Four-year dynamic observation and study on standardized management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in Beijing Yongding Road Community

Purpose:This study aimed to understand the joint standard of blood glucose,blood li-pids,and blood pressure in elderly patients>60 years of age with type 2 diabetes in the Beijing Yongding Road ***:One hundred ninety-two elderly patients>60 years of age who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Yongding Road Community served as the investigation subjects,under-went standard management,and the dynamic changes in blood glucose,blood lipids,and blood pressure were monitored for 48 ***:At the end of the observation period,the standard rates of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were 72.55%and 80.00%,respectively,which were increased compared with 55.73%and 56.08%at baseline(P0.05).The standard rates of TG and LDL-C were 76.71%and 60.38%,respectively,which were increased compared with 54.69%and 34.74%at base-line,and the standard rate of HDL-C was 13.64%,which was decreased compared with 40.10%at baseline(P<0.01).The standard rate of BP was 58.33%,which was increased compared with 38.54%at baseline(P<0.01).The optimal control rate of blood glucose for 48 months(the standard times of the total measurement times in 48 months≥75%)was higher;the fasting blood glucose was 52.17%,the 2-h postprandial blood glucose was 60.22%,and the HbA1c was 46.45%.The optimal control rate of blood lipids was lower;LDL-C was 17.49%and HDL-C was 13.59%.The optimal control rate of BP was 9.13%.At the end of the observation period,the levels of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were decreased by 0.7 mmol/L and 1.48 mmol/L,respectively,compared with the base-line(P<0.01).The level of HbA1c was decreased by 0.18%compared with the baseline(P<0.05).The levels of LDL-C and HDL-C were decreased by 0.4 mmol/L and 0.23 mmol/L,respectively,compared with the baseline(P<0.01).The levels of SBP and DBP were decreased by 4 mmHg compared with the bas

Objective: To derive the Chinese medicine(CM) syndrome classification and subgroup syndrome characteristics of ischemic stroke patients. Methods: By extracting the CM clinical electronic medical records(EMRs) of 7,170 hospitalized patients with ischemic stroke from 2016 to 2018 at weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong Province, China, a patient similarity network(PSN) was constructed based on the symptomatic phenotype of the patients. Thereafter the efficient community detection method BGLL was used to identify subgroups of patients. Finally, subgroups with a large number of cases were selected to analyze the specific manifestations of clinical symptoms and CM syndromes in each subgroup. Results: Seven main subgroups of patients with specific symptom characteristics were identified, including M3, M2, M1, M5, M0, M29and M4. M3 and M0 subgroups had prominent posterior circulatory symptoms, while M3 was associated with autonomic disorders, and M4 manifested as anxiety;M2 and M4 had motor and motor coordination disorders;M1 had sensory disorders;M5 had more obvious lung infections;M29 had a disorder of consciousness. The specificity of CM syndromes of each subgroup was as follows. M3, M2, M1, M0, M29 and M4 all had the same syndrome as wind phlegm pattern;M3 and M0 both showed hyperactivity of Gan(Liver) yang pattern;M2 and M29 had similar syndromes, which corresponded to intertwined phlegm and blood stasis pattern and phlegm-stasis obstructing meridians pattern, respectively. The manifestations of CM syndromes often appeared in a combination of 2 or more syndrome elements. The most common combination of these 7 subgroups was wind-phlegm. The 7 subgroups of CM syndrome elements were specifically manifested as pathogenic wind, pathogenic phlegm,and deficiency pathogens. 目的对分离自河北省鼠疫自然疫源地自毙艾鼬体内的1株病原菌进行鉴定分析,为疫源地内自毙动物携带未知病原菌的研究提供参考依据。方法利用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对镜检形态疑似鼠疫耶尔森菌的菌落进行16S rDNA基因片段扩增并测序,测序结果经同源性比对后构建系统发育树。结果该菌16S rDNA序列核苷酸长度为1432 bp(登录号为OR911995)。同源性比对结果显示与序列号为NR116898的基因同源性最高(99.51%),系统发育树结果显示,与副蜂房哈夫尼亚菌处于同一进化分支,亲缘关系最近。结论首次自河北省鼠疫自然疫源地分离到副蜂房哈夫尼亚菌。

中子辐射俘获反应在反应堆运行、核装置设计及核天体物理研究中起重要的作用.4πBaF_(2)探测装置有着高时间分辨能力、低中子灵敏度、高探测效率等优点,适合开展中子辐射俘获反应截面数据的测量.中国原子能科学研究院核数据重点实验室建立了伽马全吸收装置(Gamma total absorption facility,GTAF),该装置用28块六棱BaF_(2)晶体和12块五棱BaF_(2)晶体构成了外径25 cm,内径10 cm的球壳,覆盖了95.2%的立体角.利用GTAF在中国散裂中子源Back-n束线上,测量了197Au(n,γ)的反应截面数据.测量数据通过能量筛选、PSD方法、晶体多重性筛选进行了初步本底扣除,随后结合对^(nat)C及空样品的测量数据对本底进行了分析及扣除,获得了197Au俘获反应的产额,利用SAMMY程序拟合得到了^(197)Au在1—100 e V的共振能量、中子共振宽度和伽马共振宽度参数.实验测量结果与ENDF/B-VIII.0数据库符合良好,其共振参数存在一定差异,分析原因可能与GTAF能量分辨率、Back-n的中子能谱测量精度、以及实验本底扣除方法相关,这也是下一步工作的重点.

The Mars Orbiter MAGnetometer(MOMAG)is a scientific instrument onboard the orbiter of China’s first mission for Mars—*** November 13,2021,it has been recording magnetic field data from the solar wind to the magnetic pile-up region surrounding *** we present its in-flight performance and first science results,based on its first one and one-half months’*** these early MOMAG observations to the magnetic field data in the solar wind from NASA’s Mars Atmosphere and Volatile EvolutioN(MAVEN)mission,we report that the MOMAG magnetic field data are at the same level in magnitude,and describe the same magnetic structures with similar variations in three *** recognize 158 clear bow shock(BS)crossings in these MOMAG data;their locations match well statistically with the modeled average *** also identify and compare five pairs of datasets collected when Tianwen-1’s orbiter and the MAVEN probe made simultaneous BS *** BS crossings confirm the global shape of modeled BS,as well as the south-north asymmetry of the Martian *** cases presented in this paper suggest that the BS is probably more dynamic at flank than near the *** far,MOMAG performs well,and provides accurate magnetic field *** is continuously scanning the magnetic field surrounding *** from MOMAG’s measurements complement data from MAVEN and will undoubt edly advance our understanding of the plasma environment of Mars.

Identification of candidate genes related to soluble sugar contents in soybean seeds using multiple genetic analyses

Soluble sugar content in seeds is an important quality trait of soybean. In this study, 57 quantitative trait loci(QTLs) related to soluble sugar contents in soybean seeds were collected from databases and published papers. After meta-overview-collinearity integrated analysis to refine QTL intervals, eight consensus QTLs were identified. To further verify the consensus QTLs, a population of chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs) was analyzed. Two lines containing fragments covering the regions of consensus QTLs and the recurrent parent were selected: one line showed high soluble sugar contents associated with a consensus QTL fragment, and the other line showed low soluble sugar contents. Transcriptome sequencing was conducted for these two lines at the early, middle, and late stages of seed development, which identified 158, 109 and 329 differentially expressed genes, respectively. Based on the analyses of re-sequencing data of the CSSLs and the consensus QTL region, three candidate genes(Glyma.19 G146800, Glyma.19 G122500, and Glyma.19 G128500) were identified in the genetic fragments introduced from wild soybean. Sequence comparisons between the two CSSL parents SN14 and ZYD00006 revealed a single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) mutation in the coding sequence of Glyma.19 G122500, causing a nonsynonymous mutation in the amino acid sequence that affected the predicted protein structure. A Kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP) marker was developed based on this SNP and used to evaluate the CSSLs. These results lay the foundation for further research to identify genes related to soluble sugar contents in soybean seeds and for future soybean breeding.

The weather at the Xinglong Observing Station, where the Guo Shou Jing Telescope （GSJT） is located, is strongly affected by the monsoon climate in north- east China. The LAMOST survey strategy is constrained by these weather patterns. We present statistics on observing hours from 2004 to 2007, and the sky brightness, seeing, and sky transparency from 1995 to 2011 at the site. We investigate effects of the site conditions on the survey plan. Operable hours each month show a strong cor- relation with season： on average there are eight operable hours per night available in December, but only one-two hours in July and August. The seeing and the sky trans- parency also vary with season. Although the seeing is worse in windy winters, and the atmospheric extinction is worse in the spring and summer, the site is adequate for the proposed scientific program of the LAMOST survey. With a Monte Carlo simulation using historical data on the site condition, we find that the available observation hours constrain the survey footprint from 22h to 16h in right ascension; the sky brightness allows LAMOST to obtain a limiting magnitude of V = 19.5 mag with S/N= 10.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target
