土地利用变化转移矩阵数据处理计算方法研究

转移矩阵是分析研究土地利用变化的数据基础,目前多数学者均是直接运用转移矩阵结果对土地利用变化情况进行分析研究,而对转移矩阵的数据处理过程及数据计算原理尚无系统详细的研究。为此,针对目前对土地利用变化转移矩阵数据处理计算方法研究的缺失,特别是田坎面积与其他地类面积之间转移计算难点问题研究的空白,对土地利用变化转移矩阵数据处理计算方法进行研究。基于ArcGIS环境构建计算模型,层层递进阐述转移矩阵的计算原理。将构建的计算模型检验不同地区的数据,均能够精确计算耕地与其余地类之间转移变化的面积,同时能得到准确的土地利用变化转移矩阵数据。研究结果可为从事自然资源工作的同行及土地利用变化研究的学者提供一套理解掌握土地利用变化转移矩阵数据处理计算的思路,以更好地掌握耕地面积变化,为实现耕地“占补平衡”“进出平衡”、耕地保护等提供理论和数据支撑。

The numerous health benefits of olive oil are widely known,however,it also provides anti-allergic properties that have not yet been fully *** this study,the anti-allergic activity of olive oil was evaluated by analyzing the clinical symptoms and immune-related factors in BALB/c mice that had ingested600 mg/(kg·day)olive oil for two weeks prior to the *** allergy model was subsequently constructed for analysis,the results of which showed that the olive oil reduced the scores of allergic symptoms in the mice,and up-regulated the hypothermia and the decline in the immune organ ***,fewer allergy-related cytokines and reduced intestinal inflammation was discovered in the olive oil-treated *** addition,analysis of intestinal mucosal immune-related factors revealed that the olive oil promoted the expression of intestinal tight junction proteins(Claudin-1,Occludin,and ZO-1)and IL-22,and helped maintain the integrity of the intestinal epithelial physical *** levels of mucin 2 andβ-defensin were also found in the intestinal mucus of the olive oil-treated *** findings suggest that the oral administration of olive oil effectively attenuated the ovalbumin-induced allergic immune response in the mice,and had a positive effect on intestinal epithelial mucosal immunity.

目的联邦学习允许多个机构在不侵犯数据隐私、安全的前提下协作训练强大的深度模型。现有多数联邦范式在处理多中心不同数据分布时性能通常会下降,且弱监督条件下的联邦范式鲜有研究,特别是各站点数据采用不同形式稀疏标注的情况。针对该问题,提出一种站点分布相似度感知知识蒸馏的统一弱监督个性化联邦学习框架(unified weakly supervised personalized federated image segmentation via similarity-aware distillation,pFedWSD),以应对多中心数据分布和标注上的差异。方法所提出的pFedWSD通过循环知识蒸馏为每个站点训练个性化模型,包含动态循环公共知识积累及个性化两个阶段。第1阶段以不确定度感知方式动态地排序每轮训练中各站点模型性能,并以循环知识蒸馏的形式积累公共知识;第2阶段通过批标准化层的统计信息来度量各站点间相似性并聚合得到各站点教师模型并进行知识蒸馏。在弱监督方面,引入门控条件随机场损失和树能量损失相结合的训练目标,以产生更为精确的伪标注监督信号。结果在眼底视杯视盘分割和视网膜中心凹无血管区分割两项任务中,pFedWSD的Dice系数和HD95(95%Hausdorff distance)指标均优于多种中心式联邦和个性化联邦方法,在两项任务中,Dice系数分别为90.38%和93.12%,相比于较先进的方法FedAP(federated learning with adaptive batchnorm for personalized healthcare)和FedALA(adaptive local aggregation for personalized federated learning)分别提升了1.67%和6.56%,性能接近于全监督集中式训练所得的模型。结论本文提出的弱监督个性化联邦学习框架能有效统一不同形式稀疏标注数据并对不同分布的各站点数据训练得到个性化模型,使各站点分割性能均得到显著提升。

Emerging evidence shows that dietary oligosaccharides are important prebiotics that can improve intestinal flora,while dietary polyphenols can act directly on intestinal ***,information about their synergistic effects on gut health is still *** this study,alginate oligosaccharide(AOS)and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside(C3G)were selected as a common marine plant oligosaccharide and terrestrial plant polyphenol,respectively,to study their effects on intestinal *** results show that,in comparison to their individual applications,the combination of AOS and C3G(mass ratio,3:1)displayed a stronger ability to up-regulate the expression of tight junction proteins,while enhanced intestinal epithelial barrier was also observed and levels of mucin-2 andβ-defensins were simultaneously increased in the intestinal ***,the secretion of immunoglobulin A and immune-related cytokines were approximately doubled by the AOS+C3G *** addition,the AOS+C3G mixture was found to be more conducive to the positive transformation of intestinal flora,which stimulated the growth of beneficial bacteria Akkermansia,Lachnospiraceae and Feacalibaculum while inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria Helicobacter and *** data generated herein thus suggests that dietary oligosaccharides and dietary polyphenols may be more beneficial to intestinal health when applied in combination than their individual effects alone.

This paper proposes two novel rescue robots,including a cutter robot and a jack robot,which are aimed to contribute to rescue activities such as to cut through obstacles and to jack up debris in dangerous sites and narrow spaces,where a rescue team can not work or ***,a multilinked tracked rescue robot platform composed of connected crawler vehicles is developed,which has high mobility on irregular terrain and ability to move into narrow collapsed ***,the cutter robot and jack robot are designed on the basis of rescue robot platform equipped with a cutter or a jack mechanism and corresponding manipulators in the front *** cutter refitted by an angle grinder is able to cut through 10 mm diameter steel *** electric jack mechanism designed based on multiple layers screw sleeves structure can lift up 300 kg load from 70 mm to 400 *** results validate the capability of the two rescue robots.

The Ross,Filchner-Ronne,and Amery ice shelves are the three largest ice shelves in Antarctica,playing a crucial role in supporting the Antarctic ice ***,current studies on the stability of the three largest ice shelves primarily focus on singular or limited factors,lacking a comprehensive assessment of multiple *** systematically and in-depth study the stability and trend of the three largest ice shelves,we comprehensively collected and analyzed key parameters,including elevation changes,basal melting,surface meltwater,major rifts propagation rate,suture zones,ice front area change rate,grounding lines,ice velocity,and mass ***,we selected the collapsed Larsen B Ice Shelf(LBIS),the rapidly changing and structurally weakened Pine Island Ice Shelf(PIIS),and the accelerating Totten Ice Shelf(TIS)as reference ice *** comparing and analyzing the key parameters between these reference ice shelves and the three largest ice shelves,we find the status and trends in the stability of the *** findings reveal that most key parameters of the three largest ice shelves present relatively minor variations compared to those of the reference ice ***,50%of the parameters are smaller than those of the accelerating TIS,88%are smaller than those of the rapidly changing PIIS,and all parameters are smaller than those of the collapsed ***,after analyzing parameters that are not smaller than those of the TIS,it is observed that they remain in a stable ***,the three largest ice shelves are currently undergoing natural changes that do not threaten their stability in the short ***,the evolution of the ice shelves under global climate change remains uncertain,making long-term observation and monitoring essential to assess their impact on sea level rise.
