To analyze oral microbial diversity in the saliva of 8 healthy individuals before and after chewing areca nuts. Saliva samples were collected before chewing areca nuts, after chewing areca nuts for 5 min and after chewing areca nuts for 30 min. DNA was extracted, and microbial diversity was examined using PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE). When examining DGGE profiles collectively,the bands associated with Streptococcus and Veillonella were the most intense, making them the most prevalent bacteria. Furthermore, the band intensities did not decrease after chewing areca nuts for 5 or30 min; thus, these bacteria were unaffected. However, when examining some individuals, the band intensities for Streptococcus and Veillonella became more intense after 5 min of chewing and then returned to the pre-chewing level. This difference may be attributed to the mechanical movements of the oral cavity or individual differences. Other bacteria, such as Neisseria, Actinomycetes, and Rothia dentocariosa, were also found to have an increased or decreased prevalence following areca *** the predominant species that are present following areca nut-chewing include Streptococcus and Veillonella, it would seem likely that these bacteria play an important role in the periodontal diseases associated with areca chewing.

岳阳市市售酸菜常用食品防腐剂检测与分析

为了解岳阳市市售酸菜中食品防腐剂的使用和超标情况,2015—2021年期间共抽取223份市售酸菜样品,按照国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则规定,采用高效液相色谱法进行苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸含量的检测,依据GB 2760—2014对检测结果进行判定分析。结果表明,岳阳市223份市售酸菜样品的总合格率为95.52%,3种防腐剂在酸菜中的使用较为普遍,苯甲酸使用最为普遍,苯甲酸和脱氢乙酸存在超标使用。添加剂的使用与原材料类型有一定关系,鱼酸菜的苯甲酸检出率和不合格率更高。2015—2021年苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的检出率基本逐年上升,苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的检出率没有季度差异。76.23%的样品中同时检出1~3种防腐剂,4.48%的样品同时存在1~2种防腐剂超标。岳阳市酸菜防腐剂存在复合添加现象,但防腐剂超标添加较少,建议食品监管机构继续加强对酸菜中防腐剂的抽查监管,以保障消费安全。

活性污泥法处理污水工艺伴随大量剩余污泥的产生,有效减量污泥是污水处理厂可持续运营的关键。为了实现高效环保的降解剩余污泥,对筛选芽孢杆菌制备微生物菌剂进行了研究。提出以产酶芽孢杆菌为出发菌株,通过测定菌株对污泥混合液悬浮固体浓度(mixed liquid suspended solids,MLSS)的直接减量效果以及菌株在限制性培养基内的传代稳定性和对污泥有机质及总氮(total nitrogen,TN)的去除率,得到3株污泥高效降解菌株10001、11009和R10。实验结合扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)优化了其菌剂的制备工艺,菌剂复配比例,最适应用pH和最佳处理时长。确定选取喷雾干燥工艺制备微生物菌剂,当10001、11009和R10菌剂添加量分别为0.45%、0.80%和0.55%(质量体积比),剩余污泥pH为7.0时,经过72 h降解处理,达到剩余污泥最佳降解效果即有机质去除率达25.4%,总氮去除率达48.8%。扫描电镜分析结果显示菌剂的失效时间约为7 d。

以大米为主要原料,经蒸煮糊化、接种根霉、糖化、稀释、加入牛奶,以嗜热链球菌和保加利亚乳杆菌的混合菌剂进行乳酸发酵,再加苹果汁、糖、酸等调配成饮料。通过正交试验得出其最佳工艺参数为:根霉菌剂接种量4%(v/w),大米糖化醪加纯净水稀释1.5倍,添加鲜牛奶40%(v/v),接种乳酸菌混合菌剂5%(v/v),42℃～44℃发酵14h;添加苹果汁15%(v/v),白砂糖5%(w/v),柠檬酸0.125%(w/v),复配稳定剂0.15%(w/v),用高速剪切混合乳化机5000r/min乳化10min,成品经115℃灭菌15min,符合相应产品的国家食品卫生质量要求。

In this paper, a type of general nonholonomic systems is proposed, which contains both the Brockett’s two example systems, and their extended n-dimensional chained forms, as special cases. For the stabilization of such systems, a stabilizing controller is proposed based on the fully actuated system(FAS)approach, which is discontinuous at the origin but time-invariant when the open-loop system is time-invariant,and drives the feasible trajectories of the system to the origin exponentially. Furthermore, the proposed FAS approach is also extended to the sub-normal system case and the time-delay system case.

In this paper, continuous time-varying stabilizing controllers for the type of general nonholonomic systems proposed and treated in part 1 are designed using the fully actuated system(FAS) approach. The key step is to differentiate the first scalar equation, and by control of the obtained second-order scalar system, a proportional plus integral feedback form for the first control variable is obtained. With the solution to this designed second-order scalar system, the rest equations in the nonholonomic system form an independent time-varying subsystem which is then handled by the FAS approach. The overall designed controller contains an almost arbitrarily chosen design parameter, and is proven to guarantee the uniformly and globally exponential stability of the closed-loop system. The proposed approach is simple and effective,and is demonstrated with a practical example of ship control.

This paper studies a robust fault compensation and vibration suppression problem of flexible hypersonic *** controlled plant is represented by a cascade system composed of a nonlinear Ordinary Differential Equation(ODE)and an Euler-Bernoulli Beam Equation(EBBE),in which the vibration dynamics is coupled with the rigid dynamics and suffers from distributed faults.A state differential transformation is introduced to transfer distributed faults to an EBBE boundary and a longitudinal dynamics is refined by utilizing T-S fuzzy IF-THEN rules.A novel T-S fuzzy based fault-tolerant control algorithm is developed and related stability conditions are *** robust exponential stability and well-posedness are proved by using the modified l_(0)-semigroup based Lyapunov direct approach.A simulation study on the longitudinal dynamics of flexible hypersonic vehicles effectively verifies the validity of the developed theoretical results.
