决明子多糖结构及热变性研究

采用三级中红外(MIR)光谱分别开展了生决明子和炒决明子多糖结构研究。实验发现,生决明子多糖中含有晶体结构,而炒决明子多糖中同时含有晶体及非晶体结构。生决明子和炒决明子多糖结构吸收峰对热敏感程度及变化快慢顺序都存在着较大的差异性,并进一步进行了热变性机理的研究。本研究拓展了三级MIR光谱在决明子多糖结构及热变性研究范围。

Bradykinin(BK)is an active component of the kallikrein-kinin system that has been shown to have cardioprotective and neuroprotective *** previously showed that BK postconditioning strongly protects rat hippocampal neurons upon restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)after cardiac ***,the precise mechanism underlying this process remains poorly *** this study,we treated a rat model of ROSC after cardiac arrest(induced by asphyxiation)with 150μg/kg BK via intraperitoneal injection 48 hours after ROSC following cardiac *** found that BK postconditioning effectively promoted the recovery of rat neurological function after ROSC following cardiac arrest,increased the amount of autophagosomes in the hippocampal tissue,inhibited neuronal cell apoptosis,up-regulated the expression of autophagy-related proteins LC3 and NBR1 and down-regulated p62,inhibited the expression of the brain injury marker S100βand apoptosis-related protein caspase-3,and affected the expression of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase/mechanistic target of rapamycin pathway-related *** monophosphate-activated protein kinase inhibitor compound C clearly inhibited BK-mediated activation of autophagy in rats after ROSC following cardiac arrest,which aggravated the injury caused by *** mechanistic target of rapamycin inhibitor rapamycin enhanced the protective effects of BK by stimulating *** findings suggest that BK postconditioning protects against injury caused by ROSC through activating the adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase/mechanistic target of the rapamycin pathway.

Poleroviruses,which are distributed worldwide,infect many crops of economic importance and cause severe plant *** yellows virus(Br YV),which has three genotypes,A,B,and C,is a newly identified polerovirus infecting crucifer crops in China,but its distribution is still ***,we report the distribution and prevalence levels of the three Br YV genotypes in crucifer crops in China.A total of 570 crucifer leaf samples randomly collected from 22 provinces,four ethnic minority autonomous regions,and three municipalities in China were tested for Br ***-PCR detection showed that 97 of the field samples were positive for Br YV,and the average incidence of Br YV was 17.0%.The virus was detected in 22 provinces,with high incidences in north,northwest,and northeast *** multiplex RT-PCR amplification of the three Br YV genotypes revealed that both single and mixed infections *** the Br YV infections,38.1% were mixinfected by more than two viral genotypes,and 8.2% samples were mix-infected by three viral *** findings indicated a widespread prevalence of Br YV in China,and Br YV mixed infections with Turnip mosaic virus and Cucumber mosaic virus in crucifer crops are *** study is the first large-scale survey of Br YV in crucifer crops in *** information generated in this investigation will contribute to the national prevention and control of viral diseases.

Phenotypical, cytological and molecular responses of rice to the fungus Magnaporthe grisea were studied using rice cultivars and lesion mimic plants. The cultivar Katy was susceptible to several virulent M. grisea isolates, and a Sekiguchi like-lesion mimic mutant of Katy （LmmKaty） showed enhanced resistance to these isolates. Lesion mimic phenotype of LmmKaty was rapidly induced by virulent M. grisea isolates or by avirulent ones only at high levels of inoculum. Autofluorescence （a sign of an active defense response） was visible under ultraviolet light 24 h after localized inoculation in the incompatible interaction, whereas, not evident in the compatible interaction. Autofluorescence was also observed in LmmKaty 20 h after pathogen inoculation, indicating that rapid cell death is a mechanism of LmmKaty to restrict pathogen invasion. Rapid accumulations of defense related （DR） gene transcripts, phenylalanine ammonia lyase and β-glucanase, were observed beginning at 6 h and were obvious at 16 h and 24 h after inoculation in an incompatible interaction. Rapid transcript accumulations of PR-1 and chitinase had occurred by 24 h after inoculation in an incompatible interaction. Accumulations of these transcripts were delayed in the compatible interaction. These results indicate that host active defense responses occur 24 h after pathogen inoculation and that LmmKaty exhibits enhanced resistance to M. grisea. It is suggested that the autofluorescence and expression of the DR genes after heavy inoculation are important cytological and molecular markers respectively for early determination of the host response to M. grisea in the rice blast system.

High-density uniform microstructure nanocrystalline W-10wt.% Cr-5wt.% Y（W-10Cr-5Y） alloy with an average grain size of 85 nm and a relative density of 99.8% was successfully prepared.W-Cr-Y alloys with different amounts of second-phase particles were prepared by high-energy ball milling and hot isostatic pressing *** effects of composition design,ball milling parameters,and sintering parameters on the microstructure of W-Cr-Y alloys were studied.A feasible technology for controlling the synthesis of high-density nanocrystalline W-based alloys has been *** microstructure analysis of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy shows that there are two types of doping in the second phase:intergranular doping and intragranular *** "uniform distribution YOx-rich particles" effectively suppresses the grain growth of W and leads to the formation of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy.W-10Cr-5Y has an ultra-high hardness,with a Vickers hardness of 1312±12 kgf·***-temperature annealing treatment shows that W-10Cr-5Y has good thermal stability at 1000 and1100℃,as demonstrated by the comparison of Vickers hardness and grain size between annealed and unannealed alloys.

在锭子传动筒子的卷绕机构中,如果产生丝圈重叠现象,将使筒子表面的丝圈分布不均匀,筒子退解时会造成断头或乱丝,因此必须避免产生丝圈重叠。防叠的方法从原理上看可分为轴向防叠与周向防叠。为了防止丝圈重叠,有的设备同时采用这2种防叠方法,不但使机构变得复杂,而且防叠效果也相互抵消了,显然这是不合理的。以B101卷纬机为例,通过计算说明,只要防叠小数设计合理,仅采用周向防叠,就能既简化机构,又有良好的防叠效果。
