,and lightsheet imaging to clarify their spatial ***,to clarify whether the sirtuin 1(SIRT1)-related pathway plays a regulatory role in neural stem cell-de rived exosomes interfering with mitochondrial functional changes,we generated a novel nervous system-SIRT1 conditional knoc kout AP P/PS1mouse *** findings demonstrate that neural stem cell-de rived exosomes significantly increase SIRT1 levels,enhance the production of mitochondrial biogenesis-related fa ctors,and inhibit astrocyte activation,but do not suppress amyloid-β***,neural stem cell-derived exosomes may be a useful therapeutic strategy for Alzheimer’s disease that activates the SIRT1-PGC1αsignaling pathway and increases NRF1 and COXIV synthesis to improve mitochondrial *** addition,we showed that the spatial distribution of mitochondrial biogenesis-related factors is disrupted in Alzheimer’s disease,and that neural stem cell-derived exosome treatment can reverse this effect,indicating that neural stem cell-derived exosomes promote mitochondrial biogenesis.

A palladium-catalyzed cascade cyclization of allenylethylene carbonates with 1,3-indandiones was developed, providing biologically interesting tetracyclic dihydrocyclopentaindenofuranone derivatives having three contiguous quaternary carbon centers in moderate to high yields with excellent diastereoselectivities. In this reaction, the allene moiety was fully fused into the cyclopentene ring.

Dysfunction of the hypothalamus is associated with endocrine imbalances,growth abnormalities,and reproductive ***,there is a lack of targeted treatment strategies focused on the *** this study,we constructed a multifunctional nanocarrier system(S@ANP)to directly target the hypothalamic neurokinin receptor 3(NK3R)via an intranasal delivery *** system could overcome the primary obstacles in drug delivery for hypothalamus-related *** the guidance of a modified(Trp7,β-Ala8)-neurokinin A(4-10)peptide with cysteine,nanoparticles encapsulated with SB222200,an NK3R inhibitor,were found to readily penetrate hypothalamic cells with substantial loading capacity,encapsulation efficiency,and sustained release in ***,intranasal delivery represents an optimal delivery strategy that allows for a significant reduction in oral dosage and enables nanoparti-cles to bypass the blood-brain barrier and target relevant parts of the *** mucolytic agent N-acetyl-L-cysteine(NAC)was loaded into the nanopar-ticles(S@ANP+NAC)to increase mucosal solubility and intranasal delivery *** vivo evaluations showed that S@ANP+NAC could effectively tar-get the hypothalamus and modulate NK3R-regulated hypothalamic functions in *** to its high hypothalamic targeting efficiency and low toxicity,this intranasal nanoparticle drug delivery system may serve as a potential strategy for precision therapy of hypothalamic disorders.
