近年来中国现当代文学研究中出现的“情感转向”,既是一场全球性的反思现代性基本范式的事件,也是中国语境下重建文明新主体的一种努力。从“情感史”到“情感结构”,再到“抒情传统”乃至“欲望”“情动”,中国的“情感转向”逐渐完成了从置换历史叙事动力,到以中国为中心重述历史的进程。其意义在于,基于本土经验建构了一种柔性、灵动的情感主体,某种程度上克服了启蒙时代以来以利益和契约为基本构架的世界秩序及人性想象,同时超越了后现代主义以来人的碎片化与“主体的退隐”。但要抵达这一理想境界,目前“情感转向”尚面临多重问题。重启“情本体”,从主体重构到本体重构,或许是这一思潮持续深入的关键所在。

Clinical Practice of Evidence-Based PDCA Cycle Management Model in Accelerated Recovery of Lung Cancer Patients

Objective: To explore the nursing effect of evidence-based PDCA cycle management mode in accelerated rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery. Methods: 104 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group implemented evidence-based ERAS clinical pathway management, while the intervention group implemented evidence-based PDCA cycle quality management. The postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The postoperative recovery of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group. The first time to get out of bed, the first time to eat, the duration of chest drainage tube placement, and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The incidence of postoperative chest complications and hospitalization costs were significantly lower than those of the control group, and patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P Conclusion: Evidence-based PDCA cycle quality management mode can effectively improve the implementation quality of accelerated rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Background:Our previous study found that mouse embryonic neural stem cell(NSC)-derived exosomes(EXOs)regulated NSC differentiation via the miR-9/Hes1 ***,the effects of EXOs on brain microvascular endothelial cell(BMEC)dysfunction via the miR-9/Hes1 axis remain ***,the current study aimed to determine the effects of EXOs on BMEC proliferation,migration,and death via the miR-9/Hes1 ***:Immunofluorescence,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,cell counting kit-8 assay,wound healing assay,calcein-acetoxymethyl/propidium iodide staining,and hematoxylin and eosin staining were used to determine the role and mechanism of EXOs on ***:EXOs promoted BMEC proliferation and migration and reduced cell death under hypoxic *** overexpression of miR-9 promoted BMEC prolifera-tion and migration and reduced cell death under hypoxic ***,miR-9 downregulation inhibited BMEC proliferation and migration and also promoted cell ***1 silencing ameliorated the effect of amtagomiR-9 on BMEC proliferation and migration and cell *** structures were observed in the regions of the hippocampus and cortex in hypoxia-induced ***,EXO treatment improved cerebrovascular ***:NSC-derived EXOs can promote BMEC proliferation and migra-tion and reduce cell death via the miR-9/Hes1 axis under hypoxic ***,EXO therapeutic strategies could be considered for hypoxia-induced vascular injury.

Although green light (GL) is located in the middle of the visible light spectrum and regulates a series of plant developmental processes, the mechanism by which it regulates seedling development is largely unknown. In this study, we demonstrated that GL promotes atypical photomorphogenesis in Arabidopsis thaliana via the dual regulations of phytochrome B (phyB) and phyA. Although the Pr-to-Pfr conversion rates of phyB and phyA under GL were lower than those under red light (RL) in a fluence rate-dependent and time-dependent manner, long-term treatment with GL induced high Pfr/Pr ratios of phyB and phyA. Moreover, GL induced the formation of numerous small phyB photobodies in the nucleus, resulting in atypical photomorphogenesis, with smaller cotyledon opening angles and longer hypocotyls in seedlings compared to RL. The abundance of phyA significantly decreased after short- and long-term GL treatments. We determined that four major PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTORs (PIFs: PIF1, PIF3, PIF4, and PIF5) act downstream of phyB in GL-mediated cotyledon opening. In addition, GL plays opposite roles in regulating different PIFs. For example, under continuous GL, the protein levels of all PIFs decreased, whereas the transcript levels of PIF4 and PIF5 strongly increased compared with dark treatment. Taken together, our work provides a detailed molecular framework for understanding the role of the antagonistic regulations of phyB and phyA in GL-mediated atypical photomorphogenesis.

This study evaluated the effects of flavonoids from mulberry leaves(FML)on plasma biochemical indices,serum activities of lipid metabolism-related enzymes,fat morphology,fatty acid composition,and lipid metabolism in different adipose tissues of finishing *** used 120 Chinese hybrid barrows of Berkshire and Bama mini-pigs with an average initial body weight of 45.11±4.23 *** pigs were randomly assigned to five treatment groups and fed a control diet based on corn,soybean meal,and wheat bran or a control diet supplemented with 0.02%,0.04%,0.08%,or 0.16%*** experimental group had six replicates(pens),with four pigs per *** a 7-d adaptation period,the feeding trial was conducted for 58 *** and adipose tissue samples were collected from 30 pigs(one pig per pen)at the end of the *** results showed that FML supplementation significantly decreased the feed intake to body gain ratio,the plasma concentrations of total cholesterol and free fatty acids,and the serum activity of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase(linear or quadratic effects,P<0.05),and decreased the plasma triglyceride concentration(quadratic,P=0.07).Increasing FML supplementation increased the average daily gain and serum activities of lipoprotein lipase(linear and quadratic effects,P<0.05)and adipose triglyceride lipase(linear,P<0.05).Dietary FML supplementation decreased the adipocyte area in the dorsal subcutaneous adipose(DSA)tissue of finishing pigs(linear,P=0.05)and increased the adipocyte area in the visceral adipose tissue(quadratic,P<0.01).Increasing FML supplementation decreased the C20:1 content in DSA,abdominal subcutaneous adipose,and visceral adipose tissues of finishing pigs(P<0.05)and increased the C18:3n3 and n-3 PUFA contents(P<0.05).The lipid metabolism genes were regulated by the PPARγ-LXRa-ABCA1 signaling pathway,and their expressions differed in different adipose *** findings suggest that FML improved growth performance,regulated lipid met

BACKGROUND It has been confirmed that the increased posterior tibial slope over 12 degrees is a risk factor for anterior cruciate ligament injury,and varus deformity can aggravate the progression of medial *** To evaluate the efficacy of modified high tibial osteotomy(HTO)and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR)in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injuries with varus deformities and increased posterior tibial slope(PTS)based on clinical and imaging *** The patient data in this retrospective study were collected from 2019 to 2021.A total of 6 patients were diagnosed with ACL injury combined with varus deformities and increased *** patients underwent modified open wedge HTO and *** degree of correction of varus deformity and the PTS was evaluated by radiography and magnetic resonance *** All 6 patients(6 knee joints)were followed up for an average of 20.8±3.7 *** average age at surgery was 29.5±3.8 *** the last follow-up,all patients resumed competitive *** International Knee Documentation Committee score increased from 50.3±3.1 to 87.0±2.8,the Lysholm score increased from 43.8±4.9 to 86±3.1,and the Tegner activity level increased from 2.2±0.7 to 7.0±*** average movement distance of the tibia anterior translation was 4.8±1.1 mm,medial proximal tibial angle(MPTA)was 88.9±1.3°at the last follow-up,and the PTS was 8.4±1.4°,both of which were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Modified open wedge HTO combined with ACLR can effectively treat patients with ACL ruptures with an associated increased PTS and varus *** short-term effect is significant,but the long-term effect requires further follow-up.

Knowledge about the seismic elastic modulus dispersion,and associated attenuation,in fluid-saturated rocks is essential for better interpretation of seismic observations taken as part of hydrocarbon identification and time-lapse seismic surveillance of both conventional and unconventional reservoir and overburden performances.A Seismic Elastic Moduli Module has been developed,based on the forced-oscillations method,to experimentally investigate the frequency dependence of Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio,as well as the inferred attenuation,of cylindrical samples under different confining pressure *** with three standard samples showed that the measured elastic moduli were consistent with the published data,indicating that the new apparatus can operate reliably over a wide frequency range of f∈[1-2000,10^(6)]*** Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of the shale and the tight sandstone samples were measured under axial stress oscillations to assess the frequency-and pressure-dependent *** dry condition,both samples appear to be nearly frequency independent,with weak pressure dependence for the shale and significant pressure dependence for the *** particular,it was found that the tight sandstone with complex pore microstructure exhibited apparent dispersion and attenuation under brine or glycerin saturation conditions,the levels of which were strongly influenced by the increased effective *** addition,the measured Young's moduli results were compared with the theoretical predictions from a scaled poroelastic model with a reasonably good agreement,revealing that the combined fluid flow mechanisms at both mesoscopic and microscopic scales possibly responsible for the measured dispersion.
