Dear Editor,Although effective vaccines and antiviral therapies are available,hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is still a serious global health threat.Persistent HBV infection remains the principal cause of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).HBV is a small DNA virus,owning a~3.2 kb genome that encodes several proteins:viral DNA polymerase,core antigen(HBcAg),E antigen(HBeAg),three surface antigens(PreS1/PreS2/HBsAg),and a regulatory X protein(HBx)(Lamontagne et al.,2016).X protein,named for its lack of homology with any known proteins,is a 154 aa protein that plays an essential role in HBV biology and regulates the development of HCC(Yang et al.,2022).Although previous studies have strongly expanded our understanding of HBx,the regulation of HBx is not completely elucidated.

基于知识注入提示学习的专利短语相似度计算

专利是授予发明者在一定时期内保护其发明的法定权利,在当今的社会活动中发挥着重要作用。然而现有研究并未针对专利相似度数据进行适配优化,导致其应用在专利短语相似度匹配任务中效果不佳。已有研究表明,在低资源的场景下,提示学习将文本片段(模板)作为输入,将分类问题转换为掩码语言建模问题,其关键的一步是在标签空间和标签词空间之间构造一个投影。提出一种基于知识注入的提示学习方法,将其应用于专利短语相似度匹配计算任务。为解决专利短语信息不足的问题,利用专利短语中的相似度标签信息,使用知识增强专利短语与标签信息。首先通过实体链接技术建立专利短语与外部知识的关联关系;然后设计一种基于实体影响度的邻域信息过滤机制,用于缓解专利短语信息不足的问题;最后考虑不同外部知识对专利短语相似度计算的影响,设计应用于专利短语的多种增强提示文本。实验结果表明,该方法的Pеarson相关系数(PCC)和Spеarman相关系数(SRC)相较次优对比方法分别提升6.8%和5.7%。

Ultrafast dynamical process of Ge irradiated by the femtosecond laser pulses

The ultrafast dynamic process in semiconductor Ge irradiated by the femtosecond laser pulses is numerically simulated on the basis of van Driel system. It is found that with the increase of depth, the carrier density and lattice temperature decrease, while the carrier temperature first increases and then drops. The laser fluence has a great influence on the ultrafast dynamical process in Ge. As the laser fluence remains a constant value, though the overall evolution of the carrier density and lattice temperature is almost independent of pulse duration and laser intensity, increasing the laser intensity will be more effective than increasing the pulse duration in the generation of carriers. Irradiating the Ge sample by the femtosecond double pulses, the ultrafast dynamical process of semiconductor can be affected by the temporal interval between the double pulses.

Charge carrier mobility is one of the most significant properties for organic semiconductors. In this work, the electronic structures and charge transport properties of 9,10-bis（（E）-2-（pyrid-n-yl）vinyl）（n=2, 3, 4） anthracene （BP2VA, BP3VA and BP4VA） were investigated via the analysis of the molecular geometry, the reorganization en- ergy, the frontier orbital and density of state, as well as the electronic coupling and the charge mobility. The results indicated that the linkage between 9,10-divinyl anthracene unit and pyridine （ortho-, meta- and para-） influenced not only the intra-molecular conformation （i.e., the reorganization energies）, but also the intermolecular interaction （i.e., transfer integrals）, and finally the charge mobility of the molecules. It is also found that：（1） The calculated charge mobilties of holes are dozens of times higher than those of electrons for the three molecules. （2） The charge mobilities of hole and electron of the three molecules display the trend： μBP4VA〉μBPZVA〉μBP3VA, and the hole mobility of BP4VA is as high as as-cm^2/（V·s）.

腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗终末期肾病肥胖患者的疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗终末期肾病肥胖患者的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2023年6月天津市第一中心医院共32例终末期肾病肥胖患者(持续性血液透析)行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术的临床资料(观察组),并选取同期肥胖症患者(无肾功能障碍)34例作为对照组,比较两组患者的围手术期资料,术后3、6个月时的减重效果及代谢合并症缓解情况结果与对照组相比,观察组患者手术时间长[(117±16)min比(108±11)min,t=2.771,P=0.007]、手术出血量多[(25±6)ml比(17±4)ml,t=6.276,P<0.001]、术后引流量多[62(52~71)ml比35(28~40)ml,Z=-6.928,P<0.001]、术后住院时间长[13.5(12~15)d比9(8~10)d,Z=-6.423,P<0.001]。观察组和对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为16%和6%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.650,P=0.170)。观察组患者术前及术后3、6个月体质量分别为(109.84±12.84)、(90.94±10.92)、(80.56±9.13)kg,BMI分别为(38.68±2.66)、(31.84±2.06)、(28.04±1.62)kg/m^(2),差异均有统计学意义(F=568.244、386.675,均P<0.001)。观察组患者术后3个月和6个月的多余体质量减少百分比由43.41%±8.83%增至60.50%±7.27%,差异有统计学意义(t=-10.775,P<0.001)。观察组患者术前和术后6个月的高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、高尿酸血症患病率分别由75%、47%、34%、44%降至47%、22%、9%、16%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.317,P=0.021;χ^(2)=4.433,P=0.035;χ^(2)=0.032,P=0.027)。结论终末期肾病肥胖患者行腹腔镜袖状胃切除手术是安全有效的,可减少患者多余体质量,改善糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压、高尿酸血症等代谢合并症。

Optimizing feeding regimen of replacement gilts to improve their reproductive performance and retention rate of their first 2 parities

The effects of age,body weight(BW),and backfat thickness(BF)of replacement gilts at first estrus and first mating on their subsequent reproductive performance and retention of their first 2 parities as sows was evaluated.A total of 3,025 Danish replacement gilts were categorized by farm(allocated to 4 farms),cross combination,age,BW and BF at first estrus and first mating,estrous cycle number at first mating,and flush feeding before first mating.The result shows that all the factors mentioned above were significantly associated with reproductive performance and retention rates of the first 2 parities.Farm 3 had more piglets born alive per litter(BA)(P<0.05).Farms 3 and 4 had more healthy piglets per litter(HP)(P<0.05).Farm 4 had the most piglets weaned per litter(PW)(P<0.05).Landrace×Landrace×Yorkshire(L×L×Y)replacement gilts had the most total piglets born per litter(TB),BA,HP,PW and a higher retention rate of the 2 parities than Landrace×Yorkshire(L×Y)replacement gilts(P<0.05).In addition,flush feeding before first mating had the most TB,BA,HP,PW,and a higher retention rate of the 2 parities than no flush feeding(P<0.05).Because the effects of replacement gilts rearing parameters on reproductive performance traits differed,we used 100 replacement gilts as a unit and the total number of weaned piglets from the first 2 parities as a new index.Replacement gilts undergoing their first estrus between 180 and 210 d of age at 115 to 124.9 kg BW and 14 to 15 mm BF had significantly higher reproductive indexes for their first 2 parities per 100 replacement gilts.Replacement gilts that mated between 210 and 230 d of age at 140 to 149.9 kg BW and 15 to 16 mm BF had optimal reproductive indexes.These results provide a new insight into the complex relationships among these reproductive performance traits and may help guide successful management of replacement gilts as a pivotal starting point for future fertility and longevity of rearing herds.

Many animals migrate during the breeding season.It is important to study the patterns of breeding migration of wild animals,especially rare and endangered species.However,current data acquisition methods are too coarse and imprecise for investigating the circadian rhythms of migrations in amphibians.Based on the frustrated total reflection image(FTRI),we developed a new device and recorded the precise migration time of an endangered salamander,Liangshantriton taliangensis.During the breeding period,a total of 33 individuals were effectively recorded.Analysis of the data indicated that the circadian rhythm of breeding migration in L.taliangensis was bimodal,and migration mainly occurred from 05:00 to 13:00(81.82%of the total migration records).The average relative activity intensity index(RAI)of breeding migration peaked in the temperature range of 14.0–16.0°C.With increased average relative air humidity,the activity intensity first increased and then decreased,reaching a peak in the humidity range of 91.0%–97.0%.These results demonstrate that our new device is a viable and accurate method for recording the migration time of target species.It is important to reveal the breeding migration pattern of L.taliangensis,which is important for the conservation of this species.Meanwhile,this new device can be used for field monitoring and conservation studies of amphibians,reptiles and other animals.

Transcriptional response of porcine skeletal muscle to feeding a linseed-enriched diet to growing pigs

Background： To investigate the effect of feeding a linseed-enriched diet to growing-finishing pigs on gene expression in skeletal muscle, pigs were fed with a linseed-enriched diet for 0, 30, 60 and 90 d. Transcriptional profiles of longissimus dorsi muscle were measured using Affymetrix Genechip.Results： Results showed that 264 genes were identified as differentially expressed genes（DEGs）. The strongest transcriptional response was clearly observed at 30 d. DEGs were assigned to several main functional terms,including transcription, apoptosis, intracellular receptor-mediated signaling, muscle organ development, fatty acid metabolic process, cell motion, regulation of glucose metabolic process, spermatogenesis and regulation of myeloid cell differentiation. We also found that transcriptional changs of several transcription cofactors might contribute to n-3 PUFAs regulated gene expression. In addition, the increased expression of IGF-1, insulin signaling pathway and the metabolism of amino acids might involve in the muscle growth induced by feeding a linseedenriched diet. The results also provide the new evidence that the expression changes of PTPN1, HK2 and PGC-1αmight contribute to the regulation of insulin sensitivity by n-3 PUFAs.Conclusions： Our finding provided correlative evidence that feeding the linseed enriched diet affact expression of genes involved in insulin signaling pathway and the metabolism of amino acids.

A Review: Enhanced Anodes of Li/Na-Ion Batteries Based on Yolk–Shell Structured Nanomaterials

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) and sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) have received much attention in energy storage system. In particular, among the great efforts on enhancing the performance of LIBs and SIBs, yolk–shell(YS) structured materials have emerged as a promising strategy toward improving lithium and sodium storage. YS structures possess unique interior void space, large surface area and short diffusion distance, which can solve the problems of volume expansion and aggregation of anode materials, thus enhancing the performance of LIBs and SIBs. In this review, we present a brief overview of recent advances in the novel YS structures of spheres, polyhedrons and rods with controllable morphology and compositions. Enhanced electrochemical performance of LIBs and SIBs based on these novel YS structured anode materials was discussed in detail.

目的观察黄连温胆汤合星蒌承气汤联合神经介入取栓术治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将82例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,各41例,2组均采用神经介入取栓术治疗,对照组在术后采用抗凝等内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用黄连温胆汤合星蒌承气汤治疗。结果2组治疗后症状评分、NIHSS评分、血液黏稠度均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Balthel指数高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤合星蒌承气汤联合神经介入取栓术治疗急性脑梗死,能够改善神昏、偏瘫、失语程度及血液黏稠度,减轻神经功能缺损,临床疗效及提高生活质量。
