如何实现扶贫资金专项审计的高效、精准,一直是审计机关技术难点。本文根据实际工作经验,探索利用测绘地理信息辅助扶贫资金专项审计工作的方法。该方法综合利用GIS矢量数据和遥感影像图斑模型数据,通过叠加分析、缓冲区分析等方式,充分应用3S技术来提取审计疑点,进行现场核查取证,有效提高审计效率和审计精度。

A number of studies have shown the existence of cross-tolerance in plants,but the physiological mechanism is poorly *** this study,we used the germination of barley seeds as a system to investigate the cross-tolerance of low-temperature pretreatment to high-temperature stress and the possible involvement of reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging enzymes in the *** pretreatment at 0 °C for different periods of time,barley seeds were germinated at 35 °C,and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of ROS scavenging enzymes were measured by a spectrophotometer *** results showed that barley seed germinated very poorly at 35 °C,and this inhibitive effect could be overcome by pretreatment at 0 °*** MDA content varied,depending on the temperature at which seeds germinated,while barley seeds pretreated at 0 °C did not change the MDA *** with seeds germinated directly at 35 °C,the seeds pretreated first at 0 °C and then germinated at 35 °C had markedly increased activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),ascorbate peroxidase (APX),catalase (CAT),and glutathione reductase (GR).The SOD and APX activities of seeds germinated at 35 °C after 0 °C-pretreatment were even substantially higher than those at 25 °C,and GR activity was similar to that at 25 °C,at which the highest germination performance of barley seeds was *** results indicate that low-temperature pretreatment can markedly increase the tolerance of barley seed to high temperature during germination,this being related to the increase in ROS scavenging enzyme *** may provide a new method for increasing seed germination under stress environments,and may be an excellent model system for the study of cross-tolerance.

BACKGROUND Pelvic organ prolapse(POP)involves pelvic organ herniation into the vagina due to pelvic floor tissue laxity,and vaginal structure is an essential *** POP,the vaginal walls exhibit abnormal collagen distribution and decreased fibroblast levels and *** intricate etiology of POP and the prohibition of trans-vaginal meshes in pelvic reconstruction surgery present challenges in targeted therapy *** umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cells(hucMSCs)present limitations,but their exosomes(hucMSC-Exo)are promising therapeutic tools for promoting fibroblast proliferation and extracellular matrix *** inflammation in POP group fibroblasts,stimulated primary fibroblast growth,and elevated collagen I(Col1)production in ***-throughput RNA-seq of fibroblasts treated with hucMSC-Exo and miRNA sequencing of hucMSC-Exo revealed that abundant exosomal miRNAs downregulated matrix metalloproteinase 11(MMP11)*** HucMSC-Exo normalized the growth and function of primary fibroblasts from patients with POP by promoting cell growth and Col1 expression in *** miRNAs in hucMSC-Exo targeted and downregulated MMP11 ***-Exo-based therapy may be ideal for safely and effectively treating POP.

X-ray excited photodynamic therapy(X-PDT)is the bravo answer of photodynamic therapy(PDT)for deep-seated tumors,as it employs X-ray as the irradiation source to overcome the limitation of light penetration ***,high X-ray irradiation dose caused organ lesions and side effects became the major barrier to X-PDT *** address this issue,this work employed a classic-al co-precipitation reaction to synthesize NaLuF_(4):15%Tb^(3+)(NLF)with an average particle size of(23.48±0.91)nm,which was then coupled with the photosensitizer merocyanine 540(MC540)to form the X-PDT system NLF-MC540 with high production of singlet *** system could induce antitumor efficacy to about 24%in relative low dose X-ray irradiation range(0.1-0.3 Gy).In vivo,when NLF-MC540 irradiated by 0.1 Gy X-ray,the tumor inhibition percentage reached 89.5%±5.7%.The therapeutic mechanism of low dose X-PDT was found.A significant increase of neutrophils in serum was found on the third day after *** immunohistochemical staining of tumor sections,the Ly6G^(+),CD8^(+),and CD11c^(+)cells infiltrated in the tumor microenvironment were *** the bilat-eral tumor model,the NLF-MC540 with 0.1 Gy X-ray irradiation could inhibit both the primary tumor and the distant tumor ***-tected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),two cytokines IFN-γand TNF-αin serum were upregulated 7 and 6 times than negative control,*** by enzyme linked immune spot assay(ELISPOT),the number of immune cells attributable to the IFN-γand TNF-αlevels in the group of low dose X-PDT were 14 and 6 times greater than that in the negative control group,***,it conclude that low dose X-PDT system could successfully upregulate the levels of immune cells,stimulate the secretion of cy-tokines(especially IFN-γand TNF-α),activate antitumor immunity,and finally inhibit colon tumor growth.

Structural and magnetic properties of micropolycrystalline cobalt thin films fabricated by direct current magnetron sputtering

Pure cobalt(Co)thin films were fabricated by direct current magnetron sputtering,and the effects of sputtering power and pres-sure on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of the films were *** the sputtering power increases from 15 to 60 W,the Co thin films transition from an amorphous to a polycrystalline state,accompanied by an increase in the intercrystal pore ***,the resistivity decreases from 276 to 99μΩ·cm,coercivity increases from 162 to 293 Oe,and in-plane magnetic aniso-tropy *** the sputtering pressure decreases from 1.6 to 0.2 Pa,grain size significantly increases,resistivity significantly de-creases,and the coercivity significantly increases(from 67 to 280 Oe),which can be attributed to the increase in defect ***-pondingly,a quantitative model for the coercivity of Co thin films was *** polycrystalline films sputtered under pressures of 0.2 and 0.4 Pa exhibit significant in-plane magnetic anisotropy,which is primarily attributable to increased microstress.

The optical potential ambiguity is a long-standing problem in the analysis of elastic scattering *** a specific collid-ing system,ambiguous potential families can lead to different behaviors in the nearside and farside scattering *** contrast,the envelope method can decompose the experimental data into two components with negative and positive deflection angles,***,a question arises as to whether the comparison between the calculated nearside(or farside)component and the derived positive-deflection-angle(or negative-deflection-angle)component can help analyze the potential ambiguity *** this study,we conducted a trial application of the envelope method to the potential ambiguity *** envelope method was improved by including uncertainties in the experimental *** colliding systems of 16O+28Si at 215.2 MeV and 12C+12C at 1016 MeV were considered in the *** each colliding system,the angular distribution experimental data were described nearly equally well by two potential sets,one of which is“surface transpar-ent”and the other is *** calculated angular distributions were decomposed into nearside and farside scattering *** the improved envelope method,the experimental data were decomposed into the positive-deflection-angle and negative-deflection-angle components,which were then compared with the calculated nearside and farside *** capability of the envelope method to analyze the potential ambiguities was also discussed.

Wireless application protocol （WAP） have become the available method for subscribers to access mobile Internet through mobile terminal, regardless of the location and time. In this article, a logical architecture of WAP service system based on mobile information service centre （MISC） [1, 2] platform is discussed. The whole system is designed and developed on Java 2 enterprise edition [3] （J2EE） architecture and deployed on BEA WebLogic Server [3, 4]. Furthermore, a series of various WAP services based on this system have been implemented, which validates the practice value of this system. This optimal scheme presented in this article will reduce the development complexity, deployment risk, and so on.

It is common to observe the epidemic risk perception(ERP)and a decline in subjective well-being(SWB)in the context of public health events,such as Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).However,there have been few studies exploring the impact of individuals’ERP within living space on their SWB,especially from a geographical and daily activity perspective after the resumption of work and other activities following a wave of the *** this paper,we conducted a study with 789 participants in urban China,measuring their ERP within living space and examining its influence on their SWB using path *** results indicated that individuals’ERP within their living space had a significant negative effect on their *** density of certain types of facilities within their living space,such as bus stops,subway stations,restaurants,fast food shops,convenience shops,hospitals,and public toilets,had a significantly negative impact on their SWB,mediated by their ERP within living ***,participation in out-of-home work and other activities not only increased individuals’ERP within living space,but also strengthened its negative effect on their SWB.

Amyloid beta(Aβ)monomers aggregate to form fibrils and amyloid plaques,which are critical mechanisms in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Given the important role of Aβ1-42 aggregation in plaque formation,leading to brain lesions and cognitive impairment,numerous studies have aimed to reduce Aβaggregation and slow AD *** diphenylalanine(FF)sequence is critical for amyloid aggregation,and magnetic fields can affect peptide alignment due to the diamagnetic anisotropy of aromatic *** this study,we examined the effects of a moderate-intensity rotating magnetic field(RMF)on Aβaggregation and AD *** indicated that the RMF directly inhibited Aβamyloid fibril formation and reduced Aβ-induced cytotoxicity in neural cells in *** the AD mouse model APP/PS1,RMF restored motor abilities to healthy control levels and significantly alleviated cognitive impairments,including exploration and spatial and non-spatial memory *** examinations demonstrated that RMF reduced amyloid plaque accumulation,attenuated microglial activation,and reduced oxidative stress in the APP/PS1 mouse *** findings suggest that RMF holds considerable potential as a non-invasive,high-penetration physical approach for AD treatment.
