Oxide-ion conductors have been widely used as catalytic,conductive,detecting and other materials under oxidizing,reducing,inert,mixed environments and the ***,so far the evaluation of their oxygen-ion transport(such as oxide-ion conductivity and oxygen permeability)either is extrinsic or is limited only in oxidizing or inert ***,the evaluation of intrinsic oxygen-ion transport for oxide-ion conductors in all environments seems especially *** this work,a new test system was designed to enable the oxide-ion conductors placing in single oxidizing,reducing,inert or mixed environment separately,which also realized all the oxygen-vacancy concentrations of oxide-ion conductors are in equilibrium in all *** intrinsic oxide-ion conductivity and oxygen permeability were evaluated in all environments,and the influencing factors regulated by environments also were analyzed to correlate the variation of oxygen-ion transport.

For pseudocapacitive electrode materials(PseEMs),despite much progress having been made in achieving both high power density and high energy density,a general strategy to guide the enhancement of intrinsic capacitive properties of PseEMs remains ***,we demonstrate a universal chargecompensating strategy to improve the charge-storage capability of PseEMs intrinsically:ⅰ) in the electrolyte with anion as charge carriers(such as OH-),reducing the multivalent cations of PseEMs into lower valences could create more reversible low-to-high valence redox cou ples to promote the intercalation of the anions;ⅱ) in the electrolytes with cation as charge carriers(such as H^(+),Li^(+),Na^(+)),oxidizing the multivalent cations of PseEMs into higher valences could introduce more reversible high-to-low valence redox couples to promote the intercalation of the *** we demonstrated that the improved intrinsic charge-storage capability for PseEMs originates from the increased Faradaic charge storage sites.

悬浮培养构建源于胃癌患者的类器官及鉴定

目的探索悬浮培养构建源于胃癌患者类器官的可行性。方法选取2021年7–12月期间于兰州大学第一医院行手术切除的3例胃癌患者的新鲜胃癌组织,将新鲜组织经混合消化酶消化后制成细胞悬液,将此细胞悬液接种于超低吸附板中悬浮培养类器官,待类器官生长到一定大小后进行传代、冻存,然后在倒置显微镜下观察胃癌类器官的形成过程,再通过苏木精-伊红和免疫组织化学染色观察类器官与原发肿瘤的一致性。结果本研究中有1例患者成功培养出可传代、冻存的类器官。在倒置显微镜下见类器官初始时(培养至第5天时)呈球形结构,至第10天时见类器官逐渐呈短棒状结构,至第15天时出现分枝样改变,至第20天时形成不规则的腺管样结构。苏木精-伊红染色结果显示类器官与原发胃癌组织的结构高度相似,免疫组织化学染色结果显示在类器官及它对应的原发胃癌组织中低分子量细胞角蛋白、p53、Ki67表达情况基本相同,即在类器官及原发胃癌组织中低分子量细胞角蛋白、p53均呈阳性表达,Ki67均呈高比例(阳性率约为70%)表达。结论本研究初步研究结果提示,采用悬浮培养可以构建出在组织和细胞层面与原发胃癌组织基本一致的类器官。

Nowadays manufacturers are facing fierce *** from the products,providing customers with multiple maintenance options in the service contract becomes more popular,since it can help to improve customer satisfaction,and ultimately promote sales and maximize profit for the *** considering the combinations of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance,totally three types of maintenance service contracts are ***,attractive incentive and penalty mechanisms are adopted in the *** this basis,Nash non-cooperative game is applied to analyze the revenue for both the manufacturer and customers,and so as to optimize the pricing mechanism of maintenance service contract and achieve a win-win *** experiments are *** results show that by taking into account the incentive and penalty mechanisms,the revenue can be improved for both the customers and ***,with the increase of repair rate and improvement factor in the preventive maintenance,the revenue will increase gradually for both the parties.

The solid-liquid viscous system formed by high viscosity crystallization solution impacts the flow and separation ***,it is very important to study the viscosity mechanism to improve viscosity and regulate crystallization,ensuring a seamless production ***,the viscosity of crystallization solution was taken as the measurement parameter of caffeine as a model *** investigated the viscosity mechanism of caffeine crystallization solutions by combining experiment and *** results indicated that the weak interactions between caffeine and water result in increased viscosity of the caffeine crystallization ***,caffeine crystals possess elongated needle-like shapes,featuring a substantial specific surface ***,there isπ-πstacking occurring between the(200)crystal face and(110)crystal face,effectively fostering coalescence of the crystals towards the radial side of the crystal along its elongated axis,resulting in a more viscous crystallization *** results contribute to comprehending the viscosity mechanism of crystal systems and provide theoretical foundation to enhance engineering efficiency in crystallization.

This study introduces a coupled electromagnetic–thermal–mechanical model to reveal the mechanisms of microcracking and mineral melting of polymineralic rocks under microwave *** tests validate the rationality of the proposed *** microscopic mineral sections into the granite model for simulation shows that uneven temperature gradients create distinct molten,porous,and nonmolten zones on the fracture ***,the varying thermal expansion coefficients and Young's moduli among the minerals induce significant thermal stress at the mineral *** and biotite with higher thermal expansion coefficients are subjected to compression,whereas plagioclase with smaller coefficients experiences tensile *** the molten zone,quartz undergoes transgranular cracking due to theα–βphase *** local high temperatures also induce melting phase transitions in biotite and *** numerical study provides new insights into the distribution of thermal stress and mineral phase changes in rocks under microwave irradiation.
